We needed a quick dinner and figured we couldn't go wrong with Chick Fil a. Drive thru service only. Ordered 4 Chick Fil a chicken sandwich meals. The fries were soggy, less than room temperature, and gross. The containers for the fries were not filled to the top. The Coca Cola fountain drinks we were served tasted like coke mixed with Dr Pepper. The sandwiches were not really hot either and didn't taste quite like a Chick Fil a chicken sandwich. Great service. Restaurant was especially busy but of course food came out fairly quickly and hot! The man working the dining room kept the room spotless! Made sure every table was sanitized before someone sat down to eat. He even jumped in to refill drinks when he saw the line was getting long for that. read more

I just left the Keith St location after getting very angry that my mobile order wasn't filled and my points were gone...and then we realized that I was at the wrong location. The manager was SO incredibly kind by filling the order and calling the other location to cancel it. I love Chick and was thrilled about the location so close to the house we bought when moving to Cleveland just a few months ago. Chick was a way to feel like there was still some normalcy even though we had just moved nearly 2,000 miles from home. This location, however, just keeps slipping. We do mobile orders and then go through the drive thru to get them. Several times now we have gotten home with our meal and have been missing items. The food we do get maintains a very mediocre standard and isn't always correct either. It is just disappointing. I've been to the location on Keith a couple times and my lingering impression there was that the employees were unfriendly. read more

Chick-fil-A in Cleveland Tennessee is slipping. The girl at the drive-through should work at McDonald's. Definitely did not live up to the Chick-fil-A reputation of top-notch service. I could almost hear her eyes rolling when she had to get off her phone to take my order. I support Chick-fil-A because of their great work ethic and respect that each employee has for the customers. I placed a catering order online on 3/8/23 for delivery on 3/9 around 11:15 am from the Chick-Fil-A at 1000 Paul Huff Parkway, NW, Cleveland, TN. I called the store that afternoon to provide directions and make sure everything would be ok. I also talked with the manager the morning of 3/9 to make sure the order was ok and ask if they could pre-assembly the boxes and she said no. The order arrived on time but the driver forgot the boxes which held the chips and brownie. They sent another driver back with the boxes but he didn't arrive until 15 minutes after the meeting started. I had to provide my co-workers with a partial lunch and then I had to go into the meeting while it was in progress and put out the remainder of the food. This was very embarrassing to me and unacceptable service. I called the manager to complain and all she did was apologize, but made no offer to provide any incentive to keep my business. read more

i was really really bummed bc i ordered the spicy southwest salad, and i asked for creamy salsa dressing and they gave me balsamic.. and they forgot my chick-fil-a sauce with my fries. they also forgot all the other toppings that come with the spicy southwest. the creamy salsa dressing is the best part of the salad so i kinda feel like my money is wasted. fries were also way saltier than normal. the drive thru guy forgot my drink too and i had to remind him for it, and he wasn't the friendliest either :( read more
