One girl looked at me like i had 2 faces because i wanted to confirm my order then when i asked for extra ketchup ("please"), threw 2 handfuls in my bag like a man throwing a touchdown. I do not understand the franchisee's ignoring customer concerns. I've always liked the food and the people, but management seems to be rationing condiments and tacking on extra charges - the additional money can't possibly be worth the lost goodwill. I had an issue about asking for honey for my nugget meal. 12 days ago a worker actually lied to me about the amount in the bag: I had to dump the bag out to prove her wrong. Today the same shortfall happened - AND I was charged an extra 24 cents for a half tea half lemonade. This is a busy location - why be so desperate to need another quarter? 3 calls to the voicemail at the location . Whoever created the Chic-fil-a drive thru process for when they're busy should be in charge of the government

I honestly couldn't care less about Chik Fila. My sister is in love with the place so when we vacationed to see my beloved father she wanted to find one. I had it, nothing to write home about. Anyways, we had a couple of excursions to visit my father before he passed so she had me drive her a couple more times to Chik Fila. I say this because it's been maybe 10 months since I have been. I have been having stomach issues and when I thought chik fila my stomach seemed to be okay with it. I had my best friend go pick it up and take the fresh new 100 dollar bill my neighbor just gave me since I am dog sitting for her family. I am not a big bill person for sure so I was happy to give it to my best friend for the food. Only problem is, without any visible sign to my friends knowledge nor at the window did they have advertised that 100 dollar bill were unacceptable so they denied him the ability to pay for the food. Now I completely understand if it was an old 100 bill since many were remade counterfeit but it was a crisp brand new one with the black encrypted line, the double or is it triple printed Benjamin Franklin face on it. Plastic cards have nothing on actual real life currency or so I thought. He waited 15 minutes for what people believe is unbelieveable food but Wendy's chicken sandwiches taste the same to me. I am not exactly a trend setter person, more the beat to her own drum gal so when people shoot and holler about something I assume it's the fad calling not an actual praise to a job-well done. Anyways, my best friend is tempted to spend a couple days a week waiting in line, having them cook food and then be denied so they can waste the food continuously since they do not care for actual money. Pretty petty yes but a funny sentiment to the backwards thinking of the store. I looked online to see if this was a customary thing but I have read many cashiers talking about 100 dollar bills being given and nothing seems to be said on their website. I am going to assume that like their inability to keep their opinions to themselves that they wish to have opinions sung to them as well. I personally think your backwards thinking and lack to be open-minded in society is a testament in itself. I dont plan on venturing again to this establishment, not because of their backwards thinking but because it proves that real money, in actual form, is beginning to be more and more useless whereas someone with anybody's elses card can come up without checking ID to buy their food. I like this spot because I'm able to sit inside and enjoy my Chick-fil-A sandwich with waffle fry meal. The employees are very friendly and always make you feel good when you walk inside. The playground is good for the little ones to play and put that energy. Another sweet perk is downloading the app. It allows you to order ahead and earn free food. Quite honestly some of the best chicken I've tasted. Whatever that secret seasoning is, I hope they never change it. My family loves to come here and we are never disappointed with the service. I can say for sure that our order has never been wrong and they've always been professional and quick with service. My kids love to dine in because of the playground inside. It's a good break for the adults too I guess. Price is the only thing that gets me with them, I can't come here as often as I would like because I probably couldn't afford it. Today (Thursday afternoon 05/26/2016) was my 2nd or 3rd time at the Drive-thru of this Chil Fil-A. It is in Davie near to Costco. It sits nextdoor to an establishment called Twin Peaks. Getting into this strip shopping center area is never easy and today- being that it is the Thursday b4 Memorial Day 2016- it was a zoo just trying to get in here. Not once but TWICE I turned into what I thought was the Chik Fil-A parking lot only to find that I had actually turned into the parking lot of Twin Peaks and had to circle around. This idea of mine ended up being a waste of gas and of time. Live orders were being taken- by a person standing under an Umbrella in the parking lot for the drive-thru business that wrapped around the building to help speed things up. The order was accurate and no complaints with the Drink- all I ordered- but it still took a long time. It was not ideal because of the difficult traffic pattern navigating this strip mall area plus the actual wait was long. I also noticed a Sign on the glass door which read "No Trespassers" that I thought was odd and unhospitable. On a bright note, my cashier told me it was "[her] pleasure." That is always so nice to hear from Chick Fil-A staff. 3 stars. read more

Line wraps around the corner during peak times, but that's normal. I love how they give my puppy a dog cookie when he's in the car with me at the drive in. The staff is clearly given extra training on politeness and service which is appreciated. I rarely eat fast food but when I do I go here since it's always a pleasant experience. read more

I went through this morning and found the young lady mentioned in Angie g's review to be professional, polite and efficient. As good as it gets for fast food. The service is ALWAYS 110% and the employees have a smile and eager to help. During the lunch rush (which is between 11:45-1:00pm) they have multiple managers on duty and making sure everyone is being helped as soon as possible. read more

Came here for a quick breakfast, try to avoid this area when it is the peak breakfast hours. Well, that would hold tru to most fast food breakfast chains. I usually try to avoid chain restaurants, since I like to explore more tastes in other mom and pop places. I came to this store today and I was fully disgusted with the restaurant experience. For example, the boys bathroom was dirty there was water and toilet paper everywhere. I was waiting for my refresh for several minutes, people would look at me and walk straight past me like I wasn't there. Service and store was the worst experience. I wouldn't recommend anybody to go to this store to eat. Also I heard from others that the store has bugs. It's not hard to notice what a great organization Chick Fil A is we all know that but the location at University drive and St Rd 84 goes far and above all their expectations. Doing a lot of traveling around the Southeast this particular location is hands down the friendliest place I have been. Accolades go to Ms Charlotte (Janet) who welcomes everyone with a smile and greets you by your first name and I have only been there a few times. Amazing. Then there is Chris who never fails to come by your table and ask how you are doing and actually means it. The manager Ralph seems to have the respect of all the employees and never fails to say hello to all the customers. 2nd time got poor customer service here but first time I wrote about it. Very busy breakfast in drive thru, like alot of fast foods. Got to window food handed to me but no coffee. They all walked out of window area, finally after few minutes one associate came back and I said didn't get my coffee. Her comment-it will be 5 minutes or so. No coffee? since there were many behind me in line, I did the nice thing and just left without my coffee. I called later and the manager said sorry but that happens when we get really busy, coffee maker cannot keep up. I told him I have gone to McDonald's hundreds of times when busy and they are never out of coffee. Not a restaurant expert but maybe they should get larger coffee maker? I usually go to the Ft. Lauderdale location because this one is always so crowded. On vacation and it's a weekday so I figured it wouldn't be so bad today. Line wasn't long but they took longer than expected to get through it. I wouldn't care since I am not in a rush but whatever girl is at the window today (1/2/20 at 930 am) is rude and should be working at McDonalds instead of CFA. One: at least greet the customer politely when they drive up Two: Don't hand them their drink covered in spilled soda, at least wipe it off first. I am always pretty conscious of being polite to servers and other staff members and I could understand the attitude if I was being rude but I am pretty sure I wasn't and she was rude from the moment I drove up. Yes it's a hard job but part of the allure of CFA is the super polite staff and she is far from it. Reading other reviews, it seems like others feel the staff at this particular location isn't up to par so at least I know it's not my imagination! I don't think chick fill a is that good. I wouldn't go here unless forced because overall it's just greasy overly breaded fried chicken that doesn't taste good. Its fast food that costs 7 dollars for a meal. Thats too much for what you're getting. The milkshakes are very standard nothing special what so ever. There is the waffle fries which is most likely the best part of the meal but it's really just a standard french fry in waffle form. Overall it's just expensive greasy fast food. No thanks. One tip if you do go is to get the cookies they are usually warm. Also the service for fast food is great everyone is super nice. However, service is not a big thing for me unless it's just dreadful. The line around the store indicates some level of quality going on. Don't be intimidated by the drive thru-line. It moves very quickly.
