This location has a pretty terrible situation as far as their drive thru and parking availability, but they are working it like pros! There were probably 15 -20 cars wrapped around the building in front of us, but they were super fast, very efficient, amazingly helpful, and our food was fresh, hot and thoroughly enjoyable! I tried the spicy chic-fil-a sandwich for the first time and without a doubt, it's my new favorite! Mildly spicy, juicy and perfect with their honey mustard. Sooo good! This was a quick stop dinner on a road trip. We went inside to order to also use the restroom. The restroom has filthy! The floor had pieces of trash, toilet paper, and wet in areas that shouldn't be wet. There is a mouthwash station in the bathroom that might contribute to puddle of water by the entrance. Why a mouthwashing station? The interior is also filthy, this is the dirtiest Chick-fil-A I have eaten at. We ordered two sandwiches - spicy regular and spicy deluxe with no salt fries with lemonade. The lemonade was good. The fries were crisp. I ordered extra pickles. I was given two extra pickles. The spicy chicken was not spicy. I have been to other locations where you can taste a bit of spice. The regular was temperature hot. The deluxe was cold. We both got sick eating at this location. Since the change of the entrance for drive through, coming here for curbside pickup is a major pain! I think that the location for curbside pickup should be changed to address the new side entrance. Mind you, it's not official as they block the intended area with a car and a sign telling you to use the side entrance. Once entering that way, one gets stuck in the drive through traffic in order to park in the curbside designated spots. If one tries to drive directly to curbside pickup, an accident would occur since it's an exit. I removed 2 stars for this alone. Please figure out a better way to manage this. read more

So my mom parked and I went and told the lady that we were missing half of our food. People standing around which look like kids in a high school parking lot. I ordered an extra, large fries that night. Get home. All 3 french fry containers were half full. The large french fry container was able to hold 6-7 ketchups!! I knew this because that is where they put the ketchup. Not in the bag but on top & inside the large size french fry container. They were all filled half way!! Called Chick-Fil-A. Spoke to someone that said they were the manager but later learned he was a regular employee because the manager told me when I returned to the restaurant that he was the manager & he never spoke to me on the phone. He also told me I was incorrect because he was filling every single order that evening & he would not make a mistake... To top it off he never apologized that I had to drive back to the store & wait in the crazy long line! He completely treated me like I was lying! Really?! While I visit this restaurant 3-4 times a week because I usually love the food and customer service of Chick-fil-A in general, on last night (October 15, 2022) at about 9:45p, I had a much different experience than I've ever had. My family and I had waited in the long line of the drive thru only to get to the window and be told to park while the other part of our order is being prepared. Now I don't know about most people, but to someone who has waited their turn in the long line, I'd like to be focused on and a priority when I finally get to the window rather than told to go park along the side while we finish preparing your order (basically cue for ~Let us focus on the cars behind you putting them as priority and getting them out of our line while we continue getting yours together~). There was a young white male by the name of Jonathan who actually had on a manager's shirt (which was even more unbelievable) demanding that I pull up into a parking spot. Mind you I'm not a confrontational person by nature, but his tone asking me several times to move out of the line without my food was very frustrating and frustrating enough that I will also contact his boss and corporate regarding his lack of customer service. And yes, I continued to wait in the line refusing to move. And no, your tone will NOT make me do differently. When I finally get to a window of a fast food restaurant, I expect to be priority at that moment. When a customer says they'd like to remain in line to receive their food (just like everyone else), you don't get the right to demand it over and over in an aggressive tone as though the customer is saying something totally unreasonable. NO, I don't want to wait along the side while other customers BEHIND ME are helped. No, thank you. I've waited my turn, so please get me my paid food items. The way I was spoken to by Jonathan was very AGGRESSIVE, VERY CONDESCENDING as though he had some sort of SUPERIORITY over me and THAT is UNACCEPTABLE!!! I even had to park and 8 months pregnant and all I attempted to go into the lobby for missing items that were requested with my order, but at 9:45p the lobby was unfortunately closed. A nice young man came out from the inside (he had dreadlocks in his hair and I do not know his name) and I will never forget the way he went out of his way to help and de-escalate the situation as he'd seen what happened at the window just before. He gave me the sauce missing and the head boss name that I requested and I indeed plan to contact not only Gary, but also corporate. Chick-fil-A deserves better than a person of Jonathan's caliber. I was very disappointed as I expect better which is why my family and I frequent the restaurant. This should NEVER happen to ANY customer. read more

Usually Chick-Fil-A is top notch the food is hot and the customer service is a joy, again usually. This review actually starts on a visit from May 16, 2020 when I found hair in my Cobb salad. Very disappointing. I was at home and not on the road, if I had be driving I could of simply gone back yet I wanted to sit at a table to enjoy my food. Once I noticed the hair I called the location and let Emily know what happened. I let her know I made it home and it would be inconvenient to come all the way back. She understood and stated to come back and redeem my salad at a later date. She mentioned she'll write my name down and just let the staff know "Emily" sent me. Now fast forward to today. My husband decided to get our little ones nuggets and since we were there I stated I'll get the Cobb salad that's owed to me. I let the young lady know and mentioned that Emily told me to come pick up the salad when I get a chance. She went inside to inform management (Hunter T) that the salad was to be comped and how to proceed. We went all around the building got to the window to be told "Emily doesn't work here anymore." Okay! But does that change the fact that I'm still owed a Cobb salad? I get it, it's June however the fact does not change that I paid for a Cobb salad and never got a chance to get it at not fault of mine. So my last two visits to Chick-fil-A were horrible. This is hands down my favorite Chick Fil A. As a frequent southbound 35 traveler this is my go to place for breakfast. Obviously I love Chick Fil A so not stopping here is a nonnegotiable for my travels. First the service is fast. They move the expected miles long drive thru lines more efficiently than any other one I have frequented. I have never spent more than 10 minutes waiting in line which is a surprise with how long the drive thru can get. They are not only fast but also friendly. On more than one occasion I have made a ridiculous request and they have happily fulfilled it. I never feel like I am being unreasonable when I ask for extra sauce. The food is always piping hot when I get it. One time an order was messed up and they immediately corrected it and apologized. I was impressed by their proactive response when many fast food joints would act annoyed. Of course it's Chick Fil A so always expect great food. If you find your self driving down 35 make sure to stop here for breakfast and wonderful, fast service. read more
