Horrible service! Slow, no idea what they're doing. Worst I've seen for a chick fil a.

There was a massive line , of course!!! I only wanted fries so my order was pretty straight forward. I did notice that their menu was not as expansive as their other locations. I'm sure it has a lot to do with being inside the airport. The service received didn't give me the warm and fuzzies AND they were out of ketchup. Oh well , I guess not all CFA visits can be stellar.

Consistent, predictable, and good. Chick-fil-A always delivers! Their lines move rather quickly so give them a try!

Very limited menu. Lady at counter told me it was against federal law that they couldn't serve eggs or cheese. I thought she was joking but she wasn't! The bagel place next door has egg and cheese! This is a substandard chick fil a. The lady didn't even say my pleasure! Yogurt had water in it like it was sitting for days!

Small airport location that us one of the few food options available at the Birmingham airport. Keep in mind this isn't like the other store front restaurants you will find all over town. Yes, same look and feel however not the full menu you may be accustomed to finding. Breakfast menu has about a half dozen items to choose between. Not sure what the lunch/dinner menu consists of, but I would guess very similar. Huge bonus to Chick-fil-A at the airport....price! The price is a little more than you will find at the traditional locations, but literally pennies difference in price. Staff was friendly and prompt. They had approximately 8 people in line and they got through them very quickly. Note it looks like they keep a good supply of food ready cooked under heat lamps if they are at busy times of the day, not my favorite way to get food, but if you're in rush you shouldn't have any wait. Wouldn't recommend if you are in a rush or looking for an economical airport option.

This was the perfect lunch. Great flavor, squash, some greens, farro to keep you full (I believe this is an ancient grain), I feel like I checked every box on being healthy for the day. The dressing is delicious and not overdone. They've got bar seating, two tables for larger groups, and then booth seating along the walls. It's a farm-to-table vibe in here, and the food certainly matches. I've never been disappointed by anything from here. I need to try out their downtown location next!

I love that the catfish is crispy on the outside but still tender and flavorful on the inside. I also really like the Village Salad it's fresh and light, which balances out the heavier parts of my meal. I usually pair it with their French fries because I can't resist the crispy, golden texture. Excellent service and dining experience. Great spot for business dinners or lunch with friends. I've tried looking at their vegetarian options too, and while I don't usually get them, I think they have some solid choices. I like that I can customize a salad or get a few sides to make a meal that's vegetarian-friendly. I think Tasty Town does a good job of offering something for everyone. I personally stick to my usual catfish meal, but I feel like I could explore more of their options if I wanted to try something different. Overall, I really enjoy my lunches there, and I always feel satisfied and happy with my choices.

That's a huge plus; the number of times I've seen referees having to pass on the side because they didn't have utensils! The entree was a chicken pita. It did have a few fresh onions, but I enjoyed them since I didn't have to be the one dragon breathing around the field all day. We did have a choice of roasted potatoes or basmati rice. The potatoes went much quicker than the rice; I had the potatoes and they were fantastic. There was also a tray of chocolate chip cookies provided. I don't think they were frash made; they looked similar to other restaurants generic chocolate chip cookies. They were a nice addition to the lunch, though. They also provided sweet and unsweet tea in gallon jugs.
