Long lines of course but the wait wasn't long! They got our order correct...food was hot...drinks cold! Great service!

I have gone here twice on my lunch break from work. Both times the drive thru was lined all the way around the building, however, it only took minutes for me to get my food and head back to work. Immediately upon arriving back at work, I open my chicken sandwich and am ready to get my smash on!! I take a bite and am highly disappointed. The chicken lacks flavor (both times). I don't get it. It's their specialty. I will not be back. Next time I get a fast food chicken sandwich it will be from Wendy's. Their spicy chicken sandwich is super tasty. It's making me hungry just thinking about it. I think imma get me one for lunch! YUM read more

Recently reopened after remodeling; used drive-through. Traffic flow, unfortunately, not addressed at all. Still a bottleneck, especially after getting order. One chicken sandwich burned; other chicken sandwich unusually small. A disappointing experience. If this had been our first visit we would not have Chick-Fil-A again; certainly can't trust them for dinner. read more

Worst chick fil a in Columbus!! One of the main reasons I have enjoyed Chick-fil-A over the years is because of their consistency throughout the restaurants. However if you are looking for this consistency do not go to this location. Food is never hot and fresh, fries are often reheated and stale. Also, when I have ordered curbside, it has taken 20 minutes to receive my order with no apologies or remorse from the workers. Can't wait until the Chick Fil A on SR 256 opens nearby. However in the mean time, go to the location on Morse Rd! Food there is always great. read more

Chick- fil-a is the best fast food restaurant in my opinion. There food is so delicious even though the staff is in a hurry to make the food due to how many customers there are. The staff are always kind no matter how rude the customer is to them. The line may be long but, that's not Chick-fil-a's fault, it's just because they please people every time and the customers keep coming back. When my children visit me from out of state this is the one place they always want to go, especially for breakfast. They are too big for the play area but still love the food, especially the chick-n-minis for breakfast. One of the hidden gems at Chick-fil-a is the chicken egg and cheese bagel breakfast sandwich. We walked in and no one was working the counter. There were a few people waiting around the counter, but no line had formed, so it was kind of awkward figuring out who got there first. We were helped after a couple of minutes. Before going to this location I told my girlfriend the fact that whenever you say, "Thank you", at Chik-Fil-A, the wait staff has to respond with, "My pleasure". (This might be old news to you, but I just figured it out). So of course my girlfriend said the magic word and didn't get a response. It's not a big deal, but now she doesn't believe me. Really great service at this Chic-fil-a! We stopped here on a road trip from MI to WV. The staff was very friendly and a HUGE plus is the kids playground area. If you are traveling with a toddler this makes for a great stop for stretching legs and burning some energy. As usual with Chick, the food is excellent. We got the strips, nuggets, and fries. I've been here multiple times and never really have had any issues until these last two visits. Last week I came through the drive-thru and ordered a 12-count meal w/large vanilla iced coffee. I do also have the calendar card and this month's "mystery offer" is their new BBQ chicken sandwich (or so I was told-twice. But we will get to that) Drove away and started drinking the coffee and it was terrible. I called them right away to inform them that the syrup might be bad so they should check it, spoke with the manager and she wrote me down for a free coffee my next visit. Flash forward to today. Picked my sister up from work and came across the street for lunch. Ordered the mystery offer (in which the employee validate once again that it was the BBQ chicken sandwich), the large iced coffee, and a large fry. Came to the window, gave the lady my calendar card, my receipt from my last purchase to get my coffee, and then my debit card. She told me the total was $7.55 and she swiped my card. She saw my confusion and said "The mystery offer is an ice cream cone". Really? I told her no it's not and refused to take my bag, the guy validated while I was at the board and last week while I was here. The manager came over and says "I'm sorry, but it has changed". She didn't even try to sound helpful or "sorry" in any kind of way. I told her she can go ahead and take that sandwich off and she gave me a receipt for the money back on the card. As a manger, you would think that you would properly communicate with the rest of your employees that there has been a change in the mystery offer; if you have the order already in, the sandwich already in the bag and being handed over, you should honor it. But instead, you throw the sandwich away and ask me if I want a damn ice cream cone. I think not. Again, I have had better experiences here so I don't think I will stop coming...however, there needs to be a better communication at this location, with this shift manager. read more

I always mobile order when I stop here because the service is always so slow. Even with mobile ordering the service is slow!!! Then after waiting a few minutes inside the restaurant, my name is called....Yippy.....NOT! As I ask for my drinks, I am given a look like, WHAT?!? Seriously??? Well the lady gets another minion to fill my drinks only the minion only gives me one (I ordered two.). So I ask again, if I can get my OTHER drink. The minion looks at the same piece of paper to find my second drink. And this isn't the first time this has happened at this location. One time they forgot my side salad and the lady had NO CLUE where the salads where. I literally told her they were behind her for which I got a stare. Clearly I know Chick-fil-a better than the minions. It WAS my favorite fast food, but after some super horrible service at this location, I am thinking I will not be back any time soon. read more

I just moved into Town and a former friend of mine told me to come to this restaurant. It wasn't until an employer I believe the name was Kaylee or something along the lines of that. She was super nice and very enthusiastic. There wasn't a minute where she didn't make sure we had everything we needed. I realize that drive thru restaurants are very busy right now and lines are long. You have to have patience and wait your turn. Today I ordered grilled chicken and after waiting 35 minutes in the drive thru lane, I got char grilled chicken. Both the chicken and waffle fries we cold. After such a long wait, the food should have been fleshly cooked and hot. I've noticed that when this location is extremely busy. The quality of the food is never good. read more

We'd eaten Chick-Fil-A 20 years ago at the local shopping mall food court and it was okay. I decided to give it a try a couple of days ago. Was very disappointed. I do not like the spices used in the chicken. It tastes like school lunch/cafeteria chicken. The waffle fries were not crispy enough; they were just pale looking and very soft. Plus, they had too much sea salt. The macaroni and cheese looked so good on TV I decided to try it too; it was the best tasting of these three items, but didn't look as scrumptious as it did on TV. The bagged waffle potato chips were very good; a bit salty though, so I chase them with milk. If I ever go back I'll try the kale chips. The ordering staff associates were very nice, and they had about seven people working just the drive-up window. I don't know if a line of cars going twice around the building is worth the 1/2 hour wait, though. I like Rooster's (A Fun, Casual Joint, Columbus, OH) and Raisin' Cane's chicken a whole lot better, plus their fries are fantastic. read more

I don't get why people go here. I love, love, love chicken. I ordered the grilled chicken chicken club and was sorely disappointed. The spices used in grilling were just weird. The bun, bacon, cheese, and tomato were fine, but chicken is the thing. The waffle fries were ok. Service was fine but I don't care for places where you have to have them refill your soda. The vanilla shake was horrible. Neither my wife nor I could drink it and we threw half away which I never ever do. I have only gone here a few times because its been disappointing. We have eaten at Chick-fil-A's across the United States and this one is the worst that we have run across. Sadly it's the closest to us and we have gone back a couple of times and it never gets better (poor food quality and service.) After a particularly rude customer service experience I called the corporate office and complained. They said that they would contact the District Manager over that location and she would respond "as she sees fit." Apparently she sees fit to do nothing since we haven't heard anything back. What a surprise. There is a reason that this location has the worst ratings in Central Ohio. Do yourself a favor and go to a different Chick-fil-A... or Raising Canes even. read more

I ordered a small platter of chicken nuggets and Cole slaw on NYE. When my husband went to pick the food up the employee could not find the order! The manager did find it. When it arrived home I opened the bags and things got very interesting! The chicken was perfect as always! I ordered a container of cole slaw and got 2 single serve cole slaws. I also found a container of caramel topping of which I had no use for. I'm not sure if I will ever do an order like this again even though I love this chicken. read more

Customer service is always awesome love the guy working the drive through with braces always asks how I'm doing and is always super positive. Food is always great and they always make sure I get my sauces. The only complaint I may have is lines can get crazy there but when they do get long they normally have someone out with an iPad taking orders. read more

The food here is spectacular however EVERY time I go there are 25 cars in line and it takes an hour to get my food...I just crave the spicy chicken but can I call Ahead or something? I give this particular franchise one star and simply because one of the attendants had her cellphone on top of the counter and also used it to text. Later with the same filthy hands (after touching her phone) touched my fries. The manager was aware of the situation because he was talking to her (jokingly manner) the entire time. read more

I have always been a Chic fil fan because the chicken has always been very good for fast food and their lemonade is the best. So today I went in for a sandwich and I got the MARKET salad. Went through the drive through with my son during lunch time. We expected the line or cars to be long, which it was, but they didn't have his chicken nuggets done by the time we reached the window. We had to pull off to the side and wait 10 minutes for them to bring our food!! We would have just gone inside except the drive through line blocked the parking spots. I understand it's busy during lunch time but I'd go to a different Chick-Fil-A that's a bit more user friendly. read more

Dirtiest Chick fil A we have ever been in. Floors were sticky in dining room area, crumbs and wrappers under chairs, tables and in walkways. My two kids played in play area and their socks/feet were so black. Just wonder when and if that carpet was cleaned! I asked catering director and was told she doesn't even let her child play in there, so there is your answer. Food was good that's all I can say. Very disappointed. read more
