I have frequent this chick fil A numerous times and found good service and good food. Unfortunately, today I found great service but the food in adequate. The young man at the register was cheerful and invited me to order whatever I needed. He repeated the order to make sure it was right. Hats off to the guy he was friendly, courteous, big old smile, and just a great guy. When the food arrived, I found the sausage burrito to be old. The tortilla was wrapped and kind of crusty and my first couple bites were warm, not hot and more on the cold side. The hashbrowns which comes in a box usually has it pretty full today, not so much. I was surprised to count out only eight hashbrowns in the box. What I should've done was gone back up and asked for a new order, but after I arrived, It seemed to get busy. It filled up quite quickly. When I did sit at my table, I noticed only four other people sitting in the restaurant at three tables. Within minutes there was somebody looks like they were going to have a party at the big Coca Cola table in the dining room. With my time being short, I decided to throw away the breakfast I had ordered and paid for because it was not good. I did go up and refill my small Coke and the young lady. There was very polite and filled it up right to the very top. I am sad to say that the food was inadequate, cold and not that tasteful. The service was excellent, friendly and prompt. read more

Ordered in drive through and sadly the server didn't get that he wanted a meal and I was only going for the burger. We both tried the jalapeño ranch club without pickles and jalapeño ranch sauce. I also ordered the strawberry hibiscus drink since both these items are specials that are leaving their menu June 6, 2026. I did like the jalapeño ranch club. The bacon made the dish. So delicious and added to the flavor of the burger. The strawberry hibiscus lemonade (you can get it with sprite or other sodas) was a little sweet for me but I added some water and it was great. read more

This establishment is an awesome Chick-fil-A! Hands down. The curbside service is quick and efficient. The food is way better than other Chick-fil-A establishments I have been to. The biscuits are golden brown the way they should be and the eggs tasted like eggs. I really like that they put your condiments in a plastic bag with your napkins. This way, you are not digging in your bag for them and not getting hot from your food. I am from the Springs and wished the location on 391 Spectrum loop in Colorado Springs followed some of your food practices for making biscuits/eggs and packaging condiments. read more

We love Chick-fil-A's diet lemonade. But this particular store is obviously cutting corners. Every time we've ordered their diet lemonade at this location, it doesn't taste the same as in other stores. They are selling an equivalent to Country Time lemonade drink mix. It has little to no natural lemon juice in it. No pulp, which all the other locations have. And diesny]t have that puckering fart flavor that can only come with lemons. I've asked them about it and they emphatically deny it. But we can assure you, we know the difference. They are pulling a fast one. read more

Do not go to this location! I was meeting my granddaughters at their elementary school for a special lunch and they would not serve lunch items because it was too early. My daughter had done this several times in the past but now apparently chick-fil-a decided to get out of the customer service business and refused to serve lunch items early. A great culture of service. Thank you: Chris Allen (manager) and staff!!!!!! My wife was having an emotional morning as her dad is not doing well and is about to pass. She pulls into Chic-fil-a for some lunch. Being absent minded over her dad, she ran out of gas in the drive through. As the guy approached to take her order, she informed him she was out of gas. He proclaimed "no problem, I will call out the SOS team" . 10-11 people came out quickly and pushed her car out of the line. She told the guy she was embarrassed, He said " no problem and said we will push you to the 7-11 to get gas (about 300 yards). My wife was so grateful and told them so. It didn't stop there. As she was putting in gas, the manager himself, runs back over to deliver her food. Now that is service that only comes from a culture of the top companies. This type service comes from training and great employees. As her husband I too was very grateful for everyone's help. Your actions lifted her spirits on a very bad day. I came this morning for breakfast before work and was having a very stressful morning! Not only did the guy that took my order just put a huge smile on my face for being so personable and awesome, they took care of my meal. I don't know what happened but over the course of the passed few months, this location has gotten worse and worse. Since they make several drinks at once ahead of the orders- you often end up with a watery version of the drink you ordered as the ice melts. As a special bonus, the sticky syrup split on the outside of the drink cups will help you grip your steering wheel as you eat your burnt fried chicken sandwich. That's right, I said burnt. I thought things would improve over time- but consistently over the passed several weeks we have received over-cooked, crunchy, gross brown/ not golden brown chicken. Do your self a favor abs drive towards the Lowes where there is a Churches Chicken. These days Chik fil a is better at taking orders at the drive through than cooking their simple menu. read more

So a chicken sandwich, fries, lemonade cup and a cup of chicken soup cost almost $18? Wtf? Not the first time i was grossly overcharged, so i went back in to have them clarify. Turns out the lemonade i asked for to drink was over $3, with no mention of it being an additional charge. The cup of soup was another $3.50, which is fine. The manager did not own up to their overcharging, just offered me a Pepsi or Coke. This is not the first time that I got overcharged by the same people. But this time I wasn't in much of a hurry so i took a good look at my receipt. it seems like the dimwits at the cash register are not properly trained in the use of their machines, and how to properly disclose to the public what the up charges are going to be. It's not the little money, it won't break the bank. But if you don't mind being overcharged routinely by this outfit, go ahead. I won't be coming back. read more

Fries were a little too salty and I ordered a large and they didn't fill it up all the way. Ordered chick fil a sauce and was given only one sauce.
