Always a stressful and disappointing experience going here. The food is good, I can't complain about that, other than the chicken strips being on the small size for what you pay. However the main fault is the traffic is always backed up out of their parking lot, through the adjacent shopping lot and into the road. Getting pickup takes twice as long and is just as crowded inside. The counter inside will be full of uncompleted orders and the workers don't really know which is which. As a result they forgot my sauces and straw. This is a regular problem at all locations I've been to, I can only assume this is intentional to increase illusion of demand instead of opening more restaurants in a location read more

This is a pretty great Chick fil-a. Yes, the food is good. I like that the menu is simple. And my food has always been fresh there. What I really like about the Westfield Chick Fil-a is all they do for the community. It seems like they are always hosting a fundraiser night for a local school. If they aren't doing that, they are having free breakfast Wednesday's or Mom-son or daddy-daughter date nights. My son LOVES the date night and taking the limo ride and giving me a (complimentery) rose. As soon as it's over, he talks about the next one. The employees are always friendly and service is quick. One of my favorite places to get a chicken sandwich. I love the Grilled Chicken Club with the special BBQ sauce packet. The waffle fries are great and I love the ketchup packets where I can squeeze just the right amount onto each and every fry. They also have fruit salad sides and salads if you are looking for a healthy option. It can be pretty busy at lunch and dinner times. It's better to try to go at an off hour. My office often gets catering from this location and everyone gets super excited when they see the chicken strips. read more

We have been eating here more often. I am obsessed with the chicken nuggets and the garlic ranch sauce! I love how every time we go it's consistently good! It's always clean and the employees are always super nice and fast and friend'y while doing their job. It's always packed. Like always! But we have never had a bad experience here. They have an app now, but we don't use it really past getting our free sandwich when it launched. I don't like to pay through apps. Sign up for their local texts! They text great deals! 6:15pm on a Thursday night--the drive through line was around the building and all the way along the parking lot to Moyer jewelers. This location is awesome at dealing efficiently with a long line of cars. Once you turn into the lot for the restaurant and are parallel to the drive through, a cheerful employee in a mask comes up to your car and takes your order on an tablet device and links it to your name and color&type of car. Before you get to where the normal ordering speaker is, another happy employee confirms your name and order and has you swipe your own credit card through the reader on the top of their tablet, then you fairly quickly wind around to the window where the employee confirms your name and hands your food across a table between their window and your car. It's COVID safe and efficient, delicious fast food. The chicken strips and waffle fries are always delicious. So are the grilled nuggets. In fact everything here is delicious. Don't let the long line deter you--they will have you on your way much faster than you would guess. read more

We eat at this location almost every single morning but only because there isn't another location in the Carmel/Westfield area. I have never said a bad word about a Chick Fil A until this one. First of all they are located in too small of a space. Doesn't matter what time you go the line is backed down the street blocking the entrances to all the other businesses and restaurants located around them. They offer curbside pickup but you can't even get into the parking lot because of the traffic congestion. I have been eating Chick Fil A all my life and I am old. So that's a very long time. This is the ONLY location that as of a year ago who refuse to make fries for customers during breakfast even though it cooks in the same grease at the same temperature as the nasty hash browns they serve. Aside from the fries everything they serve is the same thing they have for lunch so it's not complicated to make some fries for a customer especially since they claim to be doing everything they do with a servants heart. I am quoting from their mission statement now. Any other location across this country you can get the fries just now this location. They tried to tell me it was a corporate decision so you know I called them and they told me it was NOT true. Some may think this to be petty but when they have done this for customers for almost 50 years why change now? Its not like it inconveniences them in the least. We are nurses so we work nights and we still go everyday but they don't get nearly as much money out of us as they used to. We buy bags of ice from them everyday which we love. Now let's talk about this 2 month closure to add a second drive thru. This was the most ridiculous thing they could have done. They need to be looking for a larger location instead of trying to cram another lane in when they don't have room now for the one they have. We keep hearing that Wheeler landing in Westfield is getting a Chick Fil A and that will be the best thing ever if that's true. Never really had too much trouble with the quality of the food here but since the pandemic the food isn't as fresh as it usually is. I am known on here for my blunt and honest reviews but this by far will likely be the worst one that I have written to date. Especially for a chain that I love. read more

This location isn't really much different than just about every other CFA. 2:30pm on a Monday...23 minute drive through line and then I'm told at the pickup window, "we're waiting on a few items..." Really???. Luke-warm sandwich, luke-warm soggy fries, less than mediocre iced coffee (milk shakes were decent). Oh yeah, and they catch major attitude every single time we ask for extra ranch sauce...every time! Okay seriously, who doesn't love Chick-fil-a?! I'm starting to think they put crack in their chicken that makes you wanting more (lol). This specific location is my favorite as the food is always hot, fresh, and delicious! The staff are all so friendly and helpful. If you dine in, you'll always have someone come up to you to make sure you're doing okay and ask if you need a refill or anything at all. They'll also take away your trash if you're finished which is nice considering not many "fast food" places do this. Don't be wary if you go during peak hours and see the line wrapped around the building and out to the street, the line usually moves pretty fast as they have staff members out in the drive thru that will come to your vehicle to take your order and once you get to the window, they'll have your food ready to go. I'm actually pretty impressed with how well they have this system down. Another thing I have recently discovered is their mobile app. You're able to order online and pick it up curbside so this means no waiting in line.. score! read more

The employees at this CFA are (of course) a joy to interact with. The fries are usually pretty good, nice icy cold drinks, and the sandwiches are delish. I only knocked a star off because the entire place is so stressful and difficult to get in and out of. If you park and go inside, your car will most likely be blocked by drive through cars and traffic. So it's almost impossible to park and "run in and out" for a to go order. So that leaves the drive through. And it takes a long time. There's almost always a long line - even when it isn't a typical meal time. I wish my husband could swing by on his lunch break to pick us up lunch, but it's impossible to do that because going there is such a time commitment. I wish there was a double drive through and a better system of getting people in and out. read more

Here's the thing: Chick-Fil-A is easily my most favorite restaurants. They have a good assortment of food items that are all different unlike some restaurants.... Anyways, Chick-Fil-A's waffle fries are out of this world. I love the classic chicken sandwich but the new spicy deluxe sandwich is even better. Honestly the deluxe chicken sandwich is also better than the normal chicken sandwich. Don't get me wrong, you won't get wrong if you order a chicken sandwich but the deluxe one isn't just a wonderful slab of meat and pickles. The deluxe has lettuce and tomatoes on it as well which gives it more zesty flavors. The salads nothing to rave about but it's also nothing to complain about either. If you want a salad, I'd recommend just making a salad at home though because if you want healthy then Chick-Fila-A's salad isn't for you. Like it's good, yes but it still has quite a lot of calories packed into it. The best drink to get is the frozen lemonade: That drink is to die for! I always get the same drink each time I get Chick-Fila-A. If you like lemonade, you're sure to love it. The Mac and cheese is very controversial because you have a group of people who seem to crap all over it and then you have another group who loves it. It's definitely not the greatest Mac and cheese ever but here's the thing, it has a good and homemade taste. It's certainly worth trying despite the criticism it gets. I don't feel like it deserves criticism either way since they don't exactly brag about their Mac and cheese, they brag about their chicken and for good reason. I have no real criticism to say about the quality of the food amongst other things. And yes, Chick-Fila-A may be against gays but this is a restaurant for everyone to love. The customer service here is unmatched! Every single person is always friendly, respectful and grateful that you came to spend your money there, they really do deserve props!!! I don't know what their employee training is like but whatever they are doing - they are doing it right! McDonald's needs to follow the same plan! This restaurant is arguably the busiest one in the entire area--and for good reason. Chick-fil-A chicken sandwiches are delicious. This restaurant is not easy to get to, but many pass up several other eating establishments to eat it's yummy manna. So, dial in the GPS and snake your way through the parking lots and jump in line to order. The managnent of this restaurant hires well. You will not find any better team of servers. They are genuinely happy, courteous, and polite. The management's ability to put systems in place to facilitate the growing demand of customers in a fast and efficient manner is nothing short of incredible. First, I'll admit this is my first time at this Chick-fil-A. Normally, I'd wait until visiting a couple of times before reviewing, but my experience was excellent - way above the average fast food visit. So I wanted to review to let others know! To set the stage, I rolled into this location at 2 pm on a Monday, and it was just on a whim. The place was slammed. As I drive up, I saw the line if cars wrap around the building for the drive thru. I was in no hurry, but I definitely didn't think I'd want to sit in line in my car. By the time I'd parked and gotten out of my car to go in to order (all of about 1 minute), the drive thru line was waaayyy shorter. Super fast! Inside, lots of tables were full, but there was still plenty of seating. Not a sole was in line for food, so I walked up greeted by a super nice gal and ordered my food (after asking for suggestions on quantity - haven't been to a Chick-fil-A in years). She was very helpful and efficient, and although they give me a thing to put on my table to bring me my food, I was barely seated before it arrived. Food was tasty too! Cool! Best parts? Yes parts - there are 3: 1) a lovely lady patrolled the dining room, cleaning and getting refills (getting refills!! - unheard of in fast food) 2) the lady was really cleaning - vacuuming the floor, wiping down seats and tables, etc 3) free wi-fi...that actually had a good connection! Suffice it to say I'll visit this location again when I'm over this way! read more

It doesn't matter which Chick-fil-A I go to I always get impeccable service with a smile and fresh amazing food to boot but I would have to say that I am always thoroughly impressed by the customer service that I receive here when I come on my lunch break. It's always packed, I can't think of a time where it has not been but the personal attention given to me each and every time has to be recognized. When I come here I always get a wonderful Cool wrap combo but today I was having a cheat day and decided to get the 8pc nuggets, when I say to you that they were just amazing I can't anything else. Of course when I arrived the line was wrapped around the building but the young lady who was outside taking orders was in her element, so friendly and courteous. She gave each customer fast efficient service with a smile and some humor to go along with it. She took my name and order and then I paid for it, I pulled to the window and another young lady greeted me with the biggest smile and meant it when she said it was her pleasure to serve me. Considering it was my lunch break and I only have an hour I was in and out in no time and my food was fresh and piping hot. I got back to the office and enjoyed my food with a huge smile and time to spare. I rarely take the time to review fast food...b/c well, it is what it is...you typically know what to expect and nothing worth RAVING about, but I have to say....I am a believer in the Chick-Fil-A. Every time I see one of their "Eat More Chikin" ads, I want to run right out and do just that! Always fresh and always delicious and ALWAYS RIGHT. I have never gotten a wrong order at this location or any that I can remember. Unfortunately for my diet, this one is less than two miles from our new apartment. My current addiction is their chicken nuggets, but my favorite sandwich is the Deluxe. I also am SUPREMELY in love with their sweet tea. I bought an entire gallon yesterday so now, every time I take a sip....I think of them and ...this is not good for my waistline. In any case, my only true disappointment is the fries...they just don't quite do it for me, but they still get a five star for amazing service, politeness and overall kindness, and hot EVERYTHING every time...and FAST. Somehow even during a lunch rush with 20 cars in line, I never wait more than 5-7 minutes. That is happiness to someone who wishes high speed internet would move faster! Chic-Fil-A is one of those guilty pleasures that we all love. I don't know anyone who isn't a fan of their food. In fact, many local companies in this area have Chic-fil-A catered-in during employee events. My only minor complaint is the crowd level. I've been to this location several times, and not once has it been anything less than standing-room-only. The place is packed to the hilt, and the drive-thru is usually wrapped around the building at least once. That's good for the owners, but bad for those of us who don't want to go to a concert mosh pit for a meal. Would it kill Corporate to open a few more franchises? If you build it, they will come. One other side note: Avoid any discussion (while you're dining in) about human evolution or about the world being older than 6000 years, just an FYI. read more
