I've been to several different Chick-fil-A restaurant in multiple states and this is, by far, the best one I've ever been to! The hospitality, service and quality of food you get here EVERY SINGLE TIME is second to none. The employees and managers are extremely nice and the dining area is always pristine. But today at this specific location everything was going normal, I ordered my food and left. As a Southern girl, I was so happy when Bellevue got a Chick-Fil-A! We go through the drive-thru all the time, and have never had a single issue. You won't find quicker, more polite service anywhere. It's often very crowded, while I find that it is good that this restaurant wants to hold events like birthday parties for children, school fundraisers, and church events I think they need to cut back on events somewhat. It's gotten to the point where it is deterring would be regulars. I'm also concerned about the hygiene level in the lobby area, on several occasions I have seen children run barefoot from the play area into the lobby. Kids are also seen toting food everywhere. This location has a LOT of traffic. They have 2 lanes open during the lunch rush and crank cars through pretty quickly. Their customer service has always been spot on and friendly. My newest obsession is the Frosted Lemonade, it's basically a lemonade and vanilla ice cream mash up....YUM! It's a breaded chicken breast sandwich that tastes more like it was made with a home made breaded chicken breast than fast food chicken patty. The first time I tried it the Spicy chicken sandwich was too spicy for my taste and had a strange after taste when eaten really hot. When it was warm hot the after taste went away. The fries were good, but they don't salt them. Tried it again because they sent me a free coupon. The sandwich was slightly over cooked, the exterior a little too crunchy. Everyone who knows me knows I love chick fil a. But lately the service I have had hasn't been the best and the other night was the absolute worst. I ordered my food through the drive through and instead of getting a total the lady said "go ahead and pull forward" which was fine, I figured maybe she wasn't near the register when taking the order so wasn't able to tell me my total. I then get to the window and there were three girl workers standing talking to each other and one of them opened the window and just stuck her hand out for me to pay her. Didn't tell me my total, didn't say a word. After I was already upset about that, I was very upset to find out my order was wrong and I wasn't given what I ordered. Not only is it clean, the food freshly prepared and the dining area welcoming, but it is the service that keeps me coming back. The owner, Tom and his staff, are absolute mood changers. How many restaurants or even retail experiences can you say that about? Not many. Edward, who is the gentleman up front, remembers every person that walks through the door, many times by name, if they have ever visited the establishment. We really like the chicken and we like the way they treat their employees judging from the articles I have read while waiting in line. I also like the fact that they close on Sundays allowing the employees to be home with family and honoring the day of rest. They were very generous with free meals when they opened and the place was swamped with customers for quite some time. I absolutely love the food here. I would rate the waffle fries and chicken sandwich a 5/5 and would rate the rest of the food a 4/5. The first time I went, the cashier asked if this was my first time at Chick-fil-A, and I answered yes, and they comped my whole meal. However, a friend said he went later and they didn't ask him if it was his first time and when he mentioned it was, they didn't comp his meal, so I'm guessing it depends on the person taking your order.
