It then took 40 mins for my food to come out and they placed it as carry out when we asked for dine in. they forgot an item when the food finally came out as well. They were very slow with people who were dining in and inattentive to them. Overall they are just a mess and cant work properly. read more

My Chick-fil-A experience was great as always. I was greeted with a smile from my staff who had a super long line, but they handled each car one at a time. We order the food which had some complications, but the staff was patient and kind. The food that we got came out fresh and hot. We asked for extra sauces and they provided them with no problems. They even asked how was everything and if there was anything else that they could do. They had done everything perfectly, so there was no need to change anything. I will be back at this location because the customer service was top tier. I would recommend you and your family all get in the car and visit Chick-fil-A. The food is worth the drive. read more

My husband and toddler are obsessed with chick fil, and this is the closest location to my home. They request breakfast from here at least twice a week and I always say yes. I am not a big breakfast eater so I usually get an iced coffee or end up eating my toddlers leftovers. There's usually a line but it moves fast most of the time. Came here not too long ago and purchased two deluxe meals and coworker has a habit to inspect his food so he did, then he found a very long piece of hair that definitely ruin our appetite we didn't want to eat no more and didn't have the time to go back especially after spending most of our break waiting in line. The restaurant itself and the staff are great. What I'm annoyed about is the play area. It's 3 and under. Today it had probably 10 kids in there and 95% well over 3. I brought a 2 year old and a 3 year old. Us moms have little options for a small, safe place where we can let our toddlers play for 10 mins while we take a breather. Please chic-fil-a, monitor this. Also, today it looked like there was some sort of supper management meeting here or corporate meeting or something. Ate here for breakfast at 630am. Only one here. Everything is very clean inside and out. I ordered the breakfast bowl with tea. Food arrived in 3 mins hot and fresh. Associate was very polite. I tried the salsa on my breakfast bowl and was surprised that it was good. Just a little will do though. The bowl was plenty of food for breakfast. I will continue to eat here. I thought this location would be different due to the new location, but they are exactly the same when they were across the street. What makes you think 1 sauce packet is enough for 12 nuggets & fries? This place lacks the service chic fil an advertises , and they are extremely stingy with their sauces. I've never used the drive through here, but from the outside looks pretty well organized and efficient. I've mainly visited about an hour before they close, but still I have always received nice friendly service. The one negative experience was when employees talked about customers after they left their table, and left the restaurant; employees criticized customers for not clearing the table. I was surprised by this blatant disregard for customers and lack of professionalism, criticizing customers in front of other customers. I will still return to this chick-fil-a and hope some point management better trains employees. read more

Chick-fil-A is one of the fast food chains that I would give a 5 star. They have two lines at their drive through. I went to get their breakfast and they were very busy inside and out, but the wait didn't take too long and moved along rather quick. I ordered the 3 piece chicken minis and Chick-fil-A's little hash brown bites; it was crispy which I liked. At my old job, they did catering from them and their chicken sandwich was good, and the fruit salad was so nice! The chocolate cookies were okay. All plastic utensils were included. You can't expect too much for a fast food restaurant. The service here is outstanding, place is nice and tidy. I don't come here often, but when I do, I always have a good experience. read more

Here to pickup an order through doordash inside. Waiting in line for 5 minutes (reasonable) no problem. But to be told when I was my turn that I cannot pickup orders inside is freaking unprofessional. Idc if you are the owner putting these "rules" out. Doordasher are being refused food inside when people are literally putting in mobile pickups inside. We now have to use the 30 minute drive thru that really isn't a viable option now. Will be telling all fellow doordashers not to even bother going here. Waste of time for both the dasher and the customers waiting for their food. read more

How does a high volume location like this Chick Fil A run out of coffee at 7:15AM? When I arrived at the window I was asked to drive around to the entrance and wait while they made coffee. Almost ten minutes later I did get two fresh hot coffees and a very nice apology, but my food had been sitting in the bag getting cold. Unacceptable and unnecessary to run out of coffee during prime breakfast hours as I'm sure they have more than one coffee maker/urn. Or at least I hope so. read more

Made an account just to review this. I ordered my food through the mobile app 35-40 minutes before close just get there wait in a line for 45 minutes...45 MINUTES. Just to be told that they shut down the machines and couldn't do anything for me. So instead of just sending someone out to tell people they just let people waste their lives away until they got to the order box to let them know they are now closed. First of all, Chil Fil A rocks! This location is no exception, customer service is almost always excellent, courteous and efficient. This location is always clean and well stocked, given that's it's almost always busy, I'm pretty amazed. On One rare occasion, my wife's sandwich was supposed to have bacon but hers did not. They apologized and made her another correctly. Ninety nine times out of 100 though, this location gets the order correct, along with the service that I've come to expect from Chik Fil A. My only complaint is that people who insist on using the drive thru pretty much blockade others from parking in the lot to go into the store or the block you in and prevent you from exiting. You're almost better off parking in Lowe's parking lot and walking over. read more

My daughter and I needed food during a rain delay at a field hockey tournament...and I refused to eat at McDonalds. Plug in Chick-fil-A into Yelp and it was a mile away. The drive thru was about 20 cars deep so I ran inside, ordered a #1 with a chocolate shake and was back in my car in less than 5 minutes. This is suppose to be an egg white grill but it seems they decided to give me the crappiest piece of chicken they could find and gave it to me on this sandwich. This sandwich is $3.49 by itself. Although we love chick fil a, this is one of the worst ones. The restaurant is clean and the people are nice, but they almost always forget part of your order (drive thru). Also, the portion size for he chick fil a sandwich is about the same size as a chicken biscuit (small). Additionally the chicken strips are small. Usually closer in size to chicken nuggets. Of the 4 times we have been here recently, our order has been wrong/incomplete 3 times (order was 2 kids meals and 2 combos- simple). Do yourself a favor and go to a different place to eat - if you need chick fil a, try the one in Chester on old hundred or even the one in Chattanooga plaza off 288 and Hull street. read more

Let me preface this posting by saying I have always loved Chick-Fil-A's food. I always thought they were very professional and treated their customers with the utmost respect and truly care about their customers. However, on Monday, June 21, 2021, I was driving home from my dad's house and went through the drive through to buy an early dinner. It consisted of a 8-count chicken nugget meal. As I usually do, I went through the drive-through at 14101 Hull Street Road, Chesterfield, VA 23832, and purchased my meal and began my long drive home. After biting into my second chicken nugget, I felt something hard pierce my gum between my teeth. I immediately called my daughter and described to her that I had what I felt was a bone or sharp object from the chicken nugget that I could not get out of my gum with my fingernail or any way. I immediately stopped eating the object and finally the pain subsided somewhat, although the damage was done.  It was a bit bothersome when I left for vacation after that, but I didn't think it was anything serious, as I had not had any serious teeth problems in the past. After I got home from my vacation, I went to the dentist and found out my tooth was cracked and needed to be pulled and I needed an implant. I contacted the Hull Street location and spoke with a manager. He called me and got all of my information and forwarded it to the Sedgwick Insurance Agency. I was contacted by the insurance agent, asked numerous questions about whether I had routine dental care in the past and any trouble with my teeth. I offered my dentist name and number (which they didn't want). I also offered my daughter's name and phone number to verify.  I told her that I had dental insurance and I was not asking for reimbursement for anything they covered.  However, they did not cover the implant, which is very costly.  I ended up getting an abscess in my tooth which was extremely painful before I had to get it pulled out.  I paid for a 'flipper' at the cost of $750 before I can get the implant procedure.  The insurance agent said they would investigate and get back to me in a couple of weeks. I was contacted within two weeks and told my claim was denied because I did not have the piece of evidence (bone or whatever) to prove that it was from their chicken nugget and Chick-Fil-A is not liable.  I spoke with the manager at Sedgwick and he told me the same thing.   My dental insurance paid for the pulling of the tooth until I can get the implant. I cannot believe that Chick-Fil-A's insurance does not support the treatment of the injury that I received from eating their product. It has been costly and painful. Please be very careful when you eat at Chick-Fil-A....save samples of whatever you can in case you need them. I think that the insurance is trying to get away with any loophole they can and not pay. This is ludicrous and I hope Chick-Fil-A will resolve this amicably. read more

Awful business. They charge to get a sandwich WITHOUT something! If you want a sandwich without tomato they charge extra! Also, those kids that are taking your order at the drive through are kept out there in the heat for 4.5 hours without a break (they don't give breaks until you hit 5 hours). So they schedule the workers for 4.5 hours so they don't have to give them a break. And to make matters worse they are now charging the employees for drinks while they are working. So they leave the kids out in the 90+ degree heat for 4.5 hours and charge them for drinks! Take your business to a place that does not nickel and dime customers and workers to death and then pretend that they have any sort of morality. read more

OK this gets five star rating even being for fast food. Employees chasing me down to ask if I need a refill on my drink on the way out the door after I have finished my food deserves some credit. We all know what Chick-fil-A is about. This particular store here at Winterpock has five-star dining service, and attitude from its employees. From a fast food joint that's pretty impressive so it's worth noting. I don't come to Chick-fil-A very often but every time I do the service is impeccable, hence this review. read more
