Chick-Fil-A use to be awesome and had great service but they are so awful anymore. I saw three employees laughing inside by the bathroom while I was waiting in the drive thru line. I had been there for 20 minutes and was only half way through it at 2pm btw (I timed it so maybe it wouldn't be as busy). It really wasn't busy but they are just so slow I don't understand what is going be on. It's just so frustrating. We were in line forever, causing us to be late for hair appointments(even though I ordered ahead in app). Got items and was rushing didn't realize until pulling out that we were missing 4 items. Called the store and they asked me To come back to get items right then, couldn't due to the appts and the store being SO busy. Enough is enough. Most restaurants have indoor seating open. Not CFA. Instead we want to create long lines in the drive thru, and better yet cause a huge safety issue blocking Walton. We did a mobile order and sat in line for 45 minutes and when we finally got there our food wasn't ready until we had waited in line for a total of 53 minutes, and even then they gave us a spicy chicken sandwich when we asked for a normal one, and forgot a straw. read more

You can't call yourself a fast food establishment when it takes 25 minutes to get through the drive-through. With two crying, sleepy, hungry toddlers I waited over 25 minutes for two kids meals and a salad on a Saturday afternoon. I could have gone home and made my own mac & cheese in that time that it took for me to get it at this restaurant. Completely defeated the purpose of trying to do something simple, easy and fast. Always a delight. Fast fast service with a smile. I swear it seems like they actually love their job. Don't go during lunch unless you have time. While they are fast, the line often goes into the street for the drive thru. They work it hard, having people I the drive thru placing orders and have two people on the window to keep it moving. read more

Had to run my card twice over a lemonade. Person taking orders outside was in a rush to keep me moving. I even clarified I needed one frozen lemonade and one regular diet lemonade. Pull up to the window and they hand me two frozen. So their solution was to ring up my order again $2 cheaper. I'm not a fast food fan but Chick-fil-A belongs in another category. And, after visiting yet another store in this massive chain I continue to wonder if there is a bad Chick-fil-A. Rest assured, this one doesn't let down. From fantastic service, to a quick turnaround with orders, to a clean dining area there's little to complain about here. Your normal chick-fil-a. Very friendly service even during the crazy lunch rush. Quick service, good food, and clean restaurant. They are always willing to make the ordering experience wuick and painless. Love the spicy chicken sandwich and the new frosted sunrise (aka orange julius) is good. Every time my wife and I have eaten here our fries have been practically raw potatoes. The first time it happened we didn't think it was a big deal but when it happened the next two times I started getting irritated. Today we ordered and picked up curbside. My wife put in special instructions for the fries to be extra crispy and guess what? They called and told us they cannot do well done fries. We tried to shake it off BUT our fries are just raw still. It doesn't matter if any of them are nice they don't take the time to think of their guests. Won't be returning unless I can eat actual fries. read more

Who doesn't love CFA? It's great for breakfast, lunch or dinner. There isn't anything on the menu that I've had that isn't delish. For breakfast my fave is the chicken minis. Lunch or dinner I love the chicken sandwiches, wraps, or "nuggets". The lemonade and tea are both excellent. read more

The stress of the inefficient drive through is not worth the food. I almost got hit, cars honking at me because the people in front of me can't move up because the parking has cars and servers everywhere. I thoroughly enjoyed my first trip to this place. The lines were long but they had a great system that moved it along quickly. The food is delicious but for the serving size maybe a little pricy. The 4 piece chicken strip meal (fries and drink) and the 12 piece chicken nugget meal (fries and drink) are both almost $8.00. For the same price Zaxby's chicken strip platter has fries, larger pieces of strips, Texas toast and cole slaw. BUT Chic fil A does have a FABULOUS Chicken wrap which is HUGE! More veggies than chicken but for me there was quite enough chicken. The Avocado/Lime dressing was AWESOME (it came highly recommended by the order taker) and sure makes for a DELICIOUS Chicken salad substitute. I'd go back for THAT any day! The chicken nuggets and strips did have GREAT flavor and the waffle fries are always fun but they did not truly fill up the pre-teen boys I was watching today. There's usually leftovers with the Zaxby's meals. I would go back maybe to try their sandwiches but I'm afraid I can get more nuggets and tots at Sonic for almost the same price, yes, maybe not as good, but, for pre teens who only want food to eat Sonic (or Zaxby's) is a better bargain to feed this troop. This is by far the worst Chic-fil-a I've ever visited, as far as order accuracy goes and customer satisfaction. 90% of the time (at least 8 times in the last year) my order has been wrong or missing items, for example my salad has no dressing or they leave out all the toppings. Most of the time it's a coworker picking up my order so I can't check it before I leave. I've tried to call and no one will EVER answer the phone and if I have time to go back on my lunch break no one seems to care that my order is wrong or that it has caused any inconvenience. I love Chic-fil-a and work close to one, but they have screwed my order for the last time. Make sure you check your order before you leave unless you're ok with it being wrong, if possible go to another store because this one is terrible!!! read more

Even during lunch or dinner rush, this location has maintained the same fast and friendly service. The staff is consistently polite and helpful. Of all restaurants I would have to say that I have had the best customer service from this Chick-Fil-A. Food always tastes fresh and there's never much of a wait time. I love that they offer fresh fruit since most restaurants don't. My only complaint is that I wish they offered more chicken wraps as an alternative to the sandwiches, they only have a chicken salad wrap last I knew. read more
