I kind of think maybe that they had been sitting in the warming tray area, for a long time, softened up, and lost their crunch. The potatoes slices were excellent with very crispy nice crust, skins were left on, and the inside was nice and moist. They did not have the Diet Coke that I requested, they were out of it, but they have Diet Pepsi. All in all... Our luncheon experience could've been a little better...
