I've been here a couple times with my daughter over the years and it's always a good experience. I'm not a Chik-fil-A fan but my daughter loves it so we stop here for some grub whenever we are in the area. We parked, walked in, and waited in line to give our order. After we gave our order, we scoured the place for a table and we finally found one. We waited a little bit and was brought our order. Everything is always hot and fresh and delivered with a smile. For fast food, this is 5 stars. They're fast. The service is incredible. The food is the one thing I miss when out of the country for an extended period. They have a great playground at this locati9n for kids. As you can imagine, the line is long at lunch and dinner. On 7/18/26 I ordered two Honey Pepper Pimento sandwiches (one on a regular chicken filet and one on a spicy chicken filet) for me and my wife. Although they got the order correct (even though I had to correct "on a biscuit" to a sandwich; I guess she was still in breakfast mode), and they were polite, the sandwiches were regrettably not as pictured on TV or their website. I received 3 VERY small jalapenos hidden in the middle of the bun under each filet, and not much pimento cheese. Also, my wife and I could not taste the honey, if the sandwiches had any on them. We all know Chick-fil-A is supposed to do no wrong but geesh, this one has been slacking to the point it got me doing a whole review. I usually give grace but today is where I draw the line. I requested three kale crunch salads (and some other stuff). Although I know they come with their own dressing, I wanted three ranch dressings on the side. This is because I tend to make a concoction with adding chicken nuggets with their ranch dressing and some hot sauce. They would not provide three ranch dressings, only one. I offered to pay for the dressings but they said no because there is no way to charge it and the only way to get a dressing was to order a regular salad in which I did not want to do. Just baffled about this conversation, I'm thinking like are you hurting that bad to withhold sauces while 72nd Chick-fil-A is flourishing and was able to provide those dressings for me the other day (yes, my family tends to eat Chick-fil-A alot). So, maybe it's new management, I don't know. But you should consider a means to charging people instead of telling them no. It could be a win-win situation. This is a warning for any gluten allergy or celiac individuals thinking about eating here. We came here today because the website states that they are celiac friendly. I was assuming that meant the staff was knowledgeable about this disease and how to properly handle my son's food. I told the kid at the counter we needed an allergy alert due to my son's celiac disease that way the kitchen staff knew how to properly handle his food so he doesn't get a gluten exposure. The kid just made a note to change gloves so I asked for a manager to come over so I can explain to her that the kitchen staff needed to follow allergen protocol. She glanced over the receipt, spoke to the crew and told me she handled it. It still didn't feel like either of the employees (cashier or the manager) fully grasped what I was saying. We got our food a few minutes later. Looked inside our bags and saw they had mixed my son's gluten free food with other non gluten free items. I got upset. Im not entirely certain that he is safe to eat what we ordered after seeing this. I was upset and frustrated but decided to take our food and just leave. Im giving the food to my husband who does not have celiacs disease and I will never come here again. I really hope this review will alert others to avoid going here if you have a gluten allergy or if you have celiacs. I also hope that this helps the franchise owner know where they can help improve customer relations for this store in the future. read more

This goes through their catering department, led by Gabriella, and it's one of the simplest and most efficient processes we've encountered to date. We have monthly orders that make us $3,000-5,000 a year in extra income for our annual event. Just because you're a blonde manager doesn't mean you have to act stupid, we know what fresh fries look like the fries were as limp as your highlights. The family loves Chick Fil A and the food is always good, but this review is not about the food, but rather about the Manager's attention to service. The family had gone to Chick Fil A for dinner and I was on crutches with a broken foot - moving pretty slow - but as soon as I got into the door - the manager came immediately over and told the family to sit down and get off my foot and he would send someone out to take my order - GREAT. The place was busy, but a young man came straight to our table, took our order, got our drinks and delivered our food quickly and came back to check on us and to refill drinks several times. The manager was very aware of what was going on in the store and took care of his customer. GREATLY APPRECIATED. Food was good as always. First off, I love their chicken and waffle fries. But I especially enjoy their customer service. I've been to Chick-fil-a restaurants from Colorado to North Carolina and customer service has been universally awesome. Due to pandemic I've been using the drive through a lot at this Cornhusker location and have been impressed at how efficiently they run it. Lastly, I appreciate their community support. I find some of the staff to be poorly trained and flat out rude. The owner really needs to do some refresher training on customer service. My experience was very below average when it shouldn't have been and this left me very disappointed. I love breakfast at Chic-Fil-A. In the past year, they added hash browns to their burritos. I don't like soggy hash browns and ask for it on the side. They didn't put any in the burritos and charged me for the hash browns on the side. In the past I asked for the burrito without hash browns and a different Chic-Fil-A took some of the price off. During this visit, I didn't have enough credit and wanted to pay the difference with a credit card, but they said it wouldn't work, even though I did it at a different location and during drive through at this location. Apparently most pay the difference with cash, which is what I ended up doing. The bagel was a little burnt while the biscuit was a little underdone. I have two stars because they are friendly and the hash browns were good. read more

Ordered a $6.69 Bowl of Tortilla Soup at the Chick-fil-A in Bellevue NE, and it was horrible. To my absolut surprise the "Chicken" in the soup was excessively dry!!! The sad part was when I returned the soup; 2 Chick-fil-A staffers look surprised that I asked for their other kind of soup- chicken noodle. After a long period of strange looks and awkward silence they acted like it was my fault for ordering the wrong thing! Insulted, I finally left a full bowl of $6.99 soup on the counter with the attendant and told her I didn't want it, and walked away! I visited this place on my lunch break today. I attempted to use a coupon. I have never been to a place where the coupon says you get a combination meal for free and you can't just pay the difference for an upgraded meal. It was literally the same sandwich except it had cheese on it. I did not bring anything else with me except for the coupon and a $10, and frankly, the coupon was the only reason I chose to visit Chick fil A today. I got to the window and the "manager/owner" told me he could not take my coupon because it did not match what I ordered (I ordered a chicken sandwich meal, the coupon said 'chicken sandwich meal') - He said it was original chicken only, I politely asked if I could just pay the difference. He said no. I have never heard of this in my life. Not to mention, even if this was some sort of "rule" - there are exceptions, I was being very polite and mentioned I didn't bring anything else with me. He still would not accommodate. I ended up finding my credit card in the bottom of my purse (as now almost half my lunch break was over) and handed it to him. I told him that 'Just so you know, that is not very accommodating' - His response? {snicker} "I don't know what that means, but okay." If you don't know what the word accommodating means, why do you work in the food and beverage industry? I worked {and still work } one day a week, in the service industry. You are not willing to accommodate your customers? How sad. The fact that he laughed and found it comical to not provide exemplary customer service or accommodate for a misunderstanding is beyond me. I would expect that from a high school kid at their first job, and might even laugh if off, because they probably don't know any better. But an owner and operator? What a joke. I called corporate and filed a complaint. I will be visiting other town franchises instead of this one from here on out. read more

Wow.! 6 stars. I'm a regular local and can say their customer service on steroids. They are dialed in and on it ... all the time (even when they are busy). They are also very generous with a military discount. The place is always packed and I always get my food before I sit down. The processes and food are top notch. I'm not a fast food kind of gal but if I had to choose, Chick-fil-a is it. I've never heard of this chain before being from Hawaii, but I've always heard people rave about this place. After finally trying it, I understand why it's such a big deal! Their chicken strips are so tender and moist, unlike most strips I've tried that always disappoint in tasting dry and rough. They taste amazing freshly served but more importantly, they still taste great when you've got them sitting in the to-go bag for like 20 minutes. The drive-thru was busy tonight at 7:45 pm on a Saturday, with about 5 cars ahead of me, but they were still able to keep the line moving relatively fast. The girl who helped me was very generous with the Chick-fil-a sauce (a house staple!) and ketchup I asked for, always a plus. I also ordered medium waffle fries, and though their fries lie on the soggy end of the crunchy spectrum, the criss-cross texture still makes it enjoyable to eat. I've always had good experiences with my visits to Chick-fil-a and hope they continue to be so! read more

I'll start by saying that I absolutely love Chik Fil A. I make excuses to got to Omaha from Council Bluffs at lunchtime so I can have CFA for lunch. That being said, from now on I will drive past the Bellevue location and go to the store on 72nd in Papillion. The last straw was today. I arrived about 11:30. There was a few cars in line, i was maybe 3 back from the speaker. Normally Chik Fil a is famously fast. Today, i was in line for like 10 minutes. I was in the outside lane, and I watched 3 cars on the inside lane go through while not 1 car moved in the outside lane. That was strike 1. Strike 2: I ordered the 4 chicken strips combo. The chicken strips were cold and what was there was like fried chicken jerky. The chicken was so thin that it was basically just breading. Strike 3: The sleeve of waffle fries was filled with the little waffle fry pieces, with only a couple of recognizable waffle fries. Past observations at this location is that the size of the filet on the sandwichs is smaller than at other locations, in fact, i had already been avoiding the Bellevue location...its now a no fly zone for me. read more

I've heard rave reviews of Chick-fil-A's sandwiches and every time I pass this one the parking lot is packed and the drive-through line encircles the place 360 degrees. Eventually, foodie curiosity won out over distaste for politics and I decided to at least stop in once and see what the fuss was about. To be honest, I still don't know. On a recommendation, I got the Deluxe Chicken Sandwich with pepper jack. I was pleased that the lettuce was fresh-looking green leaf and not iceberg, but I didn't care much for the chicken itself, which seemed a bit overcooked around the edges. The bun was rather thin and crumbly and it fell apart as I was eating the sandwich, which impressed me even less than the chicken. The fries were okay, but nothing to brag about (I prefer Runza's) and the lemonade tasted slightly watered down. I will say that the service was exceptionally polite and helpful, especially for fast food, but in between the mediocre food and the lingering eau de homophobe I feel disinclined to give the place a second chance. read more
