It was about halfway in that I felt a sting in my mouth and a really hard piece to swallow. So I come here almost every Wednesday night and am very happy! Going to give a specific story then overall experience story Special incident: My car broke down yesterday in the drive thru! They were so patient and even helped treat my kids that were waiting with me. Multiple staff came to check on us and see if they could help. Fortunately I was able to get the car out of the way a couple minutes later but I'm sure if I had to push my car... they would've come out! Thank you thank you to the workers last night for your patience and extending extra efforts to not make me feel ashamed! Also for going out of your way to keep my kids comfortable waiting awkwardly while we were in the way lol! I wish I could thank you guys more than just this review! Customer service: 5 stars! I spend well over $100 dollars every time at this location (family of 5). Second time food was missing from the drive-thu after i asked if everything was there, they told me yes. I realized once I got home that food was missing. Once I got home, I called the 1800 number and the lady said she will pass the message to the store. I call every week (5 weeks now) and get the run around. This has been going on for more than a month and nobody has contacted me by phone or email. I called the store left multiple messages for the owner (Shawn York) and he will not respond. Boycott this location and his other location at the Crossings. read more

Another great experience here at Chic-Fil-A. These guys are always on top of their game as they serve the awesome chicken they are known for. They did make one mistake when I had asked for a coke no ice and received one with ice. However, they replaced it in less than 15 seconds with my correct order. Really bad service today went for lunch in a hurry to get back went through drive through and didn't get my drinks so went inside. Was made to wait a additional 15 mins fir service inside. When I told the girl I didn't get my drinks the manager looked over at me. But said nothing. The chicken was so flavorful and juicy that I wish I could eat here everyday without suffering the consequences of gaining a lot of weight. If you've never been to a Chick fil A, you're missing out! You definitely need to try the Original Chicken Sandwich with waffle fries if nothing else. This is the closest Chick-Fil-A to where I work and I absolutely love Chick-Fil-A. The service here is pretty okay, they don't really do much because it is super busy all of the time. I do NOT recommend going through the drive thru because the line is absolutely astronomical. The line is always out the door, too so try to come as fast as you can to get your food. Since the restaurant is pretty small, there's not a lot of places for people to sit so there's always a scramble to get a seat or to save a seat. I don't eat fast food very often, but let me tell you about this Chick-Fil-A. I don't think any fast food restaurants out there provide the service and quality like Chick-Fil-A. I ordered a chicken nugget meal which came with fries and a drink. I love how they weren't stingy with their sauces. My meal was amazing, but what really impressed me was the service. The food was served to my table. There was an employee walking around making sure that every customer had everything they needed, whether it was drink refills or more sauces. Another employee was consistently clean and wiped down the dining area, the restaurant was well-kept clean. They even offered to take away my food tray after I was done.
