Bad service, closed 15 minutes earlier. Rude drive thru service. Employee, L**f, said out loud "why are people still driving up?, oh sorry about that, what do you want?" We repeated our order multiple times, drove away and got the wrong order. We called the store 4 times before they finally answered. We told the manager, who wouldn't give us his name, and he said there wasn't much to he could do. (The mistake was a deluxe sandwich when we ordered a regular spicy sandwich) We asked "can we get just the sandwich tomorrow?" And he said "no, I can only give you fries" After several weeks can't help you, we had to disclose the fact that we are lactose intolerant and weren't going to eat the sandwich. Finally he said "fine here's a code to redeem a sandwich tomorrow" and hung up. Extremely disappointing, as a Chick-fil-a One Signature Member this is a huge let down. Never received my order, one of the managers at the drive thru told me to wait for my order at the front of the restaurant, ended up waiting for 35 min with no response from manager and waited for me to go down and ask about order which manager was unaware that order was sitting down at the counter for some time and never attempted to deliver to my car. Ended up missing my lunch since i had only 30 min to get back to hospital, worst customer service and not appropriate response from manager. read more

This location is only concerned about getting customer thru fast but not getting your order correct or care about what you want. The last 3 of 4 times my order has been wrong including today. And I am ordering the spicy grilled chicken deluxe exactly how it suppose to come. This time, there was no cheese and the guy taking my order leans into my truck and rests his tablet on my door while taking my order. I had to lift off the tablet and ask him to step away. Such a shame a company that use to be so reliable and good, is now so bad on customer service and getting your order correct. During a recent visit to the Chick-fil-A on Morrison in Brownsville, I decided to dine in and ordered through the mobile app -- something I regularly do to skip the line and streamline my experience. I received my drink in a clear plastic cup, which I assumed was due to trying a limited-time beverage. However, when I later returned to the front counter for a refill, I was informed I couldn't get one because of the type of cup I had. Initially, I thought it was a misunderstanding -- perhaps it was just the special drink -- so I asked if I could switch it out for a regular lemonade instead. One team member seemed ready to assist, but after getting a look from coworkers, he hesitated. Eventually, a message was relayed from a manager -- not Adrian, but a shorter individual whose name I unfortunately forgot to ask for -- that refills are not given on drinks served in clear plastic cups. Then someone advises that I would need to buy a drink. I went to make line while my daughter was eating her meal alone at the table. Taking glances behind me, to ensure she's doing well. I asked if the issue was due to ordering through the mobile app, and they confirmed yes -- that customers who dine in but order via the app are served in clear cups and therefore ineligible for refills. When I asked if my cup could simply be switched or if a refill could be offered given since I was inside the restaurant to dine, if he may ask his manager. The final answer was no. I was told I'd need to purchase another drink in a styrofoam cup to qualify for refill as per what the manager told him. So I did. But in the time it took to ask these questions, stand in line again, and buy another drink, my food unfortunately went cold. This could have been a moment for service recovery -- a small, kind gesture like offering a refill would've turned the situation around. Instead, it felt unnecessarily rigid and out of step with the values Chick-fil-A promotes. On the positive side, I want to sincerely thank the table staff who were very kind and attentive. One even offered a paper cow hat to my child, which made her happy and added a nice touch to our visit. Their warmth and hospitality are the kind of guest-focused service Chick-fil-A is known for, and I appreciated it. Still, this experience at the counter didn't reflect Chick-fil-A's mission "to have a positive influence on all who come into contact with Chick-fil-A" or to provide "remarkable" service. If anything, it highlighted a policy flaw that negatively impacts loyal customers who use the mobile app while dining in. I plan to contact corporate directly in hopes that this policy is reviewed and that better discretion is given to managers and team members in the future. read more

5 stars!!! This place is so nice, they just remodeled the outside & inside. The food smells super good!!!! And is also mouth watering. And the service is super fast, staff team was super nice when ordering and when they gave the order. Got breakfast before work here for a week & they got my order wrong twice, had to drive back from work to get my right order. They had me waiting at the drive thru menu without acknowledgement for at least a min or two (keep in mind, there were no cars in front of me at all). To top it off, their service was not at all exceptional as one usually expects from Chic-fil-A. Just an overall upsetting and let-down experience. read more

Rogelio has always delivered my meals and let tell you he is one of the nicest employees this Chick-fil-A probably has. I've gone in person and has always been unimpressed with the ambiance the restaurant staff has Rogelio although is one staff member this place has that actually cares! Chick-Fil-A used to be the "go to fast food run" but after these past couple of visits the foods quality , taste and restaurant's service hasn't been like it used to before. It can be described more as a "Hit or Miss" either it's a Top 10 or it's just not what I expected it to be ~ meaning it wasn't good at all. Manager named Carlos. Very rude, I went back after they forgot to add the avocado ranch for our salads and it was 10pm which is when they close the dining area which is fine. I had parked right in front while he was locking the front doors, saw me then walked away, I walked back to my car and I see him go back to the doors to put up some signs so I honked and flashed my lights and acted like he didn't see me AGAIN! So I had to make line at the drive through WAIT 15min JUST TONGET RANCH that THEY forgot to put in the bag. The quality of service has diminished substantially over the past few years. They tend to forget items in each order, even something as simple as plastic ware for a salad ordered through a drive-thru. It has been an ongoing issue and calling the store makes no difference. this used to be my chickfila of choice. even though their drive through line was super long, they always managed to get orders out in no time. I stopped going the day a young worker there told me I had to pay .48 cents for extra sauce packets. she said we were only allowed one per meal. CFA is known for kindness and generosity. the stinginess, ambition, and greed of this owner's stores is incomprehensible. not even McDonald's does this. at least they give you 2 packets per meal, but CFA is supposed to be different. well, I took my business to boca chica that has a different owner, and I haven't gone back for last couple of months when it happened. I've heard recently that they stopped charging for sauces and are now giving sauce packets galore, but that doesn't change anything. they forgot what they represent, whereas the boca chica restaurant never forgot. you have to remember that restaurants don't offer just food, they offer service, and no one wants to go eat somewhere where they are made to feel as if they're begging for food. don't get me wrong, I'm glad they retracted their policy, and all is forgiven - hey, it takes humility to admit you're wrong - but I'm faithful to my little boca chica restaurant that always made me feel welcomed, and that's what makes people go back every time. read more

If I could give this location zero stars I would. Their drive thru is a complete disaster!! Took over 4 years to fix the broken speaker thing to build 2 new lanes and they STILL have the poor kids kids getting people's orders in the blazing hot sun. I've experience different Chick-fil-As from Houston to Brownsville and let me tell you this store has the best trained staff. My order has always been right, I've I never had a bad experience at this location. All staff are very respectful, all smiles and their way of saying "My Pleasure, makes a person feel they were appreciated, thanks. The mobile ONE app does not save any time, they don't have the order ready at all. I have tried about 10 times and they NEVER have it ready, I understand you want to make the freshest meals but other retailers such as Starbucks offer the same service and they always have my coffee and breakfast sandwich ready when I walk in.
