When I ordered a "pink lemonade" (instead of the exact menu name), she seemed confused and responded in a way that felt dismissive. I also tried to be kind and asked how her day was, but the response was, "fine, what do you want to order?" which felt abrupt. The usual hospitality touches like the "my pleasure" at the window were missing. I will never go back to this location. They will let you order and wait in a long line with incompetent workers.. most with faces looking like they don't even want to be there. Once you get to the point where it's time to pay, make sure you don't have a $100 bill to pay with. They won't accept it. They won't warn you before you order and sit in their line. The manager was rude. Showed no empathy. Showed no "chick fil a style" customer service. He'll just shrug his shoulders & point to a faded sign to the right of the drive thru window that's small print with such light blue verbiage you can't even read it. Put in a mobile order for curbside, waited several minutes as the only curbside order after check in at the time. Line in drive thru wasn't terrible for it being the morning. Ended up having to go inside, my order was just sitting there on the rack and the guy at front counter goes "Oh, my bad" Made me late to work and my sauces weren't in the bag. I accidentally got in the drive-thru lane and almost had a panic attack because I thought I would be stuck there forever and not be able to leave like some fast food restaurants do to you. Again this is the is the worst Chic fil a! We were excited to for spicy grilled chicken deluxe and specifically asked for no tomatoes due to an allergy! But they still put tomatoes. A majority of the workers have these "whatever attitude" , it's honestly annoying to have a worker stand at your car with no menu , or be 1-2 cars behind the vehicle actually sitting in front of the menu , like no Sarah I don't know what I want, I wanna see the menu even tho I've been there millions of times , I like having choices. Chick-fil-a is always pretty consistent when it comes to quality of food and quick service. This location is always quick and delicious, even when the line is backed up in the drive thru. I recommend downloading the app and getting points for your purchases so you can get free food. My only problem here is the cleanliness of the bathroom. I also got an ice cream cone and was given a skimpy, half melted, pitiful portion. I let it slide because all the other food was so good. Overall a good experience. read more

Night shift employees close the lobby an hour half early, which violates the rules. Whenever I tried to enter the restaurant an hour before close, they told me I cannot enter. I made it clear. Every time I come to Chick-fil-A the employees always take the extra step to be kind and courteous to all the customers. We are always greeted when we walk in the restaurant. If they are not busy then they will bring your food to your table and offer to refill your beverages throughout the meal. In my opinion the chicken sandwiches served at Chick-fil-A are some of the best that you can get at a fast food restaurant. The chicken is always juicy and cooked just right, never dry. The waffle fries are good most of the time. There have been some times where they are not as crispy as one would like, but as I seem to finish my wife and kid's fries I do not think I mind too much. The play area for the kids has a strange smell, but the kids do not seem to mind. Usually when it is just my son and myself I let him play in there until I am ready to leave. Sometimes the Chick-fil-A cow will wander the restaurant and try to interact with the kids. Although hugs and waves will wear out the cow's presence pretty fast since the cow does not talk to the kids. After the kids wave and hug the cow they seem to have a "what now?" face. I simply just shrug my shoulders and keep eating my chicken sandwich. The cow eventually takes a hint and moves on to the next table of eagerly awaiting kids. I won't be going back, they get my order wrong every time and it usually starts with the person that takes the order. I have literally had to go back and forth with an employee about an item I know they serve because I get it all the time. He kept telling me that the item was no longer available. Also, another issue with this location is that they put under-trained people by themselves on the drive through and in the kitchen...especially in the drive through and it takes forever for them to complete the order.
