I've been coming to this Chick-fil-A for over 10 years, and it's honestly frustrating to see how much it's gone downhill. Between the new staff and the constant issues, this place feels nothing like it used to. The service has become consistently poor, and there's one employee in particular who is repeatedly rude. It's not a one-time thing--it's every interaction, and it's exhausting. What really crossed the line was when my toddler found and ate foreign particles in her breakfast bowl. Any parent knows that moment of panic--when your child suddenly reacts to something in their food, starts crying, and you have no idea what they just ate. It's scary, upsetting, and completely unacceptable. I reported it to customer service, and this location told me to email the manager. I did--and never heard a single word back. I followed up with customer service again and was given the same response, with no resolution. At this point, it's not just disappointing--it's unacceptable. My family used to come here every Saturday morning without fail, but that tradition is over. Thankfully, there's another location nearby that actually meets the standard, and it's absolutely worth the extra five-minute drive. Do better. read more

First of all, the service was wonderful! The young lady at the register was very attentive and helpful. I wish I had gotten her name. She was African American with long pony tails down her back. Others seemed to be walking back and forth trying to look busy but were not. 3 people actually looked me IN THE EYE and turned around as if I wasn't there. I always use the app when ordering. When my order was delivered, half of my condiments were missing. That's when I went to the counter and was ignored. Next, I ordered a Cobb Salad, my usual, and 1/3 of it was the butt of the lettuce. Not what I'm used to from this location. The only reason I'm doing a review now is because this is the 3rd time my salad wasn't up to par here. Service friendly obviously and quick. Food flavor - we love it. I truly never come to fast food in general but today I felt like getting a treat. I order my daughter a kids meal vi strips w fruit and a toy. I get myself the original w fries diet lemonade and add a brownie plus a Mac and cheese to the order. They brought me the food. I though " let me just check" ... there was no fruit nor brownies. I tell them they bring me. I leave. On the way home I gave my daughter theee pieces of fries I ate other three. This location is TERRIBLE. I placed a delivery order using the Chick-fil-A app and never received my order. The Chick-fil-A gave it to someone random who doesn't work for their delivery partner DoorDash. Who doesn't loveeee Chick-fil-A?! This is our go-to location especially during the pandemic. I always place my order through the app and do curbside. It is so easy, you park, enter your parking space number in the app, and then your food is brought out in a sanitary plastic bin. You grab your own food, so it is completely contactless. My order is always accurate and the service is fast. Not only do I enjoy the food, but the service is top notch. I usually get the market salad with nuggets or grilled chicken and fat free honey mustard. I love the diet lemonade. Other go to orders are the spicy chicken sandwich, fries, superfood salad, and basically everything on the menu. The app rewards you with free food too, so it's a win-win using it! read more

I've given this location a few chances, and each time it has just gotten worse. I'll start with something that the staff can't really help, but is still pertinent: the parking lot is AWFUL. Getting through the drive through is a chore in itself. Moving on, the service is just not that good. The staff is very slow, and it takes forever to get your food most days. Today, my wife and I were asked to pull out of line to wait for our food. We ended up waiting almost 20 minutes for 2 kids meals and 2 chicken sandwich meals. We dined here for lunch today. The employees were friendly enough. Our orders came out correctly. Our food was pretty good. We have no complaints with our experience. This location has a covered drive thru so you don't get wet while placing your order. They had employees taking orders on a tablet to speed things up. This location has a play area for the children. I gave this location a 2 because the staff is so sweet, otherwise I would have just given it a 1. I'm not sure what it is, but I've tried this location at least 3 times and there is something missing with the taste of the food. My chicken never seems as seasoned or tasteful as other locations. Almost like it's old and the bread is a bit stale. Also, I usually get an Arnold Palmer WITH NO ICE, and I swear it always tastes as if it is watered down. Absolutely no sweetness with very little flavor. I can never finish my meal. I may as well just order the fries. As far as CfAs go, this one is pretty standard, but what always stands out to me at this location is not only how fast they move the line (both lanes are always at least 3-4 cars deep no matter what time of day), but just how nice everyone is!? I mean, these poor kids stand out side all day and yet they are always gracious, welcoming, and just their tone and demeanor! Shoutout to them and their training staff! I had cut out CfA because of their stance and support on certain things, but came back out of desperation (for the money, it's actually pretty decent fast food) and was just floored by how cordial the staff is here! I also love that they get my sauce requests right every time. At my old CfA this was a big point of contention. In any case, if you are having a crappy day, then I recommend coming here to just get treated as and talked to like an actual human being! read more

Great crew, professionalism, and fast, and considerate employees. When I do order Chick-fil-A, I prefer the Albemarle location. This store exemplifies the standards of the company and they operate like an anchor store in the area. I once had an order where a mistake was made-which was rare in itself. The acting manager apologized and made the order right and also upgraded the beverages and threw in a large waffle fry and ice dream for my son. That type of consideration for customers is why I am loyal to Chick-fil-A, the brand, and especially the Albemarle location. They did not place the chicken biscuit to my meal in the bag. Instead it was just the hashbrowns and those tasted as if they were cooked in old grease. I have not experienced many issues with Chick-fil-A but the couple of times that I did it was at this location. With this missing item, I was told that I will have to come back to get another. I let them know that I rather not go back in the rain and drive all the way back up there for the food. So I asked the young lady to refund the sandwich. I was told that this was not an option over the phone so I can either go back up there with the receipt the same day or they can take my name to get a sandwich another day. I understand mistakes but it really suck that I will have to drive all the way back up there to get a refund on something that I never received when I made the purchase online anyway! Situated on one of the scariest roads in Charlotte, this chick-fil-a is a go getter! The food is always fast and fresh! The service is friendly and they know how to manage long lines during busy hours. I could defiantly deal without all the chatter at the drive thru window. Most of the time, there are a bunch of people at the window joking around and laughing and telling jokes to each other. It is hard to make the customer feel like you have their undivided attention when you aren't even listening to the customer! All I'm saying is, enough chit chat at the drive thru, and more attention on the people paying for the food that keeps you in a job!! Aside from that, the place is very clean inside and out. I don't know of any company that wouldn't benefit from studying and imitating Chick-fil-a's approach to business. They serve great food. They hire well. They train their employees well. They serve their customers well. Their employees can actually make eye contact and smile at the customers: something that too infrequently happens around here among their competitors. This place is always mobbed, in large part because they do it all so much better than their competitors. Yet, despite the long lines, they manage to keep it moving. They actually hire and staff enough employees to make it happen. At some fast food restaurants, I think that replacing the staff with self-service kiosks might actually improve the customer experience. But not with this CFA. Their employees do great work. read more
