Food is always like the other chain cfa's but this one is the slowest one i've ever been to even when i'm in ca or ny where it is much busier. I mobile ordered food at 3:55 and came to pick it up at 4:15 and the employees said it would be a 7-12 minute wait. The point of mobile ordering is to just pick up and not wait twice as long by ordering at the register. One star because I have no intention of returning. I was there during lunch rush and the fries I got were so cold nobody ate them. Two cars behind me got their food first (my order was 2 sandwiches and a kids meal, they tried to say my food was slower because my order was large?). The food was not impressive. Still working out the kinks at this new location. They did a good job on my order but gave me granola and almonds for my market salad (strange) but forgot to give me salad dressing. Saw this reviewed by someone on utube and since I had never eaten there, gave it a try. Well what can you say about a chicken sandwich? Several fast food places have them including KFC. I have had most of them and would rate this one in the top half but certainly nothing to shout about. It was a chicken sandwich. It was all right. The French fries are waffle style which I have never had before. The ones I got that day were cold and mushy with hardly any flavor. Would not recommend the fries. It was nice that the ketchup came in a dipping container instead of those awful squeeze packets. I will most likely never go back to this place not because the food is all that bad but because it is inconveniently located to where I live. I think it is worth trying out and make your own decision on how good it is because everybody has different likes and dislikes. read more

I had a bad experience with their chicken tortilla soup being extremely spicy! I called left a voicemail and recieved a return call that I missed so the young lady left a very nice voicemail and I sent a great review to the corporate office about her great voicemail. Then she called me back and her whole tone and demeanor was the exact opposite of her first voicemail. I wasn't asking for anything for free I simply wanted them to know that the soup seemed extremely spicy. She let me know that it is clearly stated on their menu that they used spicy heat. I agreed with her and I told her it was extremely spicy and I could not eat it. She said well I'm sorry to hear about that but thanks for the call. It's unfortunate that her live phone manners destroyed the whole positive review I gave to the corporate office. I will contact them again to edit it based off her assumption that I was trying to get my money back or something for free! Word of mouth can be used for both positive and negative. read more

The food has been great every time I have been in so far. Problem is my food has now been brought to me in the drive thru twice now with my food brought to me while there was still a line of cars in front of me. I don't want to eat in the car and if I have to wait for the other cars in the drive thru to get their food then mine will be cold by the time I get home. There are also cones in the drive thru so trying to get my truck around the corner is difficult and people have to do a 20 point turn to get out of the parking lot from the drive thru. read more
