Whenever I'm back at my parents' house I visit this Chick Fil A. Fun fact: it's actually the first one I've ever been to! The service is always delightful and the food never takes longer than 10 minutes to come out no matter how busy they are. The drive-thru like all other Chick Fil A's is always destroyed. Line of 20+ cars at least! Anyways I came to this one with my usual order of 12 ct nuggets, cookies and cream milk shake and a medium fries. It would have been convenient to know that if you don't pay with the person taking your order you are not supposed to wait in front of the store for your food. It was obvious that something was wrong when multiple groups of vehicles keep getting served someone would have the decency to check why the car that's been waiting the longest hasn't received anything. I was able to waive down what looked like a supervisor 20 minutes after my order. She walked out and told me they were supposed to stop me at the window because I have Apple Pay but they didn't. Well they didn't because they were too busy talking to each other to notice. She comped my food but I really would have rather paid and got my food in a timely manner rather than wait an extra 20 minutes because of poor management. I visited the Hidden Valley location in Norco tonight and ordered 2 meals. The young man that took my order did not ask what size meals, what I wanted to drink, etc. at that time, he didn't take payment and told me someone would later help me in the line. I got to the front of the line where I had a cashier rudely tell their coworker who is asking me what I ordered because they lost my order that I need to pay with my chip. Meanwhile I had 2 other staff members making me repeat my order then they just walked away. Eventually, I got my order where I choked on a piece of plastic in my Cool Wrap. This is absolutely disappointing. I have never been treated this way in this location before and this is just absolutely disappointing. I have pictures of the plastic that was in my Cool Wrap. Asked for 2 orders here 1 order to go Went to the restroom this is what was on my table The guy at the register asked me 4 times if I want the to go order now or later. Came here for lunch today. Any Chic Fil A is always pretty busy with long lines in the drive through and sometimes inside. But this store seems to be unorganized. We ordered our food and sat down. There was at least 3 or 4 different families that came in after us that ordered their food and were served within 10min. We sat nearly 25 min waiting for our food. We didn't even order that much. Not sure what happened. Trash cans were over flowing and the woman's bathroom was a mess. Maybe it was an off day and you will do better! read more

On 9/1/18 around 2pm The drive thru line was all the way out to the entrance of the shopping center.. couldn't believe ppl were actually waiting in that big of a line, so we opted to go inside.
