Service was not great at all. It seems like conversation among the workers is valued more than attending to any customer. It just felt like i was interrupting their conversation when i asked for sauce packets. By the way, I wasn't offered any sauces when I ordered. I understand if workers are new or young but I've seen those workers a while back so this can't be that. Workers were either on their phone, huddled up, flirting, or overall had a bad attitude on their face. Not one classic "My Pleasure" did I hear at all. I wasn't offered anything as well. The Burleson Chick-fil-a restaurants have great staff and will allow me to special order both the spicy chicken biscuit and the spicy chicken burrito for breakfast (you have to go inside to get them). Why Chick-fil-a's corporate offices took those off the breakfast menu is beyond me! Those items were what kept me coming back for breakfast. read more

Disappointed at this Chic-fil-A restaurant. I came here with my 11 month old grandson on Thursday around 3pm. Almost done eating when my grandson accidentally spit up his milk all over himself and on myself. As I was trying to clean up my grandson I knew I needed help with the mess left at our table. Expecting assistance, instead I was handed a chemical spray bottle, a big roll of paper towels and gloves. It was clear that I was expected to clean it up by myself while carrying a crying baby. I cleaned the best I could but as I left the restaurant I knew this Chic-Fil-A's customer service was the worst I've been. I hate to think that this treatment was based on my color. read more

I've never been to Chick-Fil-A and now I understand what the fuss is about! OMG...so yummy. I mean talk about fast food. I literally placed my ordered and received my food within minutes. Food was fresh, hot and tasty. This location was especially nice, had small vases on their tables which made it feel all fancy. I am not sure if it was only for the holidays but I liked it. Update since it has been a while: I recently discovered an off-menu item, grilled nuggets. They announced them for kids meals and you can get them as an adult meal, too. Good for gluten free diners or those who are more health conscious, and easier than ordering a grilled sandwich with no bun. Just ask for a grilled nugget meal, either 8 or 12 piece. Also, their side salads are huge and fresh, I highly recommend them. Still great service. read more

My only complaint and why I gave it 2 stars is the playroom!! It smelled so bad like mold! By the windows it block off I thought maybe they had a flood but what I noticed was a bunch of junk like they use it for storage. Definitely the worst chick-fil-a play area for kids! Seriously, every other restaurant and fast food place need to take a few lessons from whoever manages this location. During their rushes they have 3-4 employees taking orders and payments outside, which speeds up your wait time! The management takes very good care of them, they provide waters and shade with misters and those towel things for their necks to keep them cool. I really admire that! read more

However this Burleson location was a disappointment, it was 11 o'clock so not many people there, the fries were soggy and no salt, the nuggets were also soggy the only saving grace for this trip was the lemonade. Wow I just sat down next to another customer who had a sit down meeting complaining to an assistant manager here. This customer was being extremely rude and finding the smallest things to complain about like the fact that the employees have to walk out in the drive thru to get your order and how the sandwiches smell bad because of the pickles on them. I didn't hear the entire conversation but I didn't have to because just by looking at them I could tell it was unnecessary. The young chick-fil-a employee handled it so well. She kept saying yes mam and was very respectful in the way she listened to her all of her concerns. She politely refunded her and took her criticism head on. I'm not sure if anyone could have handled that the way she did! Chick-fil-A hands down has some of the best employees around. I am so proud of this place!
