I planned my return for a day when they were open, and I was very pleased with the food that I was served. This is a carryout restaurant mostly, but there are some limited seating areas outside. It is Texas style barbecue, which is differentiated from Kansas City, St. Louis, etc. There are many many genres to BBQ, and Texas style is entirely unique. they do a great job of capturing the BBQ flavor of Texas. The portions are substantial, and there are a wide variety of selections available. I made several meals out of the food that I purchased and took home. It carries well, and refrigerates well too. Even if you're not in the immediate area, it is worth a drive to get here. Food is well prepared and certainly on my list of barbecue joints to which I will return for another meal!
