I came to this location this past Saturday. The young lady running orders had a bonnet on her bun, bright yellow sunglasses, and an attitude like someone forced her to be there. She was not pleasant at all. She brought my food to the car but no drink. She just walked off and rolled her eyes. I rolled down the window and asked about the drink and she frowned up and said "pull around." She walked up to cars asking the name on the order and if it wasn't what she had she rolled her eyes and walked off. Today I go through the drive-thru and there's one person outside with an iPad. He's only paying attention to one lane. Another guy comes out about 5 min later and starts working the same lane. No one ever took my order or the order of the cars behind me. I tried to get the attention of a young lady walking to the door and she acted like she didn't hear me. I get to the window thinking I could order there and everyone is clueless. The mgr has an attitude so I decided to just order on the app to help the situation. They told me to come in, then wait in line, it was just a mess. Got up to come to Chick Fl A (i live like 15 minutes away) to redeem my free breakfast item. Went through the drive thru, asked the employee to scan the app to make the item rings up as free. Got all the way home and realized my free breakfast item wasn't in my bag. Called MULTIPLE times, their phones have a terrible static. The MANAGER tried to tell me it was my phone that was causing the static but it wasn't because I even reset my phone to make sure. Anyways, didn't get an 'I'm sorry for the misunderstanding' or anything. She asked me if I could come back on Monday, which is an inconvenience. She asked for my name and number in a rude tone as if I did something to her. It isn't my fault the employee didn't double check to make sure the item was on the ticket. This location is soooooo bad. It actually sucks to see the Chick-fil-A brand go in the dumpster, but trust me you want to avoid this location at all costs. It took me 40 minutes to get through the drive thru. I ordered a chocolate shake with whipped cream and a cherry, along with a large fry. When I FINALLY got to the window, the inside was dirty as hell. Food on the floor, total disorganization. My shake didn't have the cherry and my "large" fry was like a potato chip bag... more than half empty (see pic before I ate a single waffle fry). Plus they were cold and soggy. The first drive thru visit was not great so.....I wanted to give them a second chance. On the first visit re were three drink orders and they messed up two of them. Instead of Diet Coke and a Coke, they filled both with Diet Coke. They did get the food orders correct including the side of extra pickles. I've never been to a Chiick-Fil-A that did not nail a take out or a dine in order. My coworkers did warn me. Two of them said, fair warning, they always mess up the orders at this franchise. Also the girl at the drive thru was not happy ..... so I returned yesterday to give it another try before writing this review. I made a special order on my original chicken combo with extra pickles and asked for a side of honey mustard. Ordered the fries with two ketchups, a hot sauce and an unsweetened ice tea with lite ice. I checked the bag before pulling out of the drive thru. The food and condiments were there and the tea was not sweet. GREAT! So what did they miss? The extra pickle request was not on the sandwich. The girl at the drive thru was friendly. This is single handedly the worst Chick-Fil-a I have ever visited. There was no one out assisting with orders, which is fine, but the person taking orders at the menu board was horrible! I heard the two cars in front of me have to repeat and correct their orders, so I made sure to speak clearly and slow. If you are taking orders, your job is it LISTEN. When I tell you I want a number 1 with honey roasted bbq and a tea, please don't ask IF I WANT a drink or any sauces ‍. The drive thru took 25 minutes. At any other chick it would've taken maybe 10. I saw the manager inside sitting at a table doing paperwork. He should probably focus on training his employees better. And, the order was still wrong. That's a Chick-Fil-a first for me. Chic fil a is the standard for chicken sandwiches. It's the place I measure all others sandwiches against. No other fast food place compares. The quality is always good and I'm seldom disappointed. The waffle fries are usually stellar and the soda is always carbonated perfectly. I always go through the drive thru, so I can't say much for the dining room. Extremely disappointed and this location falls short of everything a Chick-fil-A is supposed to be. Worst experience I've ever had at a Chick-fil-A by far. Waited in line for 25 minutes, got a notification that our food was ready 12 minutes before we ever received it. We finally get to the window and I briefly check the bag, we're missing the kale salad. I tell the employee and he rolls his eyes and goes "We don't have any more" Okay, but I already paid for it??? He was just gonna leave it out and not say anything?? Rude. Anyway, our food was ready almost 15 minutes before we got it, so everything was cold and soggy. Upon our arrival at home I noticed they left out 2 of our sauces, and gave us a spicy chicken sandwich instead of regular. No big deal, but I am NEVER ever returning to this Chick-Fil-A because of the service alone. Chick-Fil-A is expensive and I'm only okay with paying that much because of the quick and polite service. Some of these people need to apply at McDonald's across the street where this attitude might be more acceptable. Update: I'm diabetic, I checked my blood sugar an hour after my meal and it was extremely high. I then had my husband taste my drink and he confirmed it was regular and NOT diet. I typically get lunch from here and in the past have never had issues with how long it took. I have also never been disregarded/ignored by the employees. I placed my order on the mobile app around 1:27pm. It takes about 10 minutes to get to the restaurant so I head straight there, park in a curbside pickup space and click I'm here in the app. As I realize that people who pulled up after me have received their order and have gone, I wave down one of the staff and let her know I've been waiting 20 minutes and still no order. She apologizes takes my name and never comes back even though I saw her 2-3 times approach other cars. Its been 30 minutes so I call the store they seem confused and tell me it will be right out. 40 minutes have gone by, the drive thru line is almost clear and I'm still waiting so I flag someone else down he takes a picture of my order on my mobile app. 5 mins after 2pm, the store calls me back and said the order is on its way out. I spent my whole lunch hour sitting in the parking lot with no food and wasn't offered anything for being inconvenienced. Most chick-fil-a's try to make things right but I did not get that treatment here and that was most disappointing of all. I would like to also suggest they add another restaurant between Rivergate shopping center and Whitehall shopping center neither stores seem to be able to handle the demand and are always overcrowded! read more

I have been coming to this location since it opened, and the employees have always delivered the typical Chic-fil-A customer service, a greeting with a smile and "have a nice day" with a smile. I visit this location often but yesterday I was surprised of the exceptional service I received. First , I paid for two salads and only received one of course I didn't know this until I was already in my driveway at home. Obviously I should've checked before I left the drive-thru but when I tried to call the location the phone only rang and I never got through. I drove 15 min back to the location where this wonderful younger man not only remembered me but went above and beyond. He said they were having phone issues which explains why they never answered.I wish I knew his name to give him the credit he deserved. Not once did he ask me to move or did he seem frustrated, he was calm and apologetic. He gave me a brownie and apologized a few more times before within a minute or two, completed my order and saved the day. Wonderful to see this kind of service is still offered. Great job! read more

I don't know what is wrong with THIS location. EACH time I get something simple, a sandwich or strips, and after I pay I'm told to park at the front so I don't hold up people behind me and that my food will be brought to me ASAP. I see cars leave the drive thru and I'm waiting, and waiting. I usually time at being a 3 minute wait or longer. When I finally receive my order I'm not given an apology or a "guest card" like other locations provide to customers in situations like that. I don't understand why this happens, and it seems to happen only to me. Food is excellent but the service is not what I have come to expect from this chain. read more

First of all, this restaurant is located in a very nice shopping plaza called Rivergate. Upon entering the parking lot, even in the cool temperatures, the smell from their garbage containment area overwhelms you, thus losing your appetite! I was again visiting the area a couple of days later and the temperature was about 45° with a moderate breeze out of the north. I was going to the Best Buy store and office supply store nearby, you could smell the rotten garbage smell from the dumpsters waftng all the way over there! We have always loved Chick-fil-a but I was really impressed last night with the service we received. They were super busy and it was closing time but everyone was so friendly. The manager came over and spoke to us and apologized for our wait (we didn't wait long either). They had something break but still kept composure and hospitality!
