The presentation, creativity and focus on seasonality are standout features of Bayonet. Very bold dishes like the chive and caviar egg sandwich prove that the chef does not hesitate to go extreme. The Strawberry Wahoo was no less impressive, both in presentation and the genuinely unique combination. Staff are highly professional, bartenders Bradley and Miles are top notch pros of the industry.
