Last 2 times I went there they got my order completely wrong. this time there was only 1 car in front of me, not busy at all. I ordered a double Whataburger , all the way, cheese, no mustard. Starting with customer service Luke doesn't smile or when you ask him for ketchup he says he doesn't have enough hands. Also the way he talks to people is rude. I think I might be the only person who is not a fan of Whataburger. Yes their burgers are big but, the lettuce is always really bitter tasting, too much mustard and way to many onions. And I love onions but that is just way to many. The fries are always limp and greasy. The sodas sizes are extremely big. Who needs all that soda??? (No one.) Whenever I eat at Whataburger; I always exchange the soda for a shake. I do like their vanilla shakes. They are thick and really good. But I don't always want to get a shake. L do not go to this location ever. I went through the drive-through to get two orders. They told me to drive-through I paid. Upon reaching the 15 minute mark I'm like what in the heck is going on. Caved and got something here in desperation. Had the double meat cheeseburger which will run you around $7.50 (the equivalent double double at in-n-out is about $4.50). Have had whataburger before; each time I would feel disappointment, and this was a similar occurrence. It tasted like it was microwaved (like how when you put something in the microwave that was frozen but it's unevenly heated so some parts are cold while other parts are too hot). None of the ingredients tasted fresh. Had similar experiences before, but given my mood that day and it was late, just wanted something greasy filling so I guess it did it's job. The online app and check in is a nightmare. I can't help but think that by now a company this size would be up to speed with their online orders and check in, but not this location at least. We have never had too many issues with this location other than the inconsistency in service. I fear that custojust when you think it cannot get any worse, you find out you're wrongmer service is so low and disappointing everywhere, that nobody even tried anymore. It would certainly seem to be the case at this location. Employees move at a snail's pace and no longer greet you like I feel they used to do. The air conditioning was minimal - probably 80 to 82 degrees on a typical summer afternoon. Tried to place our order and the "person" was totally unintelligible. Couldn't understand half of what she said and there was no attempt by her to be understood. Finally got the order placed and we looked for a clean, empty table. With the exception of the fries - everything was pre-cooked and they just slapped it together in the back. The burger was tepid and, of course, they dressed it incorrectly. The pattymelt was terrible. Barely warm. The flies that were buzzing around our table liked it though. And it's a good thing they were buzzzing around 'cause if they'd tried walking across the floor they'd have killed themselves on the grease! Bottom line - don't bother with this store. Long before What-A-Burger bought out by a corporation up North, we had always enjoy a good meal at What-A-Burger. But it seem that when they switched over to the corp mentality it got worst. It seem that whenever you order stuff online you can almost always counted on something is missing or the order is not right. Every time that happen I called the What-A-Burger location, and the manager was very nice and apologetic. But that just is not right, why not get the orders correct the first time instead of the manager kept apologizing? Maybe spend more time in better training? maybe tell the employee to double check the orders? Making sure there is ketchup and napkins with the orders, make sure everything that the customer order is complete. I am sure if that happen to you or to them, they will feel pretty upset as well! So why not put yourself in the customers shoe and pay attention to what they order? you would want the customer service to pay attention to your order if that was your orders right? It is not only the food that bring the customers in, customer service will bring customers as well. read more

I was told the hold up was fresh fries but the fries did not seem fresh when I got my order, so that was total bs. Then the slug who was giving people their orders gave me mine but no ketchup, no napkins, no drinks. This has been my go to place since I was a freshman and high school and still is 6 years later. The staff is incredibly friendly and impeccably fast service even at peak hours. As all whata fanatic the best time to come with your friends is in the middle of the night after a great night out. And even then, when I believe they are understaffed, the longest I've had to wait was no more than 5 minutes. Their sanitation also can not be overlooked.
