This is my favorite Chick-fil-A. I've been in a few that are subpar. This one almost always gets my order right. They tend to be very busy, and after working in fast food for a number of years myself, I know it is impossible to get everyone's food perfect all the time. The question is how does a restaurant respond when they mess up? This one is hands down the best. They are always super helpful. When they make mistakes, they fix them very quickly, and they are always very friendly. I have trouble digesting wheat and so I have to order my sandwiches with "no bun." I've eaten at other chick-fil-a's that were completely baffled by this. Once, I was given a sandwich with no bun or meat (not at this location). It was just lettuce, tomatoes and cheese. This one gets it right about 90% of the time. The only exception is actually because of the new chicken sandwich's whole wheat bun. They used to put in "no bun." Now on occasion they put "no wheat bun" and I end up with a regular bun instead of "no bun." They are always great about fixing it, and they seem to have ironed out that process a bit. read more

Every time I've gone to this location it's busy but the line moves. The staff are always friendly and polite. We usually get the chicken strips and waffle fries along with an order of mac and cheese. Every time we get home the food is hot, fresh, and tasty. What else can you ask for.... read more

I love Chick-fil-A. always sad to crave it on Sunday, but appreciate what they do for the employees. this location, if you are in a rush, do NOT go at lunch. while the service does not drop, the cars going thru the drive-thru is crazy. the parking lot, and where they are located next to the coffee place, are so tight. I have to say, if you are not going to Chick-fil-A, and it is lunch time, seriously avoid that area of the parking lot. don't add to the congestion. however, if you can tolerate the drivers, this is definitely worth a lunch sandwich. oh, and grab yourself a frozen lemonade. I just went through the the drive through at noon lunch traffic and was completely controlled frenzy! I have never seen a bunch of teenagers "herd wild cats" with success never the less keep their cool and have such wonderful manners!!!! As a teacher of HS kiddos this is much appreciated. As the traffic began accumulate like cattle at feeding time(yes I'm a farm girl) a manager stepped out and started to direct traffic to the best of his ability because a trained officer would have struggled with the customers that either clearly are more important than the others in line,are hungrier than the rest, or have to be at somewhere of great importance. Whatever the case may be clearly manners or patience are not required in their perfect world where they are never faced with chaos or waiting their turn. OMG!!! Is this a restaurant or an amusement park? There were waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too many screaming kids & babies. I had to take my food to go because they wouldn't let me eat in peace. The food was good & service was great but the kids made this visit unbearable. I love kids but there were like 30 of them in this little place & it was just too much! Chik fila has got to be one of the best places to go to for anything chicken! I really love this location!They are always so busy but work like a well oiled machine.Anytime I come here after a long busy day their drive through is always packed as well as the inside,I'm a mom of an Autistic toddler and this is the only chicken he will eat!I prefer going through the drive through here because of my toddler and they always have both lanes open I really love how they have multiple people taking orders and you can pay that person they give you a menu if you need one, we always order the 12 piece nuggets and Chik fila meal with waffle fries and we love the frozen lemonade and the blended coffee! It's so good! Sometimes I come here just for the blended coffee!And I love that the person that gives you your receipt greets you by name it's so great and in the drive through anyone handing out your order greets you and smiles and always confirms your order and anytime we have come to this location they have always gotten our order correct.Plus they always have charity events they donate too! This is the best chick-fil-A I have been to. I usually stop by to get coffee once a week and this morning I couldn't find my credit card so as soon as I finished ordering I canceled it. The lady who was helping me said don't worry we will take care of it :) I thought that was really nice of her. I kept looking for my card while waiting to get to the window and I found my card! Zero stars for this location. I was there Saturday morning inside the store and waited 25 mins for my food. I was at this same location Tuesday evening and waited 40 minutes for my food. It appears this location is only concerned about the drive thru metrics and not the dine in customers. Fast food should not take 40 mins to be served. Consistently the worst drive thru experience. Plan on 20 minutes to get in and out. I'm not sure why they can't figure this out, it has been terrible since opening. Lines block the whole shopping center, making it difficult to get to other stores and restaurants nearby. read more

We are new in town and can always count on chick fil a, so we decided to go out for lunch. As I was getting my kids out of the car, a man, assuming manager, who was probably not even clocked in yet, offered to help me with my things into the restaurant. Totally above and beyond, I wish I would have gotten his name! While there when someone came around to ask how we were doing I asked about our ice cream cone from our kids meal, she gladly went and got it for me and made my lunch that much better! Why is this CFA so dirty? We're here at 4:30pm and while I'm sure the lunch rush was busy, why has no one cleaned the lobby? Or emptied trash in the bathroom? Even though the drive-thru line seems to fill up all of 1890 ranch, the employees here seem to bring the line down quickly. They seem incredibly efficient and they operate like a well-oiled machine as they quickly work to deliver hot meals and excellent customer service to their customers. However, on more than one occasion, I've ordered a meal with chicken soup and I had not received it. I've also asked for sweet tea and received unsweet tea. I've never had any major issues here! However, whoever designed the parking lot did not plan for the amount of people going to chick fil a. They underestimated us Texans and our love for chicken. read more

I'm a fan of Chick-Fil-A in general, but not this one. It is a slow, disorganized store. After more than one visit, I have not been convinced otherwise. The parking lot is small and set up odd. No matter where you park, you have to walk through the drive-through traffic to find a door. The people behind the counter just don't seem to have it together. Orders come slower than the other stores I've been to. The cashiers also leave their registers to get things themselves rather than simply taking orders and having someone else to get the food together. I guess that is the most important thing that makes the other stores run so smoothly. On top of that, the general population that I find dining in this location are so engulfed in their own worlds that they have no time for simple courtesies, such as not cutting in the huge line of people who are all waiting to order. read more

Went through the drive thru for lemonade and the new frosted lemonade, as well as a spicy chicken sandwich. It was extremely busy, but the kids working the drive thru got us through in an expedient manner even with the crowds. The sandwich was hot and delicious and the lemonade was refreshing.
