They had it correct on the receipt but They forgot the sauces and my meal was incredibly dry without it. I called and complained and they told me to go back through the drive thru which took 15 minutes. Chick fil a is a great restaurant. Have great treatment 99 percent of the time. I travel a lot so this is my go to restaurant. This location also got my drink wrong earlier that week. This is the only location I have had issues at on a regular basis. Born and raised in GA, I know all about CFA... the culture, the story, the chicken sandwich... all of it. CFA is pricier fast food, but of course they are worth the extra cost because of the quality and taste. This review is based on the service itself. I came here and ordered grilled nuggets in the drive through, but ended up with fried nuggets when I went to have my lunch. Unfortunately, I was already gone from the establishment so I was unable to trade my nuggets in. Anytime you get a wrong order when you go through a drive through is a disappointment. I can't remember if my order was confirmed or not (don't believe so), but I believe restaurants should repeat an order to ensure accuracy. I emailed customer service and they more than made up for the mistake. It is my understanding that the manager of the store will take matters into their own hands for customer satisfaction. I was impressed. I returned a few times afterwards since CFA is delicious and the store made up for the mistake. My 3 star rating is not for what happened on my first visit there (fried instead of grilled nuggets), but for the consequent visits there. The customer service is not on par to what is expected in a CFA establishment. Just barely friendly, they are only slightly set apart from other fast food chains. "My pleasure" is engrained in their heads in response to a "thank you".... but at this location, that needs work. I received "uh huh" in response to my thank you. That is substandard CFA etiquette, my dear. Another example is of the service. It is simply not fast enough. There have been times I have had to wait longer than anticipated for my order to be both taken and received. No one asked us for refills while dining in. This is another thing that CFA restaurants will do, as a courtesy. I know my expectations are very high, but for THE Chick-Fil-A experience, it needs to be all encompassing. All of these details are what makes them such a great franchise and success. Is it a lack of training? Quality of people hired? I don't know. The food is always good and I am impressed with the brand new restaurant. I appreciate the Christian based music in the background, something very important to Truett Cathy, I am sure. The bathroom was impressive.. I'm pretty sure I saw diapers in there. I've recently moved back to the south so I have experienced, once again, what a true CFA establishment is like. Fast, efficient, friendly, and accurate. It was multiple encounters back here in the south that prompted this review. There's one on every corner around here and they are all the same across the board. I love that my food usually gets to me before i get to the window and they have amazing customer service but they always forget my dressing when i order a salad. although i have ranch at home, as someone who loves ranch, i know that all ranch tastes different. i wouldn't really care if it was mcdonald's or popeyes but chic-fil-a being held to such a high standard, i'd expect better lol. read more

I'm a biased huge fan of Chick-fil-A, but last couple of times to this location I've been less than impressed. My standard order is a deluxe with fries and sweet tea but had a free grilled nuggets so tried them, taste was good but poor quality meat, chewy and fatty; also had a chicken sandwich and again, not the best meat, chewy and thinner than usual. Typically, the consistent excellent quality of taste and chicken is unmatched so this is probably a fluke, have had too many heavenly experiences not to continue coming back. But the saddest part is the customer service as I've eaten there with my two small kids and before leaving I'll walk up and get a refill, while holding one kid and the other standing next to me and I'm holding the cup with the top off; today four employees walked by me before asking if I needed anything, the last time it took about 6-7 employees before seeing me and the time before that I just left because it took too long. Plus, why do they hide all their high chairs in a room behind a closed door? Chick Fil A is alright. By now, most of America has forgotten about the age-old Chick-Fil-A boycott (kinda like they forgot about Anthony Wiener) and now you see all sorts of people crowding this place like it's the In-N-Out of the Midwest. Milwaukeeans are so sick of the same old McDonalds, Culvers, Burger King and Wendy's that crowd every freeway exit in Southeastern Wisconsin that as soon as something "new" opens up, people flock to it like it somehow means Milwaukee is suddenly less of a one-horse town with a terrible business climate. Maybe now that we have a Chick-Fil-A, our crime rates will no longer make the Top 10 list!! I'm just playin' - I love Milwaukee. :D I'll admit, the food is alright. Their chicken sandwich looked like it came from an actual chicken, which is a plus. Parts of the lettuce was brown, but 85% of it was green and "fresh" looking. Oh - another plus - I didn't get the runs from Chick Fil A! Can't say THAT about Wendy's! The customer service was interesting. Being that it was only the second time I've been here, I got a little stage fright as I pulled up my car to the drive thru order box. Under immense pressure from the freakishly long line behind me, I quickly scanned the menu and ordered the old stand-by, the "Original Chicken Sandwich." The lady on the other end rung me up - but then my eyes caressed another item... the "deluxe" chicken sandwich. DELUXE. I wanted the deluxe. I wanted the deluxe so freaking bad - I couldn't stop thinking about it. I had no idea what a deluxe was, but dang it, I was determined to be fancy today. It sounded so high class - like an euphoric symphony of flavor in every bite. So I quickly told the order box lady that I wanted to change my order over to a deluxe. She seemed chill at first - but as I was rolling up my window and driving away, she forgot to turn off her microphone before she said to one of her coworkers, "I HATE it when THEY do that!!" At first, I thought it was humorous. Suddenly - I felt guilty. All I wanted was the deluxe chicken sandwich. All I wanted was to eat with dignity and pride. However, I somehow managed to offend the order box lady with my deluxe shenanigans. As I pulled up to the window, I took my deluxe chicken sandwich with shame and drove away. Grand Opening was this week so as a brand new store they have a few things to iron out. They don't have 'waiting' spaces for you if your order takes a little longer from drive thru. So you are supposed to drive round the building to their regular parking lot. This was not made clear. The person bringing my order forgot my coffee and condiments but brought them back out unprompted as I was still there. My coffee was wrong, I ordered with cream and sugar and it came out black but I pulled away before I realized it. Service was friendly as expected from chick fil a. Overall, give em a month or 2 to settle in and get the flow and I'm sure they will excel as well as any other location which I've always found to have superior service, friendliness, and courtesy over any other fast food chain. Food: 2 stars Service gets them a full extra star. I've had Chick-fil-a before, especially when I was a kid and it was still in the Southridge food court. I liked it then, and I enjoyed it (as much as you can enjoy fast food) more recently too, but my sandwich at this location was just blah. Got the spicy chicken, and the breading on the chicken was soggy and falling off in big pieces. The chicken was kind of slimy on top of it, probably exacerbating the problem. Flavor was OK, not having had the spicy version before. I think the spicy chicken sandwich was better at Wendy's. Fries were just boring, a little undercooked, and a little undersalted. Service was excellent though, even with a 10-minute wait for our food after ordering. They are efficient in getting people through the ordering process. It's a little haphazard after that, with so many people milling around waiting for orders if it's busy, but whatever. What really impressed me was the manager-type guy walking around the dining area, doing whatever he could to make sure people were happy. Cleaning tables, wiping down a chair, making small talk with regulars he recognized, and asking people if they'd like soda refills and getting them for them. We didn't need a refill when asked, but asked at the counter on our way out, and they were happy to oblige. So, overall, meh. Didn't live up to my previous Chick-fil-a visits in terms of food quality (and frankly it's kind of expensive for what you get, but that's all fast food nowadays), but if someone else wanted to go I wouldn't object. read more

My visit today was excellent. I stopped with my son and daughter to try a TikTok challenge with a chicken sandwich chick fil . The customer service was outstanding, and the manager, Corey, greeted us as we sat to make sure we enjoyed our meal and see if we needed anything. After seeing our receipt fall as he walked past he bent to grab it and apologized. He engaged with my children and gave them refills. The inside was well clean and managed. First time going to Chick-fil-a in quite some time. Since taking a day off from work I decided to indulge and order some breakfast. This location is very busy and often see it jam packed on weekday mornings and evenings coming to and from work. I notice this because, on my way everyday, Chick-Fil-A is conveniently located on W Capitol drive and is a short distant drive to and from home/work. I entered the drive-through lane with excitement. Noticing the pleasurable cleanliness and prompt response from the drive-through operator, I ordered the 4 piece Chick-n-Minis Meal. Delicious! It's way better than I had expected. I, however, ordered the meal which came with a drink and beverage (I got coffee). When I got home I was a little disappointed that I was missing the hash browns that come with the meal. No biggie but I ending up paying more for the meal without actually getting the side. From now on, if I go back to Chick-fil-a, I'll have to check to make sure I get everything before leaving the drive-through. I may/may not go back because of this experience but this shouldn't stop others from going. Might've been an isolated innocent that happened to me specifically. Trust goes a long way and this definitely hindered my perception of going back any time soon. TLDR; Great service, cleanliness, and prompt response from drive-through operator. Just check your bags before leaving the drive-through to make sure what you ordered is all accounted for! read more

It was the morning of a surprise breakfast give away, so I order and then ask for avocado lime ranch and I was told I had to pay for it... I have NEVER paid for a chick-fil-a sauce or dressing in or out of state... so I was like okay you can just give me regular ranch. So then I get to the window and I try and tell the guy what I had because I had no egg because I'm very allergic and he talked over me and then just hands me a bag and is like here you go hands me the bag and I look in it and I'm like I asked for regular ranch and then he's like " OHHH you had no egg ? " like yeah .. if you wouldn't have over talked me you would had heard that. Then just switches the bags out and closes the window .. a simple mistake of me leaving with the egg on my bagel could had ruined my day and sent me to the hospital. I normally don't go to this location because they have CONSISTENTLY bad service but I decided to give them another chance so then I get to my destination to eat and this is what I got ... I walked in on one of the coolest things I've ever seen as a separated Dad. Half the dining area was blocked & all the tables were decorated as well as streamers. I really wasn't sure what was going on cause all I wanted was a spicy chicken sandwich. My eyes soon caught a sign that read Daddy Daughter Date Night! My heart melted & instantly missed my daughter in that moment. More places need to do this. I'm not sure if this is a chick-fil-a thing or just this location as I'm from Des Moines Iowa & have never seen this. I would have gave a 5star but my fries sucked. I used to be a huge fan of this place but unfortunately, this location specifically, plus the customer service people, have ruined it for me. I ordered two spicy chicken deluxe sandwiches and asked for extra mayo packets and paid for just that. When I got home and opened my bag up there were two standard chicken sandwiches and not a single packet. I filled out a "restaurant experience feedback" form on their website and was sent an automated reply telling me I'd be contacted by the specific store in 2-3 business days. I gave them a couple of weeks but never heard from them. I decided to fill out another form. Waited another couple of weeks but again never heard back. So I filled out a third form online talking less about my botched order and more about how I was being snubbed of a reply of any kind. I checked my spam folder and everything. Another couple of weeks and still nothing. I thought maybe if I called customer service this would get some results. After waiting on hold for about a half-hour the woman confirmed that she had my online forms on file and I was told she would "elevate" this issue and I'll hear back soon. Once again, I generously waited a couple of weeks and without hearing back in any form, I called again. This time I was told by the representative that he was adding some "strong" language to ensure this issue was addressed immediately. AGAIN...weeks go by and I hear from no one. I call for a third time (each call required about the same 30+ minute wait time just to be told a different version of the same thing). This man told me he is sending the report directly to this specific store owner because previously they were just being sent to the "leadership team" (whatever that means) and by doing this I will no doubt hear from the owner very, very soon. That last call was about three weeks ago. So that is where I'm at currently. Three forms & three calls over the course of over 10 weeks and the only response I've gotten was that automated email the first day. I see chick-fil-a commercials on TV all the time talking about how much they care about their customers and their attention to the little things but my experience has been the complete opposite and I just don't think of them the same way and can't bring myself to return to them until this is made right! read more

The Worst experience ever, they charged me extra 50 dollars without letting me know or have my confirmation, yesterday I placed an order at my work place for me and my co-workers, I was trying to place an order from door dash which has a free delivery for orders over 15$ but I couldn't then I called the store at Brookfield, WI Capitol dr. letting them know that I can't order from door dash which has free delivery, and asking if they could deliver for me, they charged me 50 dollars extra for delivery without telling me about delivery fees or have a confirmation, If I knew that they will charge me that amount I would not order from them at first place. I called the store again (Brookfield, WI) telling them my complaint, a lady spoke to me, she had a horrible attitude she was so rude to me. I asked to speak to a manager, they told me that the manager is not there and he will call me back, and no one contact me till now. If you're like me then eating a chicken sandwich, chicken wrap or chicken nuggets & waffle fries in the comfort of your ride is one of life's simple pleasures.. Well brother/sister, let me tell you that this place will not disappoint. I was able to procure a chicken wrap & waffle fries via drive thru with a very minimal wait. Allowing me to get on my way while enjoying the awesome wrap & amazing fries. All at a very reasonable price. There are people who have a moral objection to Chic Fil-A drive-thru, to those people I say, "Sir/madam, you are eating a sandwich from a bag. Climb down off that high horse & enjoy the tasty bird. Are there better fries than the waffle fries? If so, I haven't discovered them. Some people will say that curly fries are better, I disagree. Others will say it's the crinkle fries. Again, I disagree. Waffle fries are far easier to eat while blasting down the road. Plus, they hold condiments much better. Anywhoo... If you are in the market for a perfectly adequate & satisfying meal that doesn't require much effort, then this is the place for you. read more
