Great classic chic fil a but the wait is long. It's just a busy popular place. Always get the fried nuggets and they didn't disappoint.

We went recently visited and the service was subpar for Chick-fil-a. The drive thru was backed-up to the street. We timed each car and it took approximately two minutes for each vehicle to get away from the speaker. When we arrived at the speaker, we realized why it was taking so long. It took awhile for our order to be taken and we could barely hear the young lady taking the order. She apparently was multi-tasking, as she had to ask us to repeat our order and still had it wrong when she repeated it back to us. When we arrived at the window, the window attendant took our money and walked away. A gentlemen, who we assume was an asst. manager due to his shirt, brought our sack of food to us and thanked us. We had to tell him that the ice cream cone that was melting just inside the window was ours. He proceeded to pick it up but checked the monitor to see if it really belonged to us. No apology...just handed it to us and walked away. The ice cream tasted like cheap ice milk and not the creamy, rich taste we love about their ice cream. I walked into Chick Fil A at 10:28am, stood in line for at least 15min because on this day, they were severely under staffed and took around 5min to help each customer. I tried to order two grilled egg white sandwhiches for my wife and I... and before I could even finish saying "grilled egg white sandwhiches" the lady cashier cut me off and aggressively said "Sir, breakfast is over!" I calmly asked what time it was and she said 10:44. I tried to explain that I had been standing in line for at least 15min. She did not want to here it. So I walked out. Not too stoked about this. I actually do video production for Chick Fil A corporate videos a few times a year and have never had an uncounted like this. And I hardly ever complain. read more

I'm not sure when did the great changed to putting your hand in the air with two fingers and not greeting the customer but signaling with the two fingers to come here. Okay I brushed it off,maybe he wasn't trained properly. I place my order and he only pulls out two cups, I politely asked him if he had all three orders. Justin just nods, I hand him the money. The whole time his whole demeanor and body language was as if he was being bothered. I brushed it off, after Justin was done filling my drinks with no sense of urgency and having personal conversation in between. Justin handed me three drinks, I only have two hands, so I asked Justin if he could give me a cup holder, Justin rolled his eyes and went to go get the cup holder. At that point I was done, I asked Justin to refund the money back. I gave this employees plenty of opportunities. I was offered a free drink from the manager who seemed to be nonchalant about the whole ordeal, I declined, I'm not looking for anything free. Makes it hard to "just pull around and park" after going thru the drive thru when the place is packed around the corner of the parking lot. Ordered a coffee, they didn't tell me they were having to brew the coffee, then we picked up the food at the drive thru window and were told to "just pull around and they'd bring it out to us". There was literally no room to do this, so we just left without the coffee. Next time, just say it's not brewed and I'll pass on ordering it. read more

So, the food is wonderful and the staff seems wonderful. UNTIL you actually work there! Worked 8 or 10 hour shifts with no bathroom break, no lunch break, not even a break to get a drink. I would come home sick everyday because I was miserable. The management is just horrible. I'm staying as anonymous I can. I don't want anything coming back on me. But, one day I felt like I was going to pass out and I needed a break. I had to sit down. I was so thirsty and my mouth was dry. I was sick with a cough. I mean, do they really want me coughing in a restaurant environment? But, they would not let me take a break. They forced me to stand at the counter and take people's orders while I was coughing and coughing. I could barely talk to the customers! They allowed that. If I were the customer I would NEVER want one of the employees to be coughing around my drinks and food. Even if I was coughing into my sleeve. Michael Lee is the owner of this Chick Fil A. But, the Managers and Assistant Managers were the worst. I got along well with my co workers. I was always friendly. But, even the co workers made comments about how the place works. It's sad because they worked there because they needed the money to support themselves. I had to leave. I couldn't do it, I had to just find another job. I have heard not all Chick Fil A's are this way. But, I want EVERYONE TO KNOW that this place over works their employees to the point where they feel sick and drained. Hmmm, I thought sure I posted my review for this place during my previous visit. Welp, I don't see it so here goes. Not much has changed since the last visit, as Chic Fil A's go this location isn't the top in friendly, speed or quality. Each visit parking is horrid. Wait time for food is even worse unless you just order #1 which comes out so fast and cold, my kids waffle fries cold. The 1st visit I only had spicy chicken on lettuce with bacon and it was cold and presentation was sloppy compared to when I order this at other locations so this visit I chose not to order anything. My kids only had #1's and it was nothing to rave about, buns too much butter that they were flat and greasy and sandwich was smashed looking. It Extremely busy and not well organized like they never appear ready for the rush. But it's chic fil a and I'd be untruthful if I said I wasn't returning because I'm sure I will read more

I love Chick-fil-a I'm in the store atleast once a week i love the classic chicken nuggets and their sauce. I'm an observer while I'm eating...i would say that they choose who they will ask how's the customers doing or do u need anything...it's not necessary but if u implementing that rule or gestures , u don't singled out. If the owner is there they will thank u for coming in but most of the time they will ignored the customers. There is one short, old caucasian lady there that she is constants on what she do. Staff need more training to do and probably even the mgrs. Remember discipline of the employees always comes from the superior. That's why i gave 3 stars only for now. I have watched the female manager yell at the employees for not taking people's orders because they were doing something else when she wasn't doing anything and could have taken the order. Today I asked about 3 times for a drink carrier and was ignored by once again a manager. The employees are always nice but it's the management that has problems. I have never had a worse experience at any chick Fil in my life than I did at this chick Fil a. I arrived before closing with a mobile order and was instructed to leave and park around because someone was in the drive through lane. I asked if they could please make sure I get all my sauces. I pull around and my food is literally dropped in the window and the person walked away. So I check my order and I'm missing my nuggets. I got out and told the "manager Chelsea" she turned around and looked then looked away while pointing for someone to get them. (Nothing was said) what a rude gesture coming from management. Well I drove off and then notice there's no sauce, so I go back. It's now 10:03 I knock on the door and they open it and walk away. So I walk in and say can I please have my sauces. I'm being looked at like I'm speaking a foreign language before some of the workers burst into laughter. Then I ask for a manager. Chelsea responds that she is the manager, and I ask for the number of someone above her. She was very rude and condescending. I am completely baffled. For an establishment to thrive on customer service, the very person in charge had poor customer service as she slouched over the counter. I work at TJMAXX right next to chick-fil-a. Some days I don't eat dinner when I get home because I have school work and need to shower and have chores to do like every other teenager so I eat on my break at work. I only have a 15 minute break so I mobile online order and pay. I got there and it took 11 minutes for them to get me my order out and it was because I had to ask when they would get around to it. One girl was sipping on her drink, one was counting her money, I saw one on her phone, everyone else was walking around taking their sweet time on everyone's order not just mine. If I didn't mobile order and pay I would have left because I was so mad with how slow they were with everyone's order. Every other time I've ordered they've had it right out and I had time to eat it before I had to clock back in. Today I had to run to get back to work in time and I didn't even get to eat my food like I wanted to or normally do. I was very disappointed in my service today. If it wasn't the closest cheapest thing to my work they would've lost my businesses but I'll be at wing stop, which wich, or smoothie king from now on because they get my order out to me and they don't go slow or slack. read more

Used be a great! Now, you are searching for help. They do not take care in your experience like other locations anymore. Last week they put four people's breakfast orders in one paper bag. So that broke on the way up the stairs.... This evening I had to take my son to urgent care and I went to the drive through. They asked me to drive around to the front. I asked them if it would take long, they said no. A really nice girl then came out to tell me they are out of wraps and asked if they can use tortillas. I said no, I'd prefer sandwiches instead. It took twenty minutes to get my partial refund (for the difference) and my food. Then I drove off only to find out everything except the sandwiches were ice cold. Just walked into this store and someone had just thrown up right in front of the registers. Staff were throwing paper towels on top of the vomit laughing. They were spraying around it but no one was actually cleaning it up. I went to the drive-through it took 15 minutes for me to even place my order. I got to the window everybody at the window was nice. But it seems like every time I get to the window I'm always rushed. I understand they have to have a sense of urgency. But I don't like the vibe that they give me whenever I get to the window. Another thing is today I had got me a regular Chick-fil-A sandwich well the crust was like literally falling off while I was eating the sandwich. Not only that but it seem like it was sitting under the heat lamp or left out and then reheat it up again. I don't have time to go back over there i'm already home. This location has never been awesome. The staff always seems like they would rather be doing anything else, they're stingy with the sauces and always forget napkins. Today, I had to ask them 3 times for our drinks. Annoying, but no big deal. I got home and my salad had maybe 3 ounces of pulverized shredded chicken. That was a big deal. It looked like they used the scraps left on the table after the new guy sliced the chicken for the day. It is supposed to be slices of spicy grilled chicken. This was chicken shrapnel. Nothing in the salad was a recognizable piece of chicken. And the salad was laughable. EVERY other CFA I've been to bursts with salad when you take the lid off. This one was smothered when I added the pre packaged fixings and would've been inedibly soggy if I had used the whole package of dressing. If I had sold this particular franchise, I'd buy the rights back so this place would stop wrecking my product. Today was the last straw. I will drive to Webster for my CFA fix. I called, because if I were managing a place that was sucking this badly, I would want to know. The manager took my information and promised to send me "free coupons redeemable at any CFA"... a week later, still no coupons. Snail mail doesn't take that long. I take lunch to daughters every Tuesday at school. They love Chick-fil-A and this location is the only one on the way to school. The food is great and the employees are very friendly. However, they screw up my order about 50% of the time. They forget the drinks one time, the fries the next time. They forget the nuggets or the fruit cups another time. It is ridiculous how often they screw up and forget to give me something I have ordered. Check your order before you leave if you get your food to go!!! read more

Food was good. I had my two sons (10 and 7) and my sons friend (10). I understand that the manager was in a hard position, but a parent told the manager that my three boys had pushed her kid (2) down and the manager asked my kids to leave the play area. She wasn't rude but as soon as she told my boys they came out very upset, but they said yes ma'am to her and were polite. I had to stop the manager and tell her that my boys are the type that help the little ones and would never push another child. They have been bullied and they know how it feels. I the. Asked if there was a posted age/size limit for the play area and she stated that there was not. My boys were upset and so we left. The manager stated that she was sorry and I was thankful for that, but parents need to watch their children better in the play area and not visit as much with the other parents. Well there's good news for you then because this chic fil a is the place for you! I am overall DISGUSTED with the service. From the nonchalant attitude of the drive thru cashier to being brushed off by what appeared to be the owner/operator. I asked for fries 6 times!!! I was running late and came out of my way specifically for a #7 before they stopped serving breakfast and oh yeah, I wanted Fries! Well I get my food and pull off when I discover that the nincompoops have given me hashbrowns. They DID NOT LISTEN. Two managers were there when I walked in to change them out and he gave me a small fry when it was supposed to be a medium! Did he ask me the size? No. Did he apologize? No. Did he offer me a coupon to invite me back (which most locations do)? No. He was too busy chatting on the phone to handle a customer concern. Thanks for nothing. Let me start off by saying we've always had a great experience here . Today not so much . I understand that this is a place of business and they cater to everyone . The play place with the slides to my knowledge are open to all ages of children ( I've never seen a sign that had an age limit ) my boys are 8 and 7 . Today there were 2-3 children maybe within the ages of 12 months to 18 months playing in the facility . While my mother and I were ordering lunch a male employee was speaking to them and two other children that were 6-8 years in age . My oldest comes back from playing and tells me that the older kids have been kicked out of the play place . I completely understand the safety for the smaller children but what I don't understand is why you would have children that were incapable of pulling themselves up to play in the facility . My children weren't messing with them , they were cautious of the smaller kids . Except these 4 older children had to stop playing . I'm very disappointed with my recent visit to this location. I noticed there a lot of new workers here which is fine as you do your job right. So, I'm in line to order with my daughter and I when an older lady asks to help the next person in line, I come to her register. Right when I come to her, another customer asks her for his drink. She gets his drink and walks away. I'm like, "where the hell did she go?!" I look at another cashier and she said she went to the restroom. Ok, that's fine but could you at least tell me or send me to another register?? I'm trying to keep my patience as other people are getting their orders in at the other registers in front of me. She FINALLY comes out of the bathroom like 3 mins later and passes rt by the register she left me at and starts talking and laughing with what looks like the manager. She walks by me another minute later and I ask her,"are you gonna take my order?" She looks confused, so I said, " you asked to take my order, then you went to the restroom?" She said, "NOT ME!" I said, " um yeah, weren't u just at this register?!" She doesn't say shit, just takes my order. I was fuming. I just found out this is a franchise location which pretty much means they can hire whoever they want and can do whatever they want with no apologies. this is literally the worst CFA i've been to. i get there struggling holding my 10 month old on my hip and the girl taking my order wasn't even paying attention to anything i said. after i get my food i went to the front to get a TOGO bag and michael the manager of the location was really busy on the register. there was a girl walking around and kept looking at me but before i could speak she would walk away to go gossip with a different manager. then thinking the manager was coming up to me she went to the phone. and everyone was ignoring me. finally i raised my voice a little and was like "um excuse me?" to the girl and asked for a bag. michael the manager apologized and it honestly was not his fault. he was extremely busy helping on the registers and helping customers. but i will not be returning. i will also be telling everyone on facebook about this too. everyone decided to gossip instead of helping me. which is cool that's fine. but this location will not be getting my money ever again. read more
