To start off, I'm a huge chick fil a fan and I have "signature" status on the app. I live close by and I come here 2-4 times a week. I always place a mobile order and they always have it ready as soon as I arrive. But not this time; my order was placed on the app at 4:40. I showed up around 5:10. I walked out the store at 5:47. It just seems a bit ridiculous to wait 30 min for an order I let them know about in advance. I love this place!! There Spicy Chicken Sandwich with pepper jack cheese is delicious! I never liked chicken nuggets until I tried the nuggets here. The very best nuggets ever! So juicy and flavorful. I have never been to a location without super friendly staff. They are trained very well. Ok the line during COVID19 is 3 times worse that I'm & Out and I almost didn't even get in it! But when that chicken sandwich meal calls your name, you have no choice but to answer! It took me all of 15 minutes or a little less!!! These workers are taking orders left and right! Shout out to them! They are friendly, courteous and extremely polite!!! Once I ordered and paid, the line moved and someone walked out and gave me my food! I mean they were delivering orders left and right! No need to stop at the window because you already had your food! Always the best chicken sandwich around! Wife loves coming here for the chicken biscuit breakfast. I don't think the service is quite as good as it use to be when Casey ran the place but Shawn tries. If you have been to the one at the Crossings then you can expect same level of service (he runs both). I tried the new Frosted Sunrise and that thing is AMAZING!!!! I wish they would keep that on the menu year round. Reminded me of an Orange Julius from Dairy Queen. Super refreshing regardless of the time of day. I don't care for their coffee anymore. They changed brands a year or two back and it just hasn't been as good since. The Chicken noodle soup is my favorite, especially if it's cold or I am not feeling well. I live very locally. So this location is one of my favorite. Every time I've visited this resturant, it's always a pleasant experience. It's super clean, beyond friendly, very efficient. Food is always on point and better yet even though it's not table service but the employees make it seem and make you feel like it's table service. Love coming to this location. The staff is always really nice and they are patient when I come with a bunch of different orders. When the drive thru line is long they have a person come out like at In-N-Out to take orders, and they even have two people come out sometimes to make it go more quickly. They are also not stingy with the amount of sauces that they give you, if you ask for it they will give you as many as you want. The only reason I can't give 5 stars is because there have been a few times that an order was wrong and it's really inconvenient because I don't live close. I'm a first responder who works for AMR Ambulance and I had forgotten my lunch bag at home. 9 hours into the shift I needed food, and I needed it bad. I was 20 minutes late for the dine in but we cannot go through drive thru in an ambulance. Jake saw this and fulfilled my order. This Chik-Fil-A location is pretty good. Food was fresh and hot when I went, despite the drive thru line being insanely long. Not sure if this is due to the coronavirus outbreak and restaurants having to close dine in services or if this is how it is normally. There were 2 lines and both were out to the back of the parking lot. I got chicken nuggets, waffle fries, mac n cheese, and sweet tea. Can never go wrong with Chik-Fil-A! Just wish the service was a bit better and that the drive thru wasn't always crazy. I would be willing to come back to this location to try again. read more

This review is for only their Peppermint Chocolate Chip Milk Shake. This location is right of the 15 freeway, and their drive thru service is quick and always very pleasant. I get so excited this time of the year because they bring back their Peppermint Chocolate chip Milk Shake! By far their's is the best I've ever had in any fast food restaurant. It's hand scooped real ice cream /thick and has Peppermint candy & Chocolate Chip bits in it. I know it's cold as heck outside but I had to have my fix tonight. The past two times I have gone I have placed my order on the app. Both times the people in the drive thru got my order wrong and we were missing items. Today we ordered extra food after redeeming points. Only to not receive any of our sandwiches. The last time this happened I had to wait in my car outside the store for over an hour only to yell for an employee to help me since they were too busy talking. Today when we called the store it sent us to call center and they told us basically we were out of luck. While the food is delicious, they aren't always on their A game. Time and time again I've ordered through the mobile app and have had to wait longer than customers who just walk in. I'd say that defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. Their employees are typically very friendly with the whole "my pleasure" thing but can also be quite passive aggressive. I once placed a mobile order and due to an error on their part, it wasn't correct , yet I still received an attitude as if I was trying to rip them off. I order frequently on the app, or use my app to scan for mobile payment so I collect points that turn into free treats and I also have the Calendar Card so I get a free treat every month. On my last visit the girl working the drive thru wasn't pleasant, got my order wrong, and scanned the wrong treat, so I made the girl at the window aware of it. I was told my treat would be returned to my app but it did not. I honestly don't care for the treat but it's all about the principle. I would highly suggest retraining employees in how to properly handle mobile orders, treats, and errors. Besides that, the elderly lady with the short curly hair is the best employee here. Even at 6am she's friendly and enthusiastic! Maybe she can teach the kids a thing or two ;) read more
