Diane was our waitress and did an excellent job serving our food and keeping our coffee cups full. She also was great for allowing us to hang out and catch up. Their breakfast variety plus the quality and quantity make up the 5 star review. They seemed to have everything. Their omelettes take up an entire page of the menu and range in price from $8.99-12.99. I ordered the "Healthy Omelette" which came with peppers, mushrooms and avacado served with home fries and toast for $12.99. It was enough for 2 people. Bathrooms are clean. I was housesitting for my good friend and was hungry the next morning for diner coffee and breakfast. Yelp strikes again! Crazy crowded at 11:45 am but we were seated pretty quickly. I enjoyed drooling over their luscious looking desserts in the case that smacks you in the face as soon as you enter while we waited. I had French toast, scrambled eggs and that great diner coffee! Let me start by saying this is my favorite place to go. However last night was extremely disappointing. Our waitress barely spoke to us. Brought out our soups and dinner at the same time. When I stated the food would be cold she stated it would get cold if she left it in the kitchen. Didn't check on us at all during eating left us with no drinks and clearly just wanted us to leave. Service was pretty quick. We ordered mini meals, which was a lot more food than we expected. I had the chicken Marsala that came with 3 decent size chicken cutlets and about half a pound of angel hair. Fiancé had the lemon pepper chicken which came with 2 large chicken breasts and mashed potatoes and spinach. We both only ate half. Meal also came with soup or salad and dessert. I'm a regular here and dine in 2-3 times month. Tonight I ordered takeout and was very disappointed. The meat didn't appear to be steak at all but chop meat. While it was tasty, it appears they placed the open bread in the takeout box and threw the meat mixture on top, No sandwich at all. I've had chopped steak many times, but this wasn't it. We had a very good experience when we visited for breakfast. The diner is impeccably clean and appointed with all the typical decor you would expect. There is a beauty of a dessert case as you enter across from the door, interested in coming back on a future visit for something sweet! Speaking of sweet, our server was super friendly and welcoming. Interestingly the egg based combos come with 3 eggs - most diners come only with two. And the prices are all reasonable. Service was fast, the only significant opportunity was that all of the food was almost unseasoned and bland... nothing that some self added alt and pepper. Plant fix though. You can tell a lot about a restaurant by how it treats its customers. The food is diner food. Nothing special. Eggs - coffee - gravy - etc. nothing fancy. Even while busy they were seating people rather quickly. However everyone looked like they hate their job. As I sit here now looking around from the hostess to the bussers, everyone is just going through the motions. Our own server took our order, brought the food, and we saw her when she brought us the check. I had to flag another server to get a coffee refill. Didn't even asking for a 3rd refill. Mozzarella sticks and chicken tenders were good, but the buffalo wings were over cooked leaving them quite dry. Had to ask for blue cheese to get them down. Ordered the garlic steak for the meal and upgraded it to the ribeye. It was just fair. The steak was ordered medium but it came well done so it was dry and tough. The steak itself also lacked seasoning. Roasted potatoes were good, but the green beans were standard canned veggies. The waitress definitely meant well, but dirty dishes were not cleared. The app plate was taken away by a bus boy, but the soup and salad dishes remained for the entire meal. After the entrees were done and she asked about dessert, the dirty dishes remained on the table. There's no excuse in the restaurant business to walk back to the kitchen empty handed. Overall, it's a decent little local diner but some things need to be worked on. Do not get the chicken cordon bleu or cream of crab soup. I have eaten here three times. I got steak the first two times. First time, about 7 years ago, it was amazing. 2 years ago, not so much. This time I got the chicken cordon bleu and the cream of crab soup. I've never heard of, even at the lowest, backwoods, ghetto cafe/diner, use artificial crab in crab soup. Pandora used artificial crab in a ridiculously thick cream base. Chicken cordon blue, as you know is usually topped with a little bit of béchamel/cream sauce, the menu stated it was topped with a Dijon cream sauce. Sounded interesting, so I ordered it. The perfectly crusted & fried chicken came swimming in 6 to 8 ounces of cream sauce, and was also covered in cream sauce; swimming & bathed. I've never seen anything like it. The ocean of sauce was composed of their poorly made Alfredo sauce with a bit of Dijon mustard added and at least two entire cloves of raw garlic chopped up & tossed in. Basically inedible mush. To make things worse, the cordon blue was only stuffed with one tiny thin slice of ham, the cheese was either missing or they don't use cheese in it. I was with other people and didn't want to be the one who sends their food back because we already had been their a very long time, it took an extremely long time for us to order, our waitress was inattentive (they were not very busy that night); so I just nibbled and I did mention to the waitress that the amount of cream sauce was beyond normal and made the fried crust instantly mushy. After dinner I found out the people in my party were not thrilled with their dinners either. Of what I can remember: Chicken croquettes- large but strange tasting. Cabbage soup - sad & tasteless Green beans - swimming in oil & raw garlic. Lemon on things lemon shouldn't normally go on. The futility in trying to get your soda refilled. It was a two star experience with a 1 star meal. I gave three stars because I know people love Pandora and I didn't want to tank their overall rating on Yelp. read more

I was there last night 3/15. I ordered the same pastrami sandwich, that I had a few weeks ago. I'm sure it would have been just as delicious, if it actually made it to my table when it was just made and hot. The server was awful. Sweet and kind, but maybe she was new. The entire meal was cold. Soup as well. She was a lovely girl, but I wanted a good hot meal. She was so overwhelmed, that we were waiting to be greeted for at least 15 minutes. Other tables that sat down after us were finishing eating their dinners before we had our meal. It had to be ready and waiting for it to be so cold. She should have asked for help. So far we have dined here three time. All meals were excellent. The menu is huge, so many choices. Service is very good. The food, I dont know how they can offer such an array of dishes, and crank out good quality everytime. I recommend the Chicken Milanese (Pictured), different than what Im used to, but very good. While the food was and always is good, we just had one of the worst customer service encounters we ever had at a restaurant. The waitress told my wife that any omelet can be made into an egg white omlete, so she ordered one with spinach, onion, tomatoes and mushrooms. Never being told how the pricing worked, when we got the check, we were shocked that the cost was $18.50, and nicely asked to speak to the manager. He came over and started with he doesn't make the prices, what do you expect as its not breakfast time (it was 1:30p) and if you don't pay it, I WILL CALL THE POLICE! My wife and I have been going to Pandora for years and always enjoyed it's quality and value. Just yesterday we stopped for a late lunch. Place was very busy as always. Although the prices went up we still felt it was a good value. We ordered cheesecake to go. Imagine my surprise when we opened them today. The price went up, understand that, but the size went down as well by at least half! Increase in price and a big cut in portion size. VERY UNHAPPY! Best diner in Burlington county and Tyneshia is amazing and sweet. They have 60 different omelets. You can come here every day for 2 months and not get the same omelet. If you like omelets maybe you should look into getting a place nearby bc they have so so many omelets. You'll be in omelet heaven. I love the diner feel and the food was really good. My friend and I were a little overwhelmed with the whole dinner menu because it was over 600 things to choose from. It took us 15 minutes to figure out what we were gonna eat. I decided on the turkey& dressing with green beans and roasted potatoes. I didn't care for the dressing it was like bread pudding, which im not a fan of. My friend had the tuscan salmon with broccoli and roasted potatoes. These meals came with a house salad and a bread basket. The bread basket was an assortment of bread, and they were all so good. Every serving is large, so you will have leftovers to take home. My friend and I decided to come back for breakfast the next day, which did not disappoint. The menu was not as big as the dinner menu, but it was still a lot to choose from. Stopped for dinner last night with the wife & the In-Laws. My previous visits to the Pandora had been for breakfast, so I was curious if the dinner menu was any better. Unfortunately, with a few exceptions, it was not. First of all, I want to say the service was excellent, just like it has been every time we have eaten at the Pandora Diner previously. Lindsey was our waitress last night, she was very friendly & attentive. The bread basket that came to the table before our meals was also outstanding -- filled with a variety of tasty breads, the carrot flavored one was my favorite. As other fellow Yelpers have stated, the Dinner menu at the Pandora is quite extensive. I finally decided on #24 off the broiled seafood menu, which was the Maryland Crab stuffed salmon. Crab stuffing tasted great, but the salmon was dry and a bit overcooked though. Sides were underwhelming. On a side note, I had a ton of gas & stomach discomfort for the rest of the evening into the next morning, and that rarely happens to me. My wife's steak was drenched in sauce and was over-cooked. Shrimp on top was good though. My In-Laws liked their meals though, my Father-In-Law had some type of grouper dish, he enjoyed it and it looked decent to me. My Mother-In-Law couldn't finish her burger, portion was just too large. But overall, I feel the Pandora Diner serves mediocre food, it's very "Hit or Miss", from what I have experienced. Came here after the Columbus flea market. Originally we were going to have breakfast. But we went completely off course and ended up having lunch. Got the roasted red pepper chicken panini with French onion soup. We ended up splitting the meal. Which was a great idea. Plenty of food for just the two of us. Started out with the French onion soup. There had to be an entire onion in that soup. Perfectly seasoned not overly salty. A good amount of cheese. And some interesting seasoning on top. Very flavorful. The panini was good. Could have used a little bit more flavor. We swapped out the bacon for some pesto. But could use a little bit more. Oomph. But otherwise very good. Not much of a diner person as I feel the menu is so large and overwhelming it's hard to figure out what to get. Dinner choices came with soup or salad and dessert. The chicken noodle soup was tasty but had no chicken in it. The French onion soup was very good and not too salty. The burger and chicken sandwich were both good however the French fries could have been cooked more. The crab cake was huge but had a lot of filler. The salmon was very tasty in a lemon sauce. The side salads were a very good size. Most of the desserts were good except the chocolate foster cake was too dry. The bread bowl had rolls cinnamon and cheese plus corn bread, pumpkin spice and zucchini breads all were delicious we ended up asking for seconds. Our Waitress was polite cheerful and patient. I went to Pandora Hainesport location today for lunch. The food was good, the brown gravy was not very good. The coffee was weak but it's weak at the other locations as well. My biggest issue was our waitress Vanessa. She was rude, obnoxious , and acted like we were imposing on her personal time. She yelled quite loud as we we seated, "I'll be right with you " then as she took the orders she acting like an obnoxious child. She made a face at my order actually sticking her tongue out and rolled her eyes when my granddaughter asked for a dish of gravy. Then she stood at the table and said "anything else I can get you?" In a very harsh tone with an exasperated look on her face. She passed plates over our heads across the table instead of taking three steps and placing them between us, we sat at a round table. She made sarcastic commentary and turned her back to us and walked away as we were speaking to her. I didn't feel we were asking all that much of her and I bit my tongue through it all. She never brought my daughter the water she asked for, she brought out fries instead of mashed potatoes for my granddaughter. We weren't afraid to ask for a box because she seemed to not want to wait on us at all. I did let the hostess know as I paid that she was awful toward us . I gave her a better tip than she deserved.
