The catfish was fried to perfection--crispy on the outside, though it could have used a touch more seasoning. Still, I enjoyed every bite. The jambalaya was flavorful and one of the best I've had in quite some time. I also ordered the lemon pepper wings, extra crispy, and they were so good that I cleaned the bones completely. I paired everything with the refreshing iced tea, and it made for a fantastic meal.
