I have never been to a chick fil a without any fries! This is crazy!! My kids weren't happy at all! This is ridiculous!

The service was wonderful as ever and the chicken/biscuit tasted great. Their sausage/egg biscuit isn't greasy and the biscuit was flaky & had a great taste - will be back this week. The food here at Chickfila is so yummy can't go wrong, it's the only place that I trust to give my child chicken nuggets at. The employees are very nice and always helpful. You can tell the food is good and someone is doing something right, because when you come here there is always a line around the parking lot. I have had three or four wrong orders or them just not coming at all to curbside when I ordered. They were not even busy it was 30 mins to closing and I had to go through the drive thru and tell them I was waiting for 20 min. The manager is very rude. But today was the absolute worst. Chick-fil-A vs. other fast food chains: 5 Stars Winterpock vs. other Chick-fil-As: 3 Stars The fact that CFA uses 100% real breast meat in all of their chicken is a HUGE plus -- none of that "mystery meat white stuff" you get at other fast food places. The sandwich is always juicy and flavorful, and I love the token pickles! This location is also uber-convenient; both close to my house and on the way to work! Since I haven't mentioned CFA's breakfast, let me do that now: Chicken Minis are awesome! The honey butter brushing on the mini rolls is just heavenly! The Chicken Burrito is also really tasty -- the grilled onions and peppers are a very nice touch! I've been to this new franchise 4 times since it opened, and 50% of the time, my order has been wrong in some way. For reference, that is 100% more than the "old" CFA further down Hull St. ever messed up my order. I'll attribute this to working out the kinks of a new restaurant opening (at least for now). The customer service here is top notch, even amongst other sit-down establishments. Worst service I've received at a Chick Fil A. This location is the closest to my house, so I frequent pretty often. Today, however, was probably my last visit to the Winterpock location and I'll be migrating to the one further down the road. An employee walked in front of my car in the drive thru line and banged into my drive side mirror with a significant thunk, no apology or excuse me or anything. Then, the employee at the window was rude and pretty much threw my order into my car. Upon thanking her, she didn't acknowledge the interaction at all and proceeded to tell me that I "could go". I personally choose to frequent Chick Fil A because I find their customer service excellent and superior to other chain fast food restaurants but I think I'll just take the drive to the TN plaza location or choose Wendy's as the new go-to. read more

Chic fil a is the only fast food place that moves the line quickly. I've been scared to try the grilled nuggets because I assumed they would taste nasty. Well, I finally tried them and they were awesome. The super side is good as well. The board said there's a $1.24 update to get this as a side instead of fries. I asked the manager, who rang up my order, if I could get small or large and he said yes. I got home and checked my receipt. They actually charged me $2.24. I called and the manger stayed there's an additional charge for the large super side. He shouldve told me that when I asked about the sizes. Yes, it's only one more dollar, but he should be explained and the menu should show both amounts. read more

Yes, Chick-fil-a is fast food, but I feel they go the extra mile. This location seems to be one of the finest, nice and clean. There are always fresh flowers on the tables and recently they added American Flags. Yeah! The restroom has hand sanitizer and mouthwash, just in case you need a little extra freshness for that special someone. Healthy alternatives are offered as choices. I've even seen kids exchange their toys for a yummy ice cream cone. You can always count on a perfect example of manners and hospitality from the staff. It can get very crowded at peak times, but they do move through the lines quickly, even management helps out. If you want to order ahead, try out their new app. Catering and nutritional informational is available. Absolutely love their advertising campaign with the cows, so clever! Hilarious bovine calendars and coupons booklets are sold as fundraisers for organizations. Coupons were donated to our elementary school carnival for prizesI They will also have events where a portion of the proceeds are donated to support our community and schools. These are always my favorite way to raise money and the easiest for most of us. I always enjoy their fresh salads, while my family craves their seasonal tortilla soup. I dont mind paying for what i order but if they got it wrong i shouldnt have to get back in line and go through drive through again. just ring up a large fry and large drink. sheesh!! This is a very nice Chick-Fil-A. They do a great job of taking care of the customer. I am almost exclusively a dine in customer and have experienced very few issues. I have seen them forget items on online and drive thru orders though. However, the main reason I cannot give a five star is the horrible layout of the parking lot. With three young children, there are times that I would rather go somewhere else since I have to park so far away and cross so much traffic. read more

This place is awful!! I have never gone to a Chick-fil-A where the staff is rude. Its 8pm & they close at 10pm... they wouldn't make a fruit cup with oranges & strawberries for my daughter because their "prep table" was closed. WTH? The manager was yelling multiple times "Dude hurry up!! Your taking too long!!" to one of the staff members in the prep area as loud as he could. I wish negative stars was an option. I will only go to the one in westchester... where they are freakin' awesome!! Maybe y'all should train your people there! The third party pick up is extremely dangerous. My car has been very close to being hit on 2 different occasions just in one day because drivers are whipping into the exit to get there since the drive thru line blocks the entrance way. This is the only store with this procedure and it's very unsafe. They are also having us pick up our order from a table outside instead of bringing it to the car unlike any other chick fil a which is breaking social distancing for us drivers. This needs to be fixed before someone causes an accident. read more

This amazing fast food place is extraordinary, i am and forever will be in love with chick-fil-a. Not only is there food great so are there employees. It is in a great location and right where you need it to be. The only issue with this place is that every teenager or mom is waiting in line which makes it wrap around the building which also makes me not want to wait in line. But love the food!!! read more

Everytime I come to this Chickfila there is a problem with my order. I've never seen a place so unorganized. My order is always missing an item of food, straws, sauces, etc. Every time I go through the drive through I shouldn't have to check everything I ordered is accounted for. The drive through orders get mixed up as well, which holds up the long line and causes anger among customer When I say every time I go to eat there, there is a problem, I MEAN IT. I love their food but the service is just awful. I get every so often a mistake will be made but EVERY TIME? Also, the fry handout is very stingy and their brownies are always dry and hard as rock. This Chick-fil-A just opened up earlier this week. Its great to now have a Chick-fil-A much closer to home now! Everything here is perfect: kind staff, fast service, very organized. Some staff members go around and will ask you if they can clear your tray for you or if they can refill your beverage for you. Everyone has a smile on their face, which is very welcoming. This is a relatively new Chick-fil-A, but the drive-thru is inefficient. I spent 20 minutes in the drive-thru. The staff was very polite, but they have to find a better way to operate the drive-thru. The Chick-fil-A in Chattanooga Plaza, near Brandermill, has considerably faster service because they have staff outside taking orders in place of the standard speaker system at busier times. read more

I usually love Chic-fil-A but I am not a fan of this location. I came in for the first time earlier today with my brother. We ordered 2 original sandwiches, a peach milkshake, large fries, and a chicken salad sandwich combo. I also specified that Chic-fil-A sauce be included. 1. It took much longer than usual to receive our food. They apologized for the wait so at this point I was okay with the service. 2. Upon arriving home and unpacking the bags, we realized that a sandwich and the sauce I asked for were missing. I checked to make sure that they were indeed included on the receipt. Since I had already paid for it all I decided to go back for my sandwich. When I arrived they asked for my receipt. I was JUST there about 10-15 minutes ago Luckily one of the employees recognized me and vouched that I had just been there. 3. They gave me my sandwich and sauce but that was it. This is not the first time my order has been messed up at a Chic-fil-A but at least they usually go the extra mile and offer free fries or something. Even with an employee backing up that I had just been there I was offered nothing. So now I'm finally home, an hour after ordering, eating cold fries and being filled with bitterness. 4. Oh, and those large fries I ordered? Barely would've filled a medium container. They only get an extra star for the one employee that remembered me and prevented me from potentially having to drive all the way home again to get the receipt. read more

I swear to god, out of all the chick-fil-a this is the only one that will only give you two dipping sauces how the hell am I expected to spread two things of ranch over a fucking 12 count and a large fry?!?! How can someone tell me how, what mix it with my sweat tea to make it last longer. Then when I call the store the manager just says hey man come back I'll give you free food no man I'm not the type of person that calls to bitch for free food. I wanted my three to four ranch and some BBQ sause then every time I get fries from you guys there always cold it like a 5% chance they are ever hot and fresh it has nothing to do with you know maybe my drive from the chick-fil-a to my house it long I live 1.6 miles away from you guys it's a 3-5 minute drive fries always cold. read more

I went to this location Chic-fil-a @winterpock/hull street On Friday night. I recieved my bags and went home. Upon unloading bags to feed 3 hungry children, I was shorted a sandwich and tenders. Slightly annoyed, I loaded up and went back up there to get the missing food. When I got home I opened the bag to find that they had tossed 2 cookies in with my food. 2 cookies that had now cross contaminated my kids food with tree nuts (to which she is very allergic). It was a gesture to make up for their first mistake... but now I've wasted 2 trips and money on meals and my kid still can't eat her dinner. With food allergies on the rise, food service people should never throw unrequested food into a bag without asking first. At least separate the added food into its own bag. Needless to say, I was frustrated. Hopefully next time will be better and their team can learn from this experience. read more
