Chick-fil-A has this moments. The food is decent depending on if they cook it right sometimes the pieces are either too small or sometimes the stuff is cold mainly their fries. But today it seemed like the line was actually moving pretty quickly as there was really no line around 5 PM on a Saturday. I know they do like to hire young people, but sometimes they do get distracted, so example would be that my fries were cold and that when the attendant in the drive-through gave me my drink, which was HI-c whoever made the drink just let the fruit punch spill all over the cup and then the attendant just gave it to me without even trying to wipe it off or anything or didn't give me anything to wipe it off. read more

Have been here numerous times. Feels like a hit or miss depending on how many people waiting in the drive through. The staff is friendly as they come to get your order. Then it's the waiting game to get your food. Two staff members bring bags out to customers. It can be overwhelming when line for the drive through is backed up. This is one of the most busiest Chick-fil-A in the neighborhood. The food is piping hot when you get it. I try to come when it's off peak times. This Chick-Fil-A is the most convenient in my opinion. I read the other reviews and I don't seem to get the same experiences as the other people who visit this specific place. The food was excellent and is exactly how I remember it, so I don't have any problems there. Every time I come here the employees were always polite and friendly to me. Which again, I don't get why other people say otherwise. I even had one joke about this one time they misspelled my name and said "I'm sorry, we're not Starbucks I promise" which made my afternoon. My only complaint is the car line. That isn't really a surprise to anyone who goes to CFA on a daily basis but the area where the cars merge, there should be some kind of traffic control device that behaves like a traffic light where it tells which car can go and which car stays. I suggest this because I've had times where me and other cars would move forward at the same time and nearly collide. Now if you wish to eat inside. Here's my take. You have some spaces to choose from. Maybe the occasional 3 or 4 people at a table but that's it. The children's built-in playground is what you expect. A series of plastic tubes that go up and a curly slide that goes all the way down all while designed to key into a child's imagination with colors and patterns. I didn't know a CFA could be this bad. I moved to the area 4 years ago, and this Chick-fil-A was amazing, and over the last two years, it has gotten worse and worse. You have to wait forever for your food, then when you receive your food, it's cold and missing numerous things. Somebody has to come from corporate and fix it!!!!! WORST CHICK FIL A EVER!!!!!!!!!!!! As a former Chick Fil A employee, I've never seen worse service at a Chick Fil A. This location is more than unacceptable. They are constantly getting my order wrong. I'm always missing pickles, have the wrong drink, and sometimes even the wrong food. Fries are half filled and my order is never right. But tonight was the last straw. Tonight I'm missing the BOTTOM HALF OF MY BUN!!! How does that even happen???? Somehow Chick fil a of Rivergate made it happen. They don't care about quality and only care about getting money, oops I mean customers, through the door. This location is fairly close to my house so I keep giving them chance after chance. Tonight was probably my last visit. Placed an online order for a chicken sandwich combo with milkshake. I wasn't upset that I had to wait inside for over 20 minutes. When it's busy, a wait is to be expected. However, when my food was placed on ToGo shelf, I opened bag to taste a fry and they weren't even hot. Annoyed, but figured I can warm them up at home. Once I got home, I noticed that my chicken sandwich didn't have the bacon OR cheese that I ordered on it. Every time I go through the drive through here I regret it. I stopped last night at 9pm. The line was fairly short and I did a mobile order so I thought I'd give it a try. I sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes. On other occasions I have sat in the drive thru for 45 minutes. And once you get in, you are stuck and can't get out. I came to this location this past Saturday. The young lady running orders had a bonnet on her bun, bright yellow sunglasses, and an attitude like someone forced her to be there. She was not pleasant at all. She brought my food to the car but no drink. She just walked off and rolled her eyes. I rolled down the window and asked about the drink and she frowned up and said "pull around." She walked up to cars asking the name on the order and if it wasn't what she had she rolled her eyes and walked off. Today I go through the drive-thru and there's one person outside with an iPad. He's only paying attention to one lane. Another guy comes out about 5 min later and starts working the same lane. No one ever took my order or the order of the cars behind me. I tried to get the attention of a young lady walking to the door and she acted like she didn't hear me. I get to the window thinking I could order there and everyone is clueless.
