The food is always great! This location is always busy, but they're usually is not a long wait when ordering from the inside. Their drinks are really good because I like natural flavored drinks. There are very refreshing. When I last visited here, the system was down so it took a little while for it to come up, but the staff was super friendly and very patient even though the line was building up all of the customers understood which was a great thing. read more

I was in the area and decided to check out this location. When I got there, there was a bit of a line, but they handled all of the people and they individualized request, took the time to listen to each person and make sure that they got their orders correct. The food looked freshly prepared and the person putting together my bowl was so helpful. She offered suggestions and that was helpful. I was happy with my choice of bowl. The cashier was so nice and super patient. She made sure that I didn't need anything additional. I felt like a valued customer I decided to stay and eat there. The place was clean and tidy. The tables were cleared quickly and the seats were comfy. The drink area was well stocked and the area was clean! Pro tip: get the cookies at the end!! 10 out of 10, highly recommend. read more

I ordered the spicy lamb (meatballs) and avocado bowl. I added falafel to it as well. They sent me just salad no meatballs or falafel and added corn! This was a delivery so I was stuck. You can't call the store directly because you get sent to a phone loop with one of the stupid owners talking. This dummy directs you to a support website! You can't get in touch with a real person. I got the lamb bowl from here twice. The first time it was delicious (I ordered it through door dash). The lamb balls were crispy on top of some very fresh vegetables. I really enjoyed it. Unfortunately the second time I wasn't so fortunate. I ordered the same lamb bowl since I enjoyed it so much the first time ( this time I ordered it and picked it up). When I got there they told me that they only had 3 lamb balls and had more in the fryer (they would add the others in about 4 minutes). Unfortunately, they had already composed the salad with the 3 hot lamb balls they had in the bowl, then added a couple more to the already prepared bowl. I headed home ready to enjoy this treat. When I opened the bowl I was so disappointed. The lamb balls that were sitting in the bowl waiting for the other two were now soggy and down in the salad. They tasted mushy. The two that were added fresh were good. The salad ( I guess because the original lamb balls (hot) were sitting in on top of the salad with the lid on) was turning limp and wilted. I picked at it and then threw it in the garbage. A lesson learned. I guess you have to make sure it's packed fresh. Don't let them add hot meat to a partially completed bowl. Seems to me that the staff should have known this and waited to complete the bowl when all the lamb for the order was ready. So I'm mixed at this point. Consistency is crucial. I usually go to the Cava on iron bridge road and they never disappoint, so I decided to stop at this one because it's closer to home. Honestly I had the worst time at this location. I understand I came in 1 1/2 hours before closing but I still felt like this store was not up to par. The staff was polite but very obviously rushing though things to hurry & close. There was only one girl making bowls although there were plenty of employees there. One kid was just lining paper along the trays without even acknowledging us when we were standing waiting for someone to start our order. They were out of salmon & instead of cooking more they said that it had to marinate for 24 hrs before it could be served. Which didn't make sense because I'm sure they'll just cook them & sell them tomorrow. As I was asking for vegetable most were low of empty. I asked for cucumbers and literally got the last 6 that were in the tin without them making any effort to refill. Lastly we made it all the way home before we realized they didn't give us the side pita to go with our bowls. Just really dissatisfied with the experience here because we love cava and have never had an experience like this before. read more

I've always heard of people saying how good CAVA is and I should've listened sooner!!! I know this is a chain but my god! This place is amazing!! The quality of the food is great!! I had the garlic chicken and veggie wrap. It was ginormous- I honestly didn't think I'd eat half of it but I actually ate it all! It was delicious. The condiments made it all come together. WHAT HAPPENED TO THIS LOCATION?? We've gone here for years and the last few times they have been stingier and stingier with portions to the point that it's actually laughable. We love the food but I don't know what happened this location has gone way downhill. I don't know if it's management or staff or what. First they cut the pita size down to 1/4 a pita for a kid meal (used to be half) and you could also choose to have either carrot sticks or pita chips as a side- they didn't let us have anything this time?? Not to mention they used to at least fill the small compartments in the tray with food, now you barely get 2 tablespoons of rice, meat and toppings. . I'm wish I was exaggerating when I say the employee put two tiny pieces of chicken on the kids meal and when we asked for at least a full spoonful like normal they said "no, we can't do that". We even offered to pay more for "extra protein" and they refused. What?? Not to mention they spilled half the rice for my husbands bowl as they were preparing it and then proceeded to just scrape it off the dirty counter using their hands INTO his bowl. Going to a different location from now on because this is honestly insane and highway robbery for the amount of food you get with not the best staff working anymore apparently. read more

I only recently tried Cava and it is becoming a go-to for me. One of the things that has stuck out to me about this store specifically is the friendly people! These days it is difficult to find service staff that are friendly and helpful and patient. This store has all of those in their staff, so I actually don't mind coming in. The food is fresh. I am often craving salads and want a fast place to grab one, enter Cava. I actually make a bowl with grain and lettuce and then veggies and meats. Their meat has good flavor as do the dressings. I haven't had bad food here yet! The store itself is ok. It's kind of dark and not a place that makes me want to sit and stay a while, but that's ok because I have always grabbed it on my way home from somewhere. So give it a try! read more

Makes sense because in 2010 I lived Zoe's when I lived in Greensboro NC. Anyways! After a early morning at the mall while spending a few days at my dads in Va, decided to stop at Cava, before a little more shopping. (Side note: my dad is super old school and I am so surprised I've got him hooked on Cava) This location is prime! The outdoor area was gorgeous, the food was awesome as always, but the main reason I had to make a post about this location after going to Cava 40 plus times was the outstanding customer service and the cleanliness of the store. They have several types of greens, rice or lentils, humus, and other choices to build your perfect bowl or wrap. The harissa was okay. The harissa salad dressing is fantastic. The red pepper humus was very good. You can get items like harissa or humus on the side or in a small separate container, if you are not sure you want it in your bowl. It was awesome to get to see all of the options & they let me sample a few also! The service was AMAZING! It crossed my mind that maybe they were just really excited to actually see other humans because of all this Corona crap, but I personally felt it was genuine. These people were trained well. All of the options can look a little overwhelming but they knew the menu & explained things very well. Plus they were super nice! DELISH! DEFINITELY TRY IT! Don't forget to add pita chips on top! PS.
