I ordered 2 party pack taco through the drive thru. Inside was closed, otherwise I would have gone in. As I pull up to the window I can hear a girl in the back screaming, "no cancel that order!" I used to like the chicken ranch tacos but the cuts of meat coming out of here were suspect. I stick with the supreme taco meal from now on, husband and friends like the chalupa, too heavy for me. LOVE the fire sauce. Service is most definitely slow, as they're often swamped with long lines tailing out of the parking lot. Don't expect service with a smile either. I've been made to feel like it's a huge hassle to request the hot sauce packets after they hurriedly hand you your bag. Funny...just thought of that, when you get to the window you feel rushed, however the whole time waiting in line, you figure there's anything BUT rushing going on inside. Interesting. This Taco Bell is horrible. The soft taco shells are a bit crunchy. The Baja Blast slushies are good , but it took forever for a simple order of them. Service is very slow and it took almost 12 minutes for an order of 10 soft tacos, a box of 10 cinnamon delights , a chicken quesadilla, and 2 Baja Blasts. Seems like a lot but it isn't. This is a fast food restaurant and is supposed to be quick. It's in the name. Over all this Taco Bell is slow, sucky and I do not recommend it what so ever. I had a surprisingly good experience at Taco Bell last night. It was too late to cook a meal, and I was hungry for something that I could eat a few hours before bed. I got there and went drive-thru, and with at least three cars ahead of me, I thought it would be a while. But it wasn't. It went very quickly. And the food I ordered came out perfect. And I don't have a typical order. I got the Cheesy Gordita Crunch, BUT with beans instead of meat. Thanks for being mindful of us vegetarians. And I got a Three-Layer Nachos without red sauce. The beans were nice and hot today, with the perfect consistency, placed nicely in the Cheesy Gordita Crunch shell. Wrapped up well, and stuffed with lettuce, cheese and sauce, with no breaks. The total was like $4.30 or less. In stark contrast to an expensive but horrible meal I bought the next day from Moe's Southwest Grill across town, Taco Bell in comparison was an extremely good deal for a filling, tasty, albeit guilt-ridden, preservative-laden late night meal. read more
