Great service, Great food, very Clean Place!!! Hats off to the crew!!! They were so professional and I love it.

I hadn't eaten all day and I just wanted a burger, pickles, onions and tomatoes. I went to the app, but for some reason it wasn't working. Moments later, I get a notifications saying my "FIVE GUYS", order was approved. I'm like "Bet!, I'll give it a few minutes and head over, and get the grubbing". When I get there, there's no record of my order. All I could show "Mike" was the notification from earlier. I was thinking and expecting a back and forth but Mike was real cool and made me fresh burger on the spot and even threw in some fries. (Hope I'm not blowing up ya spot.) Every time I come here they have something broken or something not working you can't even get gold peak tea they don't make it because they have honesty for sale they're too lazy to do their jobs. This is the last time that I eat at this place. I definitely do not recommend this place to anybody else. read more

Great burgers , fries and milk shakes. Not cheap but a great deal of value . All meat is thoroughly cooked so surprisingly still very very great burgers. Huge portions of fries and peanuts in shell while you wait for your order. read more

Five guys overall is really overpriced you don't get much for what you pay for, you would be better off going somewhere else, pretty slow service and there where only three people in there when I went in, The store was pretty clean very spacious dining room. If you are willing to spend the money them you might like it but personally it's not for me. read more

Avoid this Five Guys. They consistently skimp on the bag fries (their fries are over priced and the bag fries are the only reason they're worth it). I'm assuming this is due to a cheap franchise owner because I've never had this experience at any other location. I also ordered online delivery from them once, and my food never showed up. I called, and someone on the phone confirmed my order was picked up, but when I went in person the manager denied they ever received the order. Just save yourself the headache and go to the Randolph location instead. I'd give this Five Guys zero stars, but it doesn't appear to be an option. read more

Ordered a hamburger...asked for tomatoes,onions, pickles, mayo, lettuce and ketchup. What did I get? A cheeseburger. I brought it back up to the cashier (different girl than who originally took the order). Girl at the register tells me they can't take back the cheeseburger. To just keep it and they'll make a new one. Cool. She asks me for the receipt and asks me which one was my order. I gave her a blank stare because she couldn't be serious with that question. I tell her the ONLY hamburger order on the receipt. The girl who originally took my order literally stood there and said she did not take my order so she doesn't know how my order got messed up. I said then who did? Casper? (My wrong order made a commotion amongst the other workers). The manager on duty hands me my hamburger..apologized. I check my hamburger and none of the toppings I asked for was on the hamburger. Simply just mayo and ketchup. Next time the young lady at the register needs to pay close attention when taking orders and maybe she won't have to deny the fact that she messed up. read more

Ordered lunch online for the office and went to pick it up. Waited 25 minutes past the time it was supposed to be ready and was told the back up was from all the Uber Eats/Door Dash drivers waiting. Drove 15 minutes back to the office sat down with everyone and realized there was one burger missing and it was paid for. We called the store to see if it could be delivered because lunch was almost over and we couldn't get back there. Long story short is they just didn't care. Terrible customer service. Asked to speak to the manager and the very difficult to understand person on the other end said they were the manager. We were put on hold then hung up on. When we called back the next 5 attempts the phone was obviously off the hook as it wasn't even ringing. This was an extremely frustrating experience, and it had nothing to do with the $4.00 lost. The employees at this store lack any level of concern or professionalism and we will never order there again. Called back earlier today and spoke to someone different who said they were the manager. He was supposed to call back by 1:00 and never did. Avoid this store if possible 5 Guys burgers are great but it's just not worth the poor customer service. read more

Not much different than any other Five Guys. But the real beef bacon cheeseburger was delicious as ever. and the fries were fresh, piping hot, and just the right amount of salt. This Five Guys is a great addition to the City of Champions! It's slightly pricier than typical fast food but worth the little extra you pay for a higher quality product. I really love this place! I usually get a bacon cheeseburger with everything on it lol the only reason why this place gets 4 stars is because I think the fries are way too expensive. The Cajun fries & regular fries cost the same which is about $4-5 and can't be apart of a meal with a burger so you have to get it separate. They do give you a ton of fries but I usually don't finish it anyways. read more

Fabulous food all the time! I come here for the bacon cheese burger and it is to die for. I only give 4 stars because the tables can be a little messy and the bathrooms could use a good scrubbing. Oh, and they always give so many fries. read more

I love Five Guys but not the one in Brockton. They seem to have something against putting jalapeños on the burgers. They succeed in making the order correct 50% of time. So what should be a great experience is a poor experience because they give you much less then expected. When this happens consistently, there is a problem. I stopped going to 5 Guys altogether for a year due to incorrect and rude service at the Brockton store. The politeness of their crew has improved. Unfortunately their competence has not. read more

Went in today and it was the fastest I've ever been in and out of a Five Guys restaurant. The crew was excellent and the food was great, as it is SUPPOSED to be. I don't mind riding over from the next town, because the franchise down the street from me always has soggy fries lol read more

Great food, the burgers are huge!!!! If you at Mickey Ds, or any fast food joint leave now and come over to 5 guys. The service is also pleasant. The black girl behind the register is friendly and the staff are quick. To cut cost on food you can bring in your own juicy boxes if you have kids. It's a respectable place, please use your manners.
