This place is usually very busy. However, if you order on their app ahead of time, you'll have no problem! They have screens that let you know where you're at in the queue and I appreciate that. You can also order using a QR code at the table and they'll bring it to you. read more

Adding to the confusion, a black and brown German Shepherd was running loose throughout the restaurant. One of the Spanish-speaking staff members even mistakenly accused me of being its owner! Chic-fil-A is always a good decision. There has been a lot of media attention surrounding Chic-fil-A related to racism, prejudices, and homophobic details. It makes me want to spend my hard earned dollars where they are appreciated. Every once in a blue moon - I have dropped in on this location, as there are not many places to grab a bite within walking distance of my job. Downtown has more subways than you can count (on each corner) so something different is a treat. I enjoy the salad at Chic-fil-A so I usually order that sans the bacon. The times that I have visited this location - located in the Renaissance Tower - the line moves pretty quickly but the customer service is not good at all. I have found that even something small like requesting a sauce is met with employees ignoring you or acting bothered by your request. This location - inside the pretty glass pyramids - is open during the pandemic. To-Go is an option and best because the restaurant is an underground and enclosed area that doesn't seem to have the best ventilation. read more

This is the worst Chick-fil-A location ever!! Every time I order from this location, my order is wrong! This past weekend, I went to place an order and I stated that I wanted orange juice. The host did not ring up my orange juice, but gave me a regular drinking cup. I politely reminded her that I asked for an orange juice. She proceeded to charge me for the orange juice and some kind of way we ended up doing a double charge and I ended up paying for the orange juice twice. Today was my first time going there since they moved out of the Renaissance building. It's very nice. It's not as many seats as there previously were. The place is pretty packed with people but, the line was moving pretty quickly due to the system they use to get their customers correct orders and fast and friendly service. They only have one drive through lane open for drive up customers. The other lane is reserved for mobile orders and is always empty creating a backup all the way into the parking lot. Mobile orders could go through both lanes or park and have orders brought out. read more

What can I say about Chick-Fil-A that hasn't already been said? This Chick-Fil-A is located in the Renaissance Tower in Downtown Dallas, inside their downstairs food court. The place is large and clean and has ample seating for you to enjoy your Chicken biscuit and tater tots! I went here for breakfast and was glad to see the line was non-existent at that time. I ordered my food and walked around as I waited, checking out the neighboring but still closed eateries. My food came out fast and hot and the employees there, as always, were very nice and courteous. I like that all the employees I've come across at all the Chick-Fil-A's I've been to are always a peg above other fast food places or places on Maui. Not looking for an ass kissing, but if I'm courteous, I like courtesy back. Makes the meal taste even better! And the chicken biscuit did not disappoint! And the tater tots were hot and crispy! Nice! One of thee worst customer I've experienced, negative stars if it were possible .bought huge catering order , 25 box lunches for hungry cheer leader team visiting from California. Picked up order, asking for sauces. Seriously they were only going to give like 12 packets for 25 ppl. Told them it wasn't enough that I need 3 sauces each ,total of 75 . Each of the front end ppl said they cant etc.based on the order etc only other option was to charge me for large containers. I proceed to say wow in California they aren not stingy with the sauces . Finally asked to speak to Josh C. Operator said the solution to problem give me the 85 sauces after him rehashing explaining I have to charge u etc or only give 2 packets per box lunch. I was extremely excited because it was my first "cheat" meal since I started my diet. The only reason I get the sandwich is because I LOVE pickles. When I order, I always emphasize EXTRA EXTRA pickles because that's how I enjoy my sandwiches. I've never had a problem at any other location, but when I opened my sandwich up from work, I was so disappointed that I wanted to scream.
