Best burger I've had in Oregon for a reeeealllly long time, maybe 10 months. I pass this place during my evening walks and my wife gets take out from here more than occasionally and always seems to enjoy her orders. So tonight was my turn to use Uber Eats for this little treat. I ordered a Double Shack Burger and then added a discount combo of Coke Zero and fries. It was dropped off, i grabbed it and jumped right in while it was still piping hot. The burger patties and a thick layer of cheddar cheese pertruded from the buns inviting me to take a bite. I did, and it was a little bit of perfectly cooked beefy-cheesy heaven. It took a few bites to get to the bun then the beefy-cheesy was joined by fresh crisp lettuce, a sliced of fresh tomato and the sauce they call "Shack Sauce." The entire thing highlighted how moist, tender and flavorful the beef patties were! The crinkle fries were light brown and crisped to perfection; a perfect companion for the ketchup I had ready at home. Just a really great, simple meal. Even the Coke Zero tasted the way it does out of a freshly opened plastic bottle. No small thing as so many places let the ratio of carbonation, syrup and water get screwed up. Not here at this particular Shake Shack! Small complaint though, no napkons, utensils or condiments but I might have missed the selection of those things in the Uber Eats app. But....as I peer onto the culinary crystal ball for 2026 I see many more orders from Shake Shack @ Reed's Crossing coming from me and my family! read more

I specifically came here for the K-Shack menu and didn't expect it to be worth the hype but I was wrong. This review is for the K-Shack Fried Chicken Sandwich, K-Shack Fried Chicken Bites, K-Shack Spicy BBQ Fries, and last but not least, the K-Shack Spicy Caramel Shake. I'm always curious when fast food joints try to innovate their menu but this one really piqued my interest as I'm already a fan of Korean cuisine. The spicy and sweet gochujang glaze was actually what made all the difference, because without that, it wouldn't be Korean style at all. I enjoyed the sandwich and the chicken bites, but I could have skipped the fries as it was just ok. However the shake was a bit of a surprise because it's sweet for the most part and you don't actually notice the spicy kick right away until it sort of creeps up on you. I thought it was a fun twist and glad they came up with it. This was a unique experience and I'm glad I decided to give it a try. Will definitely be back! read more

Ok, I said I would update after they've had some time to get their feet wet. Came in and stood at the front till for about 8 minutes to order as I need to use my gift card and I can only do that at the front cashier and not the kiosk. Sadly, no one really could help us until a manager came. Aside from that the food is always amazing. I ordered the double smoky classic bbq burger, Carolina bbq burger, fried pickles, spicy cheddar fries, campfire s'mores shake, and a 50/50 drink. Once we got our food, the staff was super attentive in making sure our needs were taken care of for napkins, water, condiments and cleanup. I miss the TV's they have at other locations but I'm hoping they'll be coming soon. Place is well air conditioned and nice to hang out and play cornhole once you're done eating. read more

My husband and I visited on a Saturday evening around 7:30pm after exploring the new grocery store located in the same shopping center. My husband had never been to Shake Shack before and this was only my second time trying it, but I just had fries and a shake on that visit which were really good. Upon entering we were greeted immediately by a friendly cashier who promptly took our order. We proceeded to grab a seat and color while we waited for our food. The vibe was chill with plenty of open seating inside and out, and families seated outdoors with kids playing corn hole in the courtyard which also has a water feature which wasn't turned on yet. Our food & drinks tasted great, but the burgers were small (we both got singles) and unimpressive. I think that Hillsboro has plenty of much better burger options, so I think that Shake Shack will remain my fries/shake place if I happen to be near one, but I don't see myself going out of the way for it. read more

We went here as part of a fund raising event for my son's preschool and it's been our favorite charity event so far! We ordered a variety of things including burgers, fries, grilled cheese and milkshakes. Everything was delicious and we all cleaned our plates, including my very picky three year old. In fact, he still asks for Shake Shack by name and our visit was a month ago! I will say that we paid at the in store kiosk, did not use the app and our order was quite spendy. I hear you can get discounts in the app and will have to try that next time as cost is the main reason we haven't been back yet. read more

Had to give it a try, but was left feeling underwhelmed. Got there early, so not busy. Ordered from the kiosk which for the first time going I don't think is the best, but that's what it is now. Ordered my meal. Burger priced ok, fries, outrageously priced in my opinion, shake, they're making a nice profit. Meal came and the burger honestly looks pretty small. Tasted ok, but nothing special. Standard crinkly fries (one was somehow undercooked, must have been sticking up in the fryer). The shake didn't wow me either, so in summary, it's not something that I'll go out of the way for, but it will do. read more

This is the most generic looking shake shack I have been too! The one in Cedar Hills has more aesthetics. I guess I was expecting much more from a brand stinkin new shopping center with Market of Choice at Reed Crossing. Let's get into the food... the Carolina BBQ chicken sandwich I ordered was super tiny and not very impressive. The best part was the deep fried pickles on the sando. Smoke shack double burger add avocado was tasty but small in comparison to the other locations. A bit disappointed, it's new and hopefully just fixing the kinks. Didnt have a lot of time for lunch so I ordered a basic double cheese and fries. The fries were to die for! The smash cheeseburger was delish, but the bun was chilly so I couldn't enjoy it. Sad. I ordered (7) burgers for the family, and they got them all correct and in about 15-20 minutes. The staff was very helpful when I had questions. My only complaint may not be their fault: the WiFi was awful when I was there. I switched it off on my phone and tried to use data - still super slow. Hopefully this gets fixed as the new development adds more businesses and gets more settled. read more

The place was busy there is lots of seating which were all taken we did wait and eventually got a table and shortly after our food arrived. The burgers were hot and fresh very tasty indeed but at over $10 for just the burger it was about the size of most other jr burgers . The fries were hot and good not very crispy but a lil on the limp size customer service was very good and they even checked in on us which is not the norm at a fast food place I do indeed like this place and will return and maybe just maybe my fries will be crispy and I'll order a triple cheeseburger lol thx for your time and happy dining read more

Literally the worst burger place I've been to in my entire life, the tables were dirty, the food was extremely overpriced and the smallest pathetic portions I've ever seen. I ordered a grilled cheese and what I got instead was a worthless pathetic measly little half sandwich with a slice of WinCos cheese, definitely not worth $7. My friend ordered one Burger which totaled $11 and what he got was the most pathetic worthless sorry excuse for a burger I've ever seen in my entire long existence on this Earth. When we entered we ordered on one of those automatic iPad kiosk and it asked us to tip them which is ironic considering we didn't talk to an employee the whole time we were there. I will never ever go back here in a million years and I would never recommend this establishment to anyone ever, nobody should go here ever! This place was 10/10 for service. Especially for being somewhat of a "fast food" style restaurant. Honestly don't think I've had better service at nicer restaurants since pre-COVID.
