If there was a -5 I would give it to this location. Besides the fact that the staff is rude and completely lost they seem to forget the basics of service by drive thru. Every time that I go they forget to give me something. After waiting for an hour long line (it really felt like an hour) at the drive thru on a "fast food" restaurant they forgot to put the chick filla sauce (can't have fries with out that delicious sauce) and the worst part is that I went back to ask for some sauce and they're so stingy that they almost fought with me to give me just one miserable sauce. One of the few fast food places that serves meat you don't question. And unlike New York, this place actually serves the full menu! I've been deprived of the milkshakes. Went in to order to go since it was lunch time and the drive thru line was super long. We noticed that aside from the normal speaker thing that you order from they also have ppl outside with iPads ready to take your order as you drive by- that was pretty cool. Anyways, straightforward menu, but I highly recommend the cookies and cream milkshake! I tried the frosted lemonade and it was interesting. Having just eaten here again last night, it seems to be a good time for the review. I enjoy the customer service here more so than at any other fast food chain. All Chick-fil-a's seem to embody this quality. The place is clean, organized, and well run. The chicken sandwiches are really good as are the tenders. I know I rant on in my quick tips about preferring Zaksbys, but this is still great chicken that I look forward to having. The spicy is the best in my opinion, and always breaded over grilled. For drinks try the lemonade, it is fresh and tasty. I have not tried the new deserts yet, but they look good in the pictures. read more

Possibly the worst Chick-Fil-A I've been to in the US. The line wraps around the building with the interior still closed, this backs up traffic through that side of the shopping mall. You wait 15+ minutes to get your food, and most of the time the order is wrong or they forgot something. read more

I stop at this location to have my lunch. Came to find out that al drinks are different prices. The cost of lemonade is an extra 12 cents. I didn't though it made a diferente to order a soda and then have a refill of lemonade. Well I was wrong, if you don't pay for lemonade up front you can't drink it. You have to buy a hole new drink. So they made do go thru the drive thru and then go around again and park and pick up the food... they say I had to do. They could not bring it to me. What an amazing service we had here the other night. I came with a baby and a 4 year old, so obviously I had my hands full. This review had nothing to do with covid. This problem was just as bad before. Drive through traffic is a disaster. It backs up onto the road, it backs up onto the intersection. You literally need to wait in line on the street in order to enter a parking lot which is half empty for curbside pickup They did make some traffic flow improvements, but I think the real issue is this store is just really poorly placed. The adjacent Costco makes this intersection absolutely miserable on a Saturday. More accurately Chick-fil-A makes getting to Costco miserable. People drive on the wrong side of the street regularly because the traffic is so messed up. The bottom line is do you really want to wait 25 to 30 minutes to wait through a drive-thru? No. I love Chick-fil-A, but I think it's best to just avoid this location entirely during peak times. Chick-fil-A probably needs to allow another franchise location nearby to offload the ridiculous demand for this store. For those that think coated is making this problem worse, my response is not really. It honestly was just as bad before. read more

Arrived at 10:15am with the expectation to order and eat breakfast. However after waiting almost 25 minutes in line, and despite being in the building, the manager refused to honor all breakfast requests after 10:30am. Despite them being more than slow in service and even after recognizing that myself as well as about 90% of the customers waiting in line wanting to order breakfast. The manager would not come out to address the obviously upset patrons who spent nearly half an hour waiting in line only to be greeted with a stern NO. I was under the impression Chic Fil A prided themselves upon their customer service. Perhaps this one never got the memo. read more

Every time I've been to this particular location, the food has been great along with the service. However, the wait today simply did not make any sense! This is the first time I have been to this chick-fil-a and I'm not sure I will be back. Normally it is the staff you have issues with but today the staff Sam was their only saving grace. The owners wife was incredibly rude as I was standing trying to order with my children. apparently we were taking too long for her and she tried to shuffle us off to the side and said you need to step aside while I take care of these other customers first. i deleted my original post hoping their was room for redemption, looking like there's not. this last run around i had my straws bent and broken shoved into the bag so they could fit it to put a sticker that says sealed with care, ironic. then i come to find out they didn't get the order right either. was given 2 sandwiches and 1 fry when i ordered 2 fries and 1 sandwich. honestly this wouldn't be a big deal and i wouldn't have cared at all if this was the only poor experience here. my original review had worse information that i'll gladly post again. i asked a homeless man to meet me at this chick fil a so i can give him a meal and management started yelling at him and threatening him to leave despite him repeatedly yelling "im just hungry." i tried to tell the boy taking my order, he ignored me. i don't condone panhandling to be clear, but no one allowed him or myself to explain why he was there. he literally stepped foot onto the property and was IMMEDIATELY yelled at and threatened. thank God i was able to find him again after driving for 10 minutes around to give him his meal. then the next time i came in, an employee passed out outside, i literally watched the men have to physically carry her inside, manager finds out and says "i just put her out there she should've said something" and something to the effect of "so are we gonna have to like send her home then?" not once did she ask if she was okay or if paramedics needed to be called. management really left a sour taste in my mouth considering all the ads im seeing about how the staff go above and beyond. i'm in here often because i door dash and i live near here so i order often too. it just keeps getting worse and worse and im disappointed. going to have to order from another location all together from now on out of fear that this current experience could've possibly happened because someone was upset by my original review. i'm sorry that i deleted it now. read more
