I frequent this place often, the drive through lines for lunch can be long, and wraps around the buildings causing traffic jams. They have two lanes but that does not seem to help, but the line moves pretty fast. I usually get the #3 meal, they use chicken pieces instead of minced chicken for their nuggets, so none of that pink stuff. read more

What can I say? I like chic fil a. Their chicken is consistently delicious. It's very kid friendly, in fact, most of the chains cater to the kiddos. If your kid doesn't want their toy, they can usually trade it in for a small cone. read more

Great Chick-Fil-A location and they are not all the same. For us, it's slightly farther sometimes to go this one, but we will still often make the drive here. The playground is great and better than other Chick-Fil-A locations. Good, friendly service every time. I try not to eat too much fast food. However, if it's got to be fast foods and we have the kids with us, this is my choice. I always like their nuggets as you can tell it's real chicken that's not too processed. They have two drive through lanes for extra convenience. If you turn in the kids meal packet, you can get an ice cream for the kiddos so they leave happy. We go on average twice a month. read more

My family always chooses CFA when we need food on the run, love it! This location has good service, but not the same as all CFA's. Its impeccably clean despite the high-traffic, and the chicken and vegetables are always highest quality. Sadly, THIS location is still the slowest, despite the kitchen renovations, and the only location that we have to order the fork to get one, and have to add salt to the fries (we're not saltaholics, but thicker fries sometimes need some). They also do not utilize some of the drive-thru steps that other locations use that might help them reduce their times, particularly during their 'weekend/afternoon staff' hours. Its much faster to go inside. We visit CFAs more than 5x/wk and go to 3 locations on a regular basis plus 2 more occasionally. read more

Thanks to this Chick-fil-A for helping us feed 130+ hungry Connally High School band kids during a contest at VistaRidge. Management and staff could not have been nicer. They helped us load our car and provided us with warming boxes. We were in a situation where we weren't sure when we could feed our kids but wanted to provide them with a hot meal. Sandwiches and nuggets were kept toasty until needed. Of course not fresh but the kids are used to eating on the go and never expect fresh but would like it warm/hot. So much better than standard pizza. read more

Gave this chick-fil-a another shot, and it took even longer to get food than when I wrote the previous review. 40 minutes after ordering, I finally got my food. I went through the drive-thru this time, thinking that might be better, and I was only in line for about 15 minutes before I got my food, so that was good. Except that I paid extra to get macaroni and cheese on the side and I received some wilted looking fries instead. If the fries had looked good, I might have just let it go, but I'm not interested in paying extra for some sad fries. So, I had to go around the block to get back to the restaurant and I parked and went in. I went through the dine-in line (learned my lesson last time), which was fairly quick except that the girl I spoke with went over to the drive-thru area and they then searched for my order in the system to verify that I had indeed ordered the macaroni and cheese before they would bring it out. We are having lunch today and the service is amazing! The managers are super attentive and make it a point to talk to every table. A young Mom went to pick up napkins for her table and one of the workers saw her babies left at the table and came over to stand with them until their mom returned. Super sweet and classy. read more

While I do like Chick Fil A, they gave me back someone else's credit card and almost gave my credit card to another customer! I was in the 2 lane drive through and to be efficient (my best guess) they took my credit card before the window. As I was driving off, I realized that the credit card they gave me back was not my own... I then spent 10 minutes waiting while they figured it all out. They did find mine but had I drove off without looking, it could have been a big mess! read more

I LOVE this Chick Fil A! I used to go to the one on 620 and was SO GLAD when this one opened up. My kids always ask to eat here and the food and service are great! The other day, they were waiting wit my food as I was grabbing a place to sit. FAST! There have been two incidents that led me to post. The first one occurred about a year and a half ago. I was pregnant with my daughter, stressed out, forgetful, and caring for my toddler son at the time. Desperate to get something for dinner, I resorted to the drive-thru. At the moment I pulled up to the window, I realized I left my purse at home. Without hesitation, the cashier gave me my food with a smile and sent me on my way. Tonight was the second occurrence. Today has been a Monday for the books. My nerves were shot by the time I got out to grab food (which I felt guilty for anyway--I generally prepare meals at home). When I pulled up to the drive-thru and grabbed my food, I dropped the bag and spilled half of the contents on my floorboard. Again, the cashier smiled, wished me a better evening, and gave me the replacement food (refusing to take payment for it). I live near here, so when I do get Chick-Fil-A, this is where I go. I appreciate their customer service more than I can express, and when the line is wrapped around the building, it doesn't take them long to move everyone through. Awesome service! read more

I am vegan and gluten-free so I really can't eat there; however, I have an autistic son who works there. It is always the highlight of his day, as the atmosphere is just as positive as he is. He has always been a joyful, respectful, giving, and overly kind individual with the highest standard of work ethic. His attitude and beautiful personality match the atmosphere there. I want to say that the managers are extraordinarily supportive of him and have given him every opportunity to excel at his job. I love, respect and appreciate them for that. Everyone who comes into the restaurant loves my son, with the exception of one very hurtful person who scolded my son and called him lazy, not realizing that he was off work and checking his phone to make sure that his brother was coming to pick him up (since I was working at the time), but still willing to try and help her during his off time. She punished him with scathing words and said that she refused to forgive him because he didn't deserve it. This customer was wrong, and the manager made sure that my son was okay. He did not harshly reprimand him, or make him feel that he was inferior. He was very caring and supportive, and I will always remember this kindness.
