This can be ordered inside, drive through or curbside! I've tried all vendor's and this is the BEST! Smooth texture with bits of Peppermint and chocolate inside.

Well call me a lemming cause this gal followed the masses by jumping right in to the drive thru line to try the NEWEST addition to Carson City - Chick-Fil-A!! With living up to the hype of fast food...the long quick line in the drive thru was definitely fast LITERALLYYY!! Took us about 15 minutes from winding through with plenty of Chick-Fil-A staff greeting us in the parking lot, taking our order and having it hot and ready to-go! We ordered the Spicy Deluxe Chicken Sandwich w/ Pepper Jack, Chick-fil-A Waffle Potato Fries and Chick-fil-A Lemonade - the Chicken sandwich was crispy, flavorful and juicy with lettuce, pickle and they give you added dipping sauces that are also on the sandwiches: we went with Chick-fil-A Sauce & Honey Mustard Sauce. Quick, friendly service and tasty ~ give'em a try!

Long long time ago I just wondered by do people love this place so much? I mean, it's just one chicken sandwich place, c'mon! Long line? Wow! So when Chick Fil A just opened in Carson, the line were nuts! I thought I'll wait for a while but hey it never ending until these days! I've been here for few occasions. I was craving for some junk food. After from did our grocery near by, placed my order thru their app. My bf came in to pick up the order. Got home and realized one item was missing. Didn't really wanna go back there just for one chicken sandwich and spend some gas. Didn't really want to call the store also. So I just contacted them online and it was right away they gave me a free coupon of my choice. Well I really appreciate it. Ok here now talking about the food. Now after few times ate chicken sandwich from their place, I got it why the place is always busy. Their chicken sandwich had the best and thick chicken. The Buns are a bit too soft tho, it was fell apart. The fries were also very good, real cuts of potatoes. Their sauces were also great of selection. But my favorite of course the original Chick Fil A sauce. And actually you can buy them at your grocery place. The nuggets were also made from the chicken bites. The good thing was their shake! I love their chocolate shake of course. It was so thick, creamy but not yucky sweet. I will for sure coming back once in a while. But I won't bother thru their drive thru, order on their app most likely faster.

    Happy customer! Thanks Cameron!

    Ask the Community - Chick-fil-A

What time does this location open? Some sites are saying 6:30am and some say 8am. 8am would make it impossible for morning commuters to get breakfast, so that seems unlikely, but I'd like to double check.

    As of 5/10/21 it's 8:00am. Breakfast 8:00am-10:30am

The build-your-own salads are a dream. You pick your greens (lettuce, kale, spinach), then go absolutely wild with unlimited toppings, veggies, cheeses, nuts, seeds, plus a huge portion of protein (chicken, tofu, or tuna) for around $15. I haven't found another place that lets you build a salad this loaded without charging you for every extra sprinkle of goodness. Now let's talk açaí bowls. The Cool Bowl is my ride-or-die. Banana, blueberries, coconut flakes, granola... it tastes like dessert but doesn't come with the regret of eating a large sized ice cream cone of Handle's upside down pineapple cake (that's still reserved for weekends). It 100% cures my ice-cream cravings. They also have fresh juices, smoothies, and cleanse options for anyone who wants the benefits of juicing without washing a juicer afterward (bless them). Everything is fresh, thoughtfully made, and actually keeps you full. The vibe is clean, bright, and welcoming, with community tables and fun little health tips hidden around the shop. And the staff? Always smiling, upbeat, and genuinely happy, like they want you to be healthy and well-fed. If you want fast, fresh, healthy food that doesn't feel boring or sad, So Juicy is it. I'm on my third week of regular lunches here and feeling way less tired--and way more smug about my choices. Highly recommend.

I can't even tell you how many items they have, but there are more than you can imagine. They have all kinds of great things in their açai bowls look delicious, they have all kinds of healthy drinks, hummus with pita bread and small containers perfect for lunch size. They have convenient parking in front. You can get at least two maybe three cars right in front if you get lucky but right around the corner within walking distance are more parking spots. I highly recommend this place one salad could feed two people depending on what you get.

What I received was an amazing blend of super tender pork in a slightly sweet but tangy BBQ sauce, mac n' cheese, and a perfectly cooked (not hard or dry), very generously sized potato (big enough for two). On a chilly day, when you're hungry, this absolutely fits the bill. Warming and savory, but well balanced, and not greasy. After some bowling or billiards? Perfect. I was thinking this was probably the best flavor, when I saw the rotating ad for....a spaghetti potato pie. Will have to come back and try other varieties. The cashier was very helpful and patient explaining the menu. Checked the website and looks like they update the menu with new options too. They say they're "dedicated to perfecting the art of the baked potato," and they're doing exactly that. Along with it, they're also serving up one of the best craft-style fountain sodas, Stubborn Soda. Don't hesitate to make a little detour (or order delivery) to try this place. It's been our go to place. Today being Father's Day, we were out and about in town and decided we would eat there. All the way there I kept bragging to my grandson how great this place is and it's our go to spot. yada yada yada. It wasn't very busy and we were seated very quickly. The service has always been pretty friendly. The service today was adequate and I'll get to that in a second. My grandson ordered the pork belly, Mac and cheese. I kept saying how that is a really good choice and he's really going to like it. My wife ordered the half rack ribs with fries and coleslaw. I had what I think is called the butchers platter with ribs, chicken wings, and pork belly. The food arrived and looked pretty darn good. But that's where it ends. My wife kept saying how salty the food was. And I got to thinking about that as I was eating my wings with the so-called Memphis dust flavoring on them. Those were equally salty so I thought wow OK maybe it's just our taste buds. Then I tried my ribs and they were also salty. I tried my wife's ribs just to see if they were that salty and come to find out they really were and dry. The fries that came with my wife's food tasted like they were old like they've been sitting out for a while. The coleslaw was also bland. After bragging about the pork belly and cheese, my grandson stated that it was pretty bland with very little flavor. So I tried it just to see what was going on and sure enough it was really lacking something what I don't know. I'm thinking garlic because it was pretty darn bland. I honestly hate to give a review like this because I really like this place as I said before it's been our go to spot. Now, as far as the service the server, she was very friendly, but that was pretty much it, after getting our food she didn't even check on us until it was about time for us to leave and she brought us our check. It's just kind of weird because there's a couple of servers here that are exceptional. So I don't know what's going on, but this was a very big letdown for a couple of regular customers. As usual, the place is clean and spacious with plenty of TVs to enjoy sports. In the end, the beverages were about the best part of the meal. It was Father's Day, so my beer was free so thank you for that maybe this was just a rough day. I don't know. I don't know if you have new cooks or what but this was pretty bad considering how much we like this place and how good it has always been.

So, my local friend wanted to take me to this Thai restaurant right down on the main street in downtown, if Carson has an actual downtown that is. We got parking right in front of the place on the main street. Inside is nice and elegant in a Thai kinda way. Nicer than a casual mom and pop Thai joint. We get seated at a nice table near the front. My friend already knows the menu, so I go with hos suggestion for the Lunch special Duck with sauce over rice. It's $22 bucks, so it better be good! He has the Thai battered salmon for around $19. Soup is included and it's just a veggie broth, though tasty. Then our lunch specials come out. Oh wow, that duck look really good. It's totally deboned, so no messing with bones at all. The sauce was super tasty. My friend said he thinks its some sort of duck juice reduction with other added stuff. Whatever, this was one of the most tasty duck dishes I've ever had. His salmon was unique, I never saw a dish like that made with salmon. The coating was very unique and crispy and the salmon not over cooked. Overall, I really liked this place. I think my crew is having lunch at one of the local casinos, I'd rather be here!

The bill came to $80 which I felt was kinda steep for 3 items, especially in Carson City. The restaurant is located on a street where there was very limited parking in front and all the rear parking is super dark so bring your night vision goggles. At least there's plenty of parking spots. When I walked in, I was surprised to see Caucasian staff members! Well I guess this isn't that different than Panda Express where you have hispanics in the front and the 1 token asian in the back cooking. I picked up my food and was pleasantly surprised to find the dishes were pretty loaded. I started dipping into my duck curry and OMG it was probably the best I've had. Not only was the flavor amazing and spiced just right, but there was a generous amount of duck! When I went to eat dim sum recently and ordered roast duck, I got a plate of duck that was mostly skin and bones. Here they actually de-boned the meat so you're getting nice chunks of flavorful, meaty duck along with fresh chunks of pineapple, tomatoes, and spices with that yummy curry over my caucasian rice (I like to be culturally sensitive). Even my wife that don't like duck really enjoyed this. So while $80 for 3 dishes may seem a bit high, it was worth it. I really enjoyed my meal here and my kids also ate all their noodles with enough leftovers for lunch the next day.
