I placed my order and waited in the drive thru for my food. When I reach the drive thru door, I did the mistake of not checking my food right in the moment. Instead I move forward near the red sign of the drive thru line to check my food. From time to time I have problems with this Chick-fil-A location not having all my items I paid for in my bag. The chicken is served hot and tasty. Your choice of sides means you'll order waffle fries, because who gets a fruit cup at Chick-Fil-A? There is a large indoor seating area and extended parking lot. This does not mean that lunch time is easy, though! The rush between 11:00 and 1:00 is incredible. They really move people through on these week days. I love a good chicken sandwich and Chick-Fil-A does it best. The grandkids love to eat here too because of the play area. The only thing I don't like is it is a pain to get in and out of this place in the evening,just so dang busy. But I can't complain that's what they are in business for. I always make a stop here while visiting my parents who moved to this god forsaken place. One of the few rays of shining light is Chick-fil-a. So tonight was the night for an online card game for my son and he requested Chick-fil-A. I happily obliged. We ordered the Chick-fil-A sandwich meal with a coke and three count chicken strips with a Cookies & Cream milkshake. I also got a chocolate milkshake. Still have to go through the drive thru - no ordering ahead yet. I did notice while I was waiting in the line in my car that a sign on the door said the lobby is open for carry out only and the restrooms are open. I don't know if that means you can go in and place an order or if it's just for delivery drivers. Hopefully, someone will find out and review here! Anyway, drive thru went quickly but I did have to wait a long time for my order - not sure why. Fries weren't very hot, had to warm them up in the microwave and I forgot to request extra pickles on the sandwich, but that's my fault. All in all, it was a great Chick-fil-A meal and since it's all I had to eat today, I don't feel too bad about indulging. You really can't go wrong with Chick-fil-A's food or service. Christian ran chain store that specializes in chicken meals just as the name suggests. This was my first time experience in Chester also being my second time ever coming to try this establishment. I was super thrilled at how nice everyone was. The menu selection was great and it's sort of healthy too with a bunch of grill chicken club sandwich selections being an option. I tried out the spicy chicken combo meal and it was fantastic. Not to spicy but had a slight kick to it and the fries were perfect and not oily at all. They also have a wide variety of sauces to check out but I recommend the chick fil a sauce. The only down side about this chain is that it's so popular, so the drive through is always packed. I definitely don't recommend going to the drive through because it will be a long wait time. It's so much faster to order inside. You'll be in and out in no time compared to waiting in line that wraps around the entire store in your car. read more

I love chick fil a. I go about once a week to different locations that are convenient. Today I had went into the one on west hundred road. I was surprised about how fast but the line was moving, very quick service and it didn't take long at all to get my food. I went over to the condiment stand to get some utensils and there were ants all over the place I've never been more disgusted in my life. By the time I got back to my car I saw ants crawling all over the bag... I hope that the back is cleaner. read more

They may have renovated the restaurant, however their staff seems to have gone in the opposite direction. Several visits post-renovation has shown that their food is still yummy, but it takes several tries to get the order correct. It is so slow, especially when it takes an extra 20 minutes to correct the original order. How about trying to retrain the incompetent staff members? Would love to see some improvement. read more

Love the improvements to drive thru, however yesterday after already waiting at least 10 minutes to even get in the lanes, a car comes through the opening close to the post office entrance and cuts quite a few people off including myself. Being patient people, no one said anything, however it's very rude and shouldn't happen. Hoping you put some type of lane closure there because I'm sure the next person is not going to be as nice the next time. Love your restaurant and though it's all new, taking 30 minutes to get through entire process was a bit much. read more

Be prepared to wait. This place is BUSY! But that's because they are consistently good. I have noticed that the chicken breast is getting smaller and smaller. This was a very busy store at lunchtime. There was an employee queuing customers onto lines. The woman behind the counter took our order and spoke uber fast, it wasn't the chick fill-a customer service charm they are know for in the South. We were given a cylinder to put on our table and told lunch would be brought to us. We sat down and waited. It was quite sometime before we got our food, staff had to walk around busy restaurant to find correct color cylinder. My fries were not warm. But the biggest offense was my order of grilled chicken nuggets. They did not look like the picture on the order board. They looked like someone has eaten them and brought them back up. They were disgusting looking. I had to walk thru the masses to ask for a replacement portion of fried nuggets, which also took time. The staff member who gave me the new nuggets didn't even acknowledge the grilled ones looked disguising. Shame on her. A quick I'm sorry would have gone a long way. In conclusion this was my first bad experience in a chick fill-a and I have been eating in them since I was in college. I'll never return to this one. read more

Great service and food. We come here often because my kids need gluten free fries and chicken (grilled). They have a sensitivity and this is a quick option for us. When I dine in, I love that someone will bring me my food because I usually have little ones with me. Also, usually someone offers to refill my drink at least once during my visit too. I made my husband wait until we found one rather than eat at another fast food chain because I find the food so much better. Not this time.
