I hate this Chick-fil-A. Every time I come here it's always slow as hell. And when you finally get to place your order, the people at the counter are rude. Like I'm doing them a great disservice by patronizing this location when there's another Chick-fil-A right down the damn street. The only reason I went to this one today is because it's closer to the route I need to take this morning. Otherwise I would have gladly gone to the other one. The food is as good as any other Chick-fil-A, but the service is just so slow and rude. I thought it was supposed to be fast food. It makes no sense to sit in a Drive-Thru line for 20 minutes at 9:15 in the morning. My delivery driver had an attitude when I received my order and wouldn't even bring it to the door. I had to walk outside in the cold to get my food from him. All the while he never actually greets me. He starts off by saying that he didn't know which building to come to. I told him that I put in the comments exactly which building to deliver to and he proceeds to snidely tell me that he didn't see that. I told him it was there, thanked him for my order and parted ways. I receive a text asking me to rate my order. My unpopular opinion is that I didn't care for Chik-Fil-A at all. It may have been 2006 or so and people kept raving about how great Chik-Fil-A was so I drove over on my lunch break, waited in a long line and bought underwhelming chicken. Fast forward, twelve years and I get mailed three coupons for free items at Chik-Fil-A. I sure did drive to District Heights for a free chicken sandwich and I expected the worst. Everytime I pass this place, the line is long or longer so I parked and went in. There was someone in front of me with their coupon so I saw their transaction go over without a hitch and expected the same for me. Mine however, went even faster. In no time my bag was in my hands and I was seated surfing the Wifi and eating my food. The sandwich was much better than I thought it would be. I must say that I enjoyed it. The thing that was keeping me away was not their retrograde politics but their impressive product. With that notion, seemingly dispelled, will I return? I do want to try the Spicy Honey Biscuits but outside of that, I rarely find myself in a fast food mood. I don't like relinquishing my expectations for a low price. Granted, my exchange went flawless. They restaurant was clean and the Wifi was not held hostage but the present me likes Curry Puffs and Tofu more than I do fried chicken biscuits. read more

Food is great, customer service was disappointing. I understand it being crowded- I mean it's Chick-fil-A, however, I don't like to be rushed, I don't like not being looked at when I speaking or spoken to. It was just disappointing. LOVE Chick-fil-A! The food is always fresh and tasty. I don't live too close to a Chick-fil-A so when I'm near one, I make sure to make the most of it. The oatmeal is delicious! The spicy chicken sandwich and the chicken salad sandwich are my favorites. Don't go there and eat ketchup or honey mustard. Try their polynesian and chick-fil-a sauces. Usually a pretty good experience going to this establishment. Not today! Purchased two sandwiches chicken was over cooked definitely cooked earlier that day. Bun was stale an fries were cold an fried earlier that day. I took the grilled chicken sandwich back only to be confronted with a condescending floor manager. Everytime I come to this location I receive great customer service. Now that I have a child that is not walking yet Itry to go through the drive threw or curbside ordering. There was one incident where I ordered curbside and waited longer than normal for my food but they gave me a coupon for a free item for the inconvenience. Had the pleasure of going to this chick fil a and I must say I was adequately surprised. Being someone who has patron at other establishments in the area the bar was not set very high in terms of food and quality as well. This chick fil a is different from no other, always busy and the drive through line is always on and popping. That's why I normally go inside because they have a litany of servers waiting to take your order. You could almost argue that they are overstaffed. I will never and I mean never complain about an establishment in the service industry being overstaffed. They got me my food in about 10 mins which is on the longer side when talking about the fast food industry. But for Chick-Fil-A I think I'll have a little more patience (you hear that mom). read more

I haven't been to this location in years because it is usually so congested and they previously didn't offer curbside mobile ordering. Recently I came here for breakfast. Although it was very congested, to my surprise I was able to do a curbside order. The service was actually friendly, quick, my food was hot, and I had the BEST half and half ever! None of the other Chick-fil-a's in the area make their tea or lemonade as delicious and diabetical as this location LOL. Awful chick fil a. Usually CFA's can be counted on to be pretty good across the board, not this one. For the past four times I've been here they have completely gotten my order wrong. The first time, I ordered a meal and they forgot fries along with not taking off tomato as requested. The second time, they gave me a small vanilla milkshake when I asked for a large chocolate. The next time I ordered a milkshake, the whipped cream had gone rancid. And today, I ordered two meals for myself and my husband, and they gave my husband the completely wrong sandwich, along with not mixing the strawberry milkshake all the way. 6-1 I sat in the drive through and ordered the lemon kale salad. I drove back to my job to eat my lunch. I put the dressing on and moved the lettuce around to see just a salad and no kale. I returned to the drive through to ask for the proper salad and I can hear the young lady at the window tell Mr. Frank (I believe is his name) that I had eaten some of the salad! Then I was asked "what was wrong with it"? AFTER I explained to both gentleman outside the window & they explained to the cashier... I explained again that there wasn't any kale on the salad... a young lady brings the same salad back out with a side of kale telling me that they don't put much kale in the LEMON KALE SALAD but she gave me a side of it! I'm confused... needless to say I would have asked for the manger but I'm on my lunch break... please retrain your employees on customer service. The delivery service is horrible. I literally prefer ordering through a third party because I know my food will be delivered to my door and correctly. Drivers never want to deliver to door despite that being an option. That option helps when you have two kids under three.
