Saw this reviewed by someone on utube and since I had never eaten there, gave it a try. Well what can you say about a chicken sandwich? Several fast food places have them including KFC. I have had most of them and would rate this one in the top half but certainly nothing to shout about. It was a chicken sandwich. It was all right. The French fries are waffle style which I have never had before. The ones I got that day were cold and mushy with hardly any flavor. Would not recommend the fries. It was nice that the ketchup came in a dipping container instead of those awful squeeze packets. I will most likely never go back to this place not because the food is all that bad but because it is inconveniently located to where I live. I think it is worth trying out and make your own decision on how good it is because everybody has different likes and dislikes. read more

I had a bad experience with their chicken tortilla soup being extremely spicy! I called left a voicemail and recieved a return call that I missed so the young lady left a very nice voicemail and I sent a great review to the corporate office about her great voicemail. Then she called me back and her whole tone and demeanor was the exact opposite of her first voicemail. I wasn't asking for anything for free I simply wanted them to know that the soup seemed extremely spicy. She let me know that it is clearly stated on their menu that they used spicy heat. I agreed with her and I told her it was extremely spicy and I could not eat it. She said well I'm sorry to hear about that but thanks for the call. It's unfortunate that her live phone manners destroyed the whole positive review I gave to the corporate office. The food has been great every time I have been in so far. Problem is my food has now been brought to me in the drive thru twice now with my food brought to me while there was still a line of cars in front of me. I don't want to eat in the car and if I have to wait for the other cars in the drive thru to get their food then mine will be cold by the time I get home. I would give 0 stars if I could. Every time I have gone in they mess up my order in some way. Last time I found a long dark black hair in my salad (im a blonde) and after digging around my salad to see if there were more a LIVE bug came crawling out of my lettuce!! When I talked to the manager Kelly there she told me I was making it up and gave me the rudest attitude. The next time I went in they didn't give me like half my order and I found a walnut in my market salad which it's not supposed to have nuts in it. Luckily I'm not allergic I just hate walnuts that's how I noticed and when we called again the manager Kelly was rude and told me we didn't find a walnut and it was just the roasted almonds that you can put on your salad (which was one of the things they forgot) and they didn't forget anything. I highly recommend chick-fil-a does something about Kelly she is by far the rudest customer service worker I've ever talked too. Came to to get cookies and they were solid rock after asking them while they took our order that we wanted them warm or fresh got them at the window and they were hard we were going to give them back and the guy ashhh in drive thru said they couldn't take the cookies back so he said go park and after waiting we thru the ones we had away and we sat there to wait for our fresh cookies and we ended calling them after waiting for 40 mins and the manger in charge named Devon was disrespectful asking us that he wanted the hard cookies back so he could warm them up and was super rude said no he wouldn't do it when I mean rude he raised his voice we told him to ask the person in drive thru that told us to park and he said he basically didn't he said he didn't care I rather drive to reno then eat here anymore they always have there cookies fresh not solid rock !you guys need to to get more respect people instead of having shitty management. read more
