We pulled in off the highway to get a quick bite on our road trip. Walked in and the line was easily 30 minutes and wrapped around to the back of the building. People couldn't pull out of their parking spots because the drive through line was so long. We had to tell our toddler that we couldn't go to chick-fil-a and she was so disappointed. I'm such a Chic Fil A fan. They could do no wrong in my eyes... That was until they opened this location. They certainly train up mannerable associates, BUT more times than I can count they have gotten my order incorrect (ask for spicy chicken sandwich, get regular), I have been shorted items, etc. I've definitely mentioned this to their online customer service and they were generous enough to issue me a gift card for items that were incorrect or forgotten, but it's come to the point that I'm over it. My daughter wanted Chic Fil a today, so we went, and I'm proud to say that my order was correct. I've learned to check my bag before driving off, lol. Ordered curbside service through the app. When I arrived it reminded me to check in and told me where to park. I parked and waited then my app said my food was ready. I waited and waited and finally went in. No one was at the counter and I was approached and stated I was waiting for my curbside order. A guy was putting said order together and said he was about to bring it out. The food was cold especially the fries. It seems this location is not like the others nearby in terms of quality or service but unfortunately it's closest to my house. Another Visit Another wasted 15 minutes I give up eating at this location. Waited forever in drive thru placed my order waited longer to get to the window to be told I'm sorry we don't have that salad right now. So please tell me how you placed my order into your system and after all the waiting I had to do you tell me you are out of the salad??? This has to be the worse out of the locations between my home and job and what sucks the most is this is closest to my house. Honestly, I'll never go to this chick fil a again. During my visit today, I was waiting in line to order inside the restaurant. There was a long line and only one employee taking orders. This was not the issue. The issue was that when I was next to order, the owner/manager Jaime pulled my husband and I aside and said he could take our order. When it was time to pay, I asked if I could scan for points on my phone. He said they don't have a scanner. Then in a very argumentative tone, he asked why I didn't just order on my phone instead of waiting in line. I responded by saying that is what you do in a restaurant and no other chick fil a has a problem with me waiting in line. He said that he is short staffed and that my waiting in line is just causing more of a back up. I understand that he was promoting the app technology, but the entire encounter felt highly unprofessional and abrasive, as if it were my fault that the restaurant was busy and he didn't have enough staff to manage. For fast food franchised joints, Chick-fil-A does a very good breakfast sandwich. My Sausage, Egg and Cheese Biscuit was far better than their equivalents at McD's or Burger K. It is larger, fresher, tastier, and the biscuits themselves flakier and more buttery. This was a drive thru order at this newish outlet. They made a small mistake in my favor by throwing in a box of Taters at the bottom of the bag. I didn't order them, but neither was I charged. I wasn't aware of it until I arrived at my destination and saw what was in the bag. Nice to come out on the high side of the transaction. So often, these deals break the other way. read more

One star for asking me not once but 3 times in the drive-thru window what kind of salad I wanted. I repeated my order for a Market Salad with chicken nuggets. The kid in the window repeats my order and states grilled chicken. I said no the fried nuggets. I get to the window and he repeats my order and says with the chicken nuggets. This Chic-fil-A was perhaps the best one I have ever attended. The cashier had excellent customer service from start to finish. I could not tell if he was having a bad day or not! It was very busy there and I'm sure it was due to customers loving the products they serve as well as this particular location itself. It was very clean and kid friendly(there was a nice play area there). Due to the long line of folks ahead of me; I had a small wait. So I sat down and they brought my food to me! My husband placed an online order for breakfast, as he pulled into the parking lot he received a text saying his order is ready. When he walked in he was waiting patiently, watching the shift manager interact with her young daughter...and it wasn't bring your daughter to work day! The child went up to the counter multiple times, getting multiple items off the menu at no cost! Again my husband is being ignored! Finally after 6 minutes he was asked if he was waiting for the online order, he replied yes and was then told the coffee was brewing and had another 4 minutes! I had the best service ever!!!! One of the employees, Jack Sweeney, is what makes me want to come back.

The food is good, like all other chick-fil-a chains. But as soon as we walked in, we where greeted by a line of disarray and some fruit flies. There is no order while waiting to place your order. Also, when we where looking for a place to sit, all the tables seemed to be dirty. I went to the bathroom to wash me hands and even that seemed to have a funky odor more than most restrooms. About the time we where almost done eating is when what seemed to be the manager, came onto the floor and started cleaning. But I had noticed on my way to the restroom that he had been standing around talking to some customers about body building. I think he should've done less yapping and more working... The line for this place is testament to the overall experience. At 9pm there was roughly 40 cars in the drive through. Got two meals which ended up being very good but what blows me away about this place is the workers. They're taken from the same population that any other fast food place hires from but they're polite, hard working, and handle things like 40 cars full of hungry people so much better than you'd expect. I frequently stay at the Hilton at exit 5, off NJ turnpike. This is just down the road. Owner has a lucky location, tucked within a busy shopping center and Wawa gas/store & busy highway... Otherwise, this place would be closed. It really is the worst representation of the franchise and a disgrace to Chik-fil-a. Two outside ordering lanes merge into one slowwww payment window. Precarious parking lot, winding, long car wait lines. Inside, manager (in blue) was laughing away with another supe as store was being slammed with customers. Employees were inept and indifferent. Wait was 25 min for a nugget box. Nuggets were super greasy, clearly fried in oil that required changing. (Chicken had dirty oil black specks & oil was actually thick on them). Nuggets were hard & tasted of stale oil. Manager was loud, not working, blind to the chaos & complaining customers waiting. Can't compare to Moorestown or other locations. I wrote corporate, as the service was so poor & I have catered meetings with CFA in the past at other locations. Corporate replied that my letter was being forwarded to the franchise for response. No response came. Obviously, owner couldn't give a sh*t & has enough traffic to lean on. What a stain on the Chick-fil-a name though. Seedy location, seedy management. I usually love getting Chick-fil-A once in a while, when the line isn't insane. So today, I got gas at the Wawa next door and decided to get a sandwich combo. My go to is the spicy chicken sandwich deluxe. It has some lettuce and tomato to make me feel like I'm eating healthy. The line wasn't too bad so I decided to order some to go. So their ordering booth is out of order and they have people outside with iPads taking your order. I order my usual and pay to that person. I pick up as usual and drive out of the plaza and wait till I get on the highway to be able to eat it. I open the bag and don't see the usual box the sandwich comes in. Rather it's in a paper wrap. They gave me the wrong order. Only chicken on a bun and pickles. I ordered without pickles. The chicken was so spicy that I'm writing this 3 hours later and I still have a heartburn. On top of that, the fries were so soggy not even the delicious sauce made them taste any better. Avoid this location. read more

This Chick-Fil-A was brand spanking new when I went for the first time. Like every new place it had flaws, major flaws. They messed up our order twice, and even with a manager from another location standing there. The girl seemed really frazzled but the manager kept pushing her to keep working. I waited about a half hour for a food order to finally be right and then ran straight out of there since it was so packed. The next time we went it was a couple weeks later and it seemed like all the issues were the same. It was still overly packed inside and in the drive through. To be safe we went in and when we got to the counter the girl (different than the first one) seemed to want to be anywhere but in front of us. I had to keep repeating my order to her while she slowly put it in. We waited for about 30 minutes again (dinner time rush I can only assume) before we finally got our order. They shorted us on sauces so we waited a couple more minutes before abandoning the idea and just heading out. Normally I go to the Chick Fil A in Delran because it used to be the closest one and it looks like I will continue to drive out there for the time being. I will let this one get a few more months under its belt and then try again. read more

Although the staff were very nice, I was halfway through eating my chicken sandwich when I found a hair in it. My father called over a person working there to replace the sandwich, and given how couteous the staff was, I believe in second chances given that's likely just human error. After 15 minutes, I still didn't get a replacement sandwich even though everyone in line were already served. Now, I am blaming bad management. Good things come to those who wait. And with this Chik-Fil-A being the best thing to happen to Burlington in a while, you WILL be waiting. On the couple of occasions that I've visited, the lines rivaled those of Disney World. When you finish eating any of their fresh menu items, your stomach will be the happiest place on earth. The workers there are the most pleasant fast food employees in the industry. Maybe it's because they know that they'll never have to work a Sunday. I had the worst experience with this chick-fil-a I ordered a deluxe chicken sandwich not spicy with American cheese medium fries and a lemonade and 3 honey mustards. The lady didn't repeat my order so I had to repeat my order to them myself. When I got back home my medium fries was only half full and they gave me a spicy chicken sandwich with pepper jack cheese and I only got 1 honey mustard packet I will never go back there ever again I also tried calling and no one answered the phone so I had to leave a message and no one has gotten back to me.
