This chik-fil-a is the fastest I've ever been to and they rarely mess up my order. Whether I go at 6 am or 9 pm the employees are polite and welcoming. They work very hard to keep the place looking brand new as every time I eat inside the have at least two people taking care of the lobby. Our entire family loves Chic-Fil-A @ Towne Lake. The staff are always friendly and ready to greet us with a huge smile! This particular location makes us feel like we are somewhat like family. There is a gentleman that walks around while we are dining and checks in on us. He's always ready to give us a refill or napkins, ketchup, etc. Many of times he will engage in conversation with the guest and get to know them. I've even overheard him ask one of the high school kids, " How did that test of yours go last week"? This kind of customer service goes a long way in my opinion. Was very excited, along with my two young kids that a CFA was opening up just down the street from us. The many times we have gone; dine in, carry out or drive through have been awesomely fast and very friendly service. I just wish the play area was bigger and had seating within. Some people do not keep an eye out on their own. The grilled chicken nuggets are tasty...was a bit leary to try them due to how they looked. Workers not the friendliest or most attentive at this location. My food sat at the front counter for 5 min. Why take my name if you aren't gonna call me up to come get my order? I ordered chicken minis with strawberry jelly. The good news is I got the chicken minis. The bad news is I got clover honey. I don't eat clover honey. I am now forced to sit in an empty house waiting for a contractor to arrive while eating dry chicken minis. Not a happy customer... I called the manager to let her know how disappointing my breakfast is this morning. I explained that I did not want a free meal or anything in exchange since I'm leaving town today. I simply wanted her to know so that customer service could improve. After speaking with her I was left with the distinct impression that she could really care less. That is, of course, my impression of how she came across and is subject to interpretation. This establishment was by far the rudest and non considerate Chick-Fil-A I have ever been to. I will never go here again. The reason why I choose Chick-Fil-A over it's competitors is because of the "Second to none" unbiased customer service that is provides to each one of it's customers. We usually come Monday mornings and get breakfast here and today was just the day for mess ups. No silverware, no napkins, and brown slimy meat. Also had to park and wait for the food so during that extra time, you don't think you can put two forks and some napkins in the bag? We ordered two burritos, two scramble bowls, and apparently brown slimy chicken nuggets to finish off my meal.
