I have never eaten in one but I figured I would give them a try after hearing about their buy one get one free if you are wearing a hockey jersey promotion. I went in with my old Boston Bruins jersey on and inquired about the promotion with the first server to make sure they were taking part. However, when I got to the register they would not honor the promotion with some excuse about my ordering burritos with two different meats or such despite the terms clearly stating about the free burrito would have to be of equal or lesser value. I fully expected to have to pay for the more expensive one. Really disappointed with this Brockton location!! I live nearby so it's convenient, but the I stopped going into the restaurant because the staff is usually slow and abrupt, borderline unprofessional, and the rude manager does nothing! So I've placed a few orders via Uber Eats/Door dash and they are usually wrong or missing and item... I have NEVER received a correct order. And tonight, once again I tried my luck and ordered via UberEats, and once again... I am missing the chips. Location is great because I live close by..The food is good and cooked well, my complaint is they never seem to have any cooked peppers, it don't matter what time of the day I go there..I visit this location at least twice a week , my kids love the food..But it's just ridiculous when you want a certain item and it's always not available. I usually love this place, my go-to Chipotle, but my recent visit was disappointing. They didn't have much meat left in the container so I agreed to take what was left. However, after putting the meat on the bowl and move it to the next station, they took some back before adding extra toppings, leaving me with very little meat. I have had a negative experience every single time I've made the mistake of ordering from this location. Unfortunately, this is the only location close to my home. Today, I placed an order with an estimated ready time of 1pm. Because of my previous experiences with this location, I left extra time and arrived at 1:30pm. My order (which was literally just 2 bowls) was not at the pick-up station. I waited a few minutes and then asked one of the employees if they had my order. I gave them my name. They said there didn't have an order for me. I gave them my name again. Nothing. I checked my e-mail to make sure I was at the correct location. I was. I showed them my order and their response was "Oh yes, we have it. It's not ready yet. You should have told us your last name"... The staff at this location behaves as if you're an inconvenience by entering their place of work. I will never EVER order from this garbage store again. read more

This probably says something about chipotle in general that I have to write this disclaimer, but compared to most of my visits to most locations this one was a pleasant success. The staff that I got to interact with were very helpful and friendly. I hadn't tried the new Pollo Asada yet and thought it was quite good. I do appreciate that your employees could both recommend and could tell me about new products, however I do wish that before selling me on the new chicken that I had known it was more expensive than the regular chicken. No where was that written on the menu. Not a huge deal, but it did irk me slightly. Every portion and spoonful of all the toppings and ingredients seemed right and the employees here during my visit put much more effort into making my food than any other chipotle location I've visited. Overall I'm pleased that I stopped in here and had a good meal. If I'm in the area again and craving chipotle then I would return. read more

This is hands down the worst chipotle I have ever been too. We go to Chipotle often and know what the food is supposed to taste like. This place either didn't season the food correctly or it wasn't fresh... not sure. The pinto beans were disgusting. They had NO flavor. Kind of tasted like hard pellets in water. It was a weird taste. The chicken had a concerning fishy taste. The food all had to be tossed in the trash. The staff working were overwhelmed. They were swearing and the place was a mess. I love Chipotle, and my kids love Chipotle - and this is the closest location to my home. I have went here approximately 20 times - not anymore. I will drive to the Norwood or Mansfield location instead of going to Brockton. I always order online, and well in advance. I give myself an extra 1/2 to pick up - so if I know i am going to be there at 5:30, I put a pick up time of 5; because they get busy. I order the same thing every time - 4 bowls for my family and 4 chips - same toppings. Consistently the order is either not ready or made completely wrong, I talking 80% of the time it is wrong. We usually just deal with it; but the last two times staff will now give attitude if they missed a chip, or you ask about the order. The extra time it will take me to drive to a different location is far better than dealing with the staff at this location. read more

I did get a lemonade with my burrito today and the spout poured out water instead. I was in too much of a rush to even say anything to the staff. My girlfriend and I came in tonight to get ourselves bowls, and she got one extra, and she is very picky, one thing she will not get in her own bowl due to allergies even, is beans, which she did not notice the woman had put in it until she had paid. She went over and waited for the next customer to finish their order before she got "helped" not only did the woman who messed the bowl up the first time take the original bowl back and throw it away in the trash, she had to pay for her new bowl, which she did because she did not want to argue, but the woman had walked away from her once my girlfriend looked at both her and the cashier in confusion. I was so disappointed when I stopped at this location after work. I ordered on the app for my food to be ready at 7:50 and didnt receive it until 8:20. The salsa was made so spicy if anyone ate it they would probably have a heart attack. Theres about 10 people working in the back and everything looks dirty. Food everywhere and finger prints all over the glass doors. The manager finally came out and orders started to come out faster.
