I go here all the time but recently the fries are cold, and still soggy from the fryer. Today I was STARVING and it was cold so I Paid $10 for a cup of their "tortilla soup" which was so thick and cold it wouldn't even move which may have been okay... considering they didn't give me a spoon or tortilla strips I just said screw it and ate it the next day and heat it up myself... super disappointed in this location recently Joe has some work to do read more

My family and I have ALWAYS loved chick fil a. On Saturday night, my sister noticed she had the free 8 piece in her app and begged my dad to take her to get some nuggets. They brought it back home and everything had tasted amazing. That is until, 6 hours later both my sister and dad woke up vomiting for hours. We called the nurse advice line for our doctors. They told us it seemed like food poisoning and to just stay hydrated. This is the only thing with in the last week that both my dad and sister ate that were exactly the same. I love chick fil a so I'm super disappointed in the fact that they both got super sick from it. Neither of them ever want to eat chicken again :( read more

Stopped in here tonight on my way to Colorado Springs from Denver. It is an excellent store, very clean, and friendly service. Got the chicken nuggets with kale salad and a chocolate shake, all served quickly and delicious. Crystal was working at the front and did an excellent job greeting all the customers as they walked in and creating a very positive and welcoming atmosphere. Something happened to our beloved CFL...and its not good. We eat at Chic-Fil-A at least once a week. Yup, we are that family. Addicted. The food here is great and have never had an issue with our order...the order is always correct and we always get it fast....the long drive-thru lines always move super fast. The one star is for: The fact that the drive-thru needs to stop cramming in all the food into a small bag so that the bag cannot be closed (to keep the food warm) and so the food is not falling out of it. My fries literally were pouring out the top and a couple fell out on to the ground as I was handed my overflowing small bag of 3 meals. PLEASE utilize larger bags or place the food into several bags. Many of us take the food home and being a drive thru, the food needs to be able to remain inside the bag and not spilled all over the vehicle floor. This is common. Remember, we are here at least once a week. I would have taken a picture, but I was tooo busy trying to contain the food and the overfilled drinks that were leaking onto my leather seats. Next, asking for our names and having every employee at the window calling you it. It starts to get creepy. Tonight, I had 5 people saying my name and a very scripted line(s) as each person handed me something or just stood there staring at me. Also, I was in the middle of a convo with my kid and I kept getting interrupted with the drive-thru person (who was staring at me) wanting to have a conversation with me about what I was doing that night. It was rude. Just hand me my food. If I want to engage, I will. I obviously was not interested. Just imagine hearing your name over and over and over from droned kids...Jane. JAne. JANe. JANE. It is worse than mom, mom, mom, mamma. mommy, mom, mmmmaaaammmmma. Trust me. It is. I get it, CFA wants their employees to be nice to the customers. That is great and expected. But there is a line that can be crossed over into 'fake and creepy and intrusive'. Like the stranger that does not know what personal space means and is determined to be close enough to look inside your ear & see your brain. That line needs to be evaluated and employees taught how to look out for drivers who are not interested in small talk - esp if they are not even looking at the window! If you dont see eyes looking at you, just get the food and hand it over. Say have a good night and move on to the next victim. And you do not need to know my name. This is not Starbucks, Francis or Fred or whatever your name is. I left tonight (after going once a week since the opening of this location) feeling very uncomfortable and annoyed....it all was very Children of the Corn or Stepford Wives. Every kid looked the same, acted the same, said the same thing and then saying my name amongst it all was WEIRD. An alternative world, movie scene...weird. I saw no movie making cameras, I looked. If you order a salad and they ask you what kind of salad dressing you want, why don't they put it in your bag? This has happened several times and it is really frustrating eating lettuce with no dressing. I'm going to start looking before I leave and holding up the line because I can't trust my order is right. I'm only giving two stars instead of one because I love their food. read more

I love Chick-fil-a! There are very few places that give you that warm happy feeling like when you were a child! The one where your worries fade and your outlook on life is momentarily brightened. That's what I get when I walk into my Chick-fil-a. I know it sounds strange to get that from a restaurant but next time you go there take a moment to look around and just relax. Sure it's a bit chaotic. Kids are running around and at least ten conversations are going on but ironically despite that it's still kind of peaceful. When I get a fast-food craving, Chick-Fil-A is at the top of the list. I don't know what their secret is, but their chicken strips are by far the best-- better than KFC, Sonic, McDonald's, you name it. And an order of 4 has only 300 calories! Add to that a 1/2 and 1/2 diet lemonade and unsweetened iced tea and you have a low calorie lunch! It's hard to believe that you could top the chicken strips, but the *chicken and biscuit* at breakfast has to be the best thing on the menu. Oh. my. word. That thing has crack in it. Everyone from the drive thru to dine in is always nice and smiling. I love their chicken nuggets. Yes, I am a grown ass man, but still eat nuggets every time I visit. I think the 12 pc is 400 calories. Chocolate shakes/malts are tasty as well. I see a line most times I drive by, but they seem to be pretty efficient in moving things along. Wow! So I am not a huge fast food fan, but I consider Chickfila to be on the higher quality side of the fast food genre, so I will go - occasionally. I took my 3 year old there for lunch today before a movie, and I was sooooo impressed! When we walked up, a manager held the door for us. The service was fast, the food was fresh and piping hot, and everyone was so nice! I had two different managers greet me and ask how everything was. There was staff walking around asking if they could get us refills, condiments, etc. It was like being in a full service restaurant. The restaurant was super clean. The staff looked happy and was engaging. This was unlike any experience I have ever had in a fast food restaurant. When we left, both managers were standing at the door, holding them open for departing guests, while thanking us for our visit. Very impressed! read more

This was my very first visit to a Chick-Fil-A, yes really. Been encouraged by my in-laws for many years, but never had a chance to go. The Original sandwich was pretty darn good. LOVED the pickles. The bread was a bit bready. Next time I'd simply take the fillet, which was nicely crispy & tender, and just use the dipping sauces and forget the bread completely. The waffle fries were OK - seemed a salty and underdone. Next time, I'd ask for extra crispy. The staff knew the drill. They were not overly friendly, but simply efficient. I really love this place. It is great in the winter to give my 3 year old some play time and I can sit in a booth with my coffee and use their free wi fi and play my scrabble with friends. They are sooo friendly here. They come by and refill my coffee and my son loves the kids meal. So fun you can turn the prize in the kids meal in for an icecream too!!! read more

Ahhhhh if you want to 'lose' your kids and enjoy a meal without the endless nagging to leave, then Chick-fil-a is for you! The playground, while noisy, is a great distraction!! Sit in the rear of the restaurant to escape the noise and you are good!! I love that you can trade in your kids' meal books for a free ice cream, it makes this my kids' favorite. :-) read more

I drive through the drive-through (where else) about 3 mornings a week. The service is great, the spicy chicken or sausage biscuits are great. The "schpiel" at the drive through is a little stiff (I think the kids are required to always read from a script), but they're certainly polite. read more

Visiting Castle Rock for the first time. Needed to pick up a quick bite for the family waiting at our hotel. The drive through line was so long I was a little worried, Two guys were taking orders outside. Jonathon was the one who helped me, super nice. He gave me one of my sandwiches free for being a first time visitor. At the window I was given 2 free cookies and a gift card for a breakfast sandwich, also for being a first time visitor. Ok this would have been my second and now last visit to this location within week. We decided to use the drive thru (which was possibly my first mistake). The young lady took our order in a pleasant and professional manner which was nice. We get to the window to pay and she repeats the order back to me and mentions mints at the end of her conversation. When I replied "mints" and then she repeats the order again. I then ask could I grab some extra honey for my ice tea and she mentions that she has put all the extra sauces in the bag. We then decide to park and enjoy our food. Now I would like to state the quality of the food is good for fast food, but as for the next steps of customer service these young professionals could do with a little more training. I noticed that when we opened the bag that some of the sauces that I requested were missing, so I returned inside and mention that I was missing a few things. The guy behind the counter was polite and apologized for the mis-hap at the window and gave me what I needed. I retuned to my jeep, only to find that I had the wrong order. Again I returned to counter with my receipt in hand and the wrong item, where I was met by one of his colleagues and she ask if she could help. I briefly explained I was only just in here a few minutes ago and that I was a little frustrated by my order being incorrect. I explained what I ordered and showed her the food item and receipt, she then opened the box looked at the item reconfirmed that its was incorrect and then proceed to put the box I gave her back in the warmer for another order and just grab the correct item for me and I stood there a little stunned that just happened. The food was given to me with no apologies. So I decided to leave and return to my jeep. And then try to enjoys food. Only to be stunned again with 3 staff smoking outside the store. Surely they would have a designated area for smoking cause that's the last thing I wanna smell smoke whilst trying to enjoy a quick lunch. read more

Best fast food restaurant in Castle Rock! they are always friendly and take care of any request you have. food is always piping hot and freshly made, not left under a heat lamp. Only warning is not to go at noon if you are short on time. Line goes out the driveway and down the road, but I guess that just a better testament to how good they are. read more
