Well, never thought I would be saying this but here is my first fast food franchise review. I was driving down turnpike and saw the sign for next exit. I had recently seen a commercial, so maybe the universe was hinting to me to try it. . First of all the place and drive thru were bustling. Good sign, I asume. The good news was they are running the place like a smooth oiled machine. There were 3 to 5 employees with headphones outside and directing traffic and taking orders. The process was fairly simple and I must admit it was smooth sailing. I decided on the spicy deluxe chicken sandwich meal. The sandwich was a sure hit. The bun was so soft, the breaded chicken breast was juicy with the right amount of heat. It came accompanied with waffle fries and a soda. I would have preferred the waffle fries just a tad bit more crunchy, but nevertheless they were good. I was asked if I wanted a sauce and went with the chick fila specialty sauce. Oh my, it was flavorful, I believe it is comprised of maybe some honey mustard and ranch with something else. It was heavenly dipping with the fries. So, as a first time patron, they definitely have my vote. read more

This has got to be my favorite fast food place, and I mean real fast food not like a Chipotle or Five Guys... I don't go as often anymore because I work farther away but the service is impeccable. And they are always trying to provide better service to their customers. In fact the now have people out side with iPads to speed up drive through orders! I love Chick-Fil-a and I always order from the one in Flagler but we decided to go to this location. What upset me is the way they are handling the drive through. I had done the correct thing and gone to the back of the line, but unfortunately the man handling the line was allowing other cars to skip the line. One of the cars even complained and told the man that it was not fair. I waited in line for about 40 minutes due to this. I went to the Flagler location and they are much more organized and handle the line 100 times better. After waiting so long, having multiple cars skip me, and seeing other cars arguing with eachother because they did not want to be skipped, I was not happy. read more

I am updating my 5 star review and dropping it to 4 for one reason. They changed the Breakfast Burrito recipe from being numero uno to being good, but not so tasty as it once was. This is like Coke's SNAFU years ago when they changed the formula. They took out peppers, onions, some egg it seems and added tater tot like items. It leaves it much drier and less tasty. McDonalds burrito is now back on my list. Reminds me of getting a burrito filled with rice. Eeeuch! Beans or chicken or meat. Keep the rice and taters out of these things. Keep them as sides. Apparently some corporate Accountant/Marketing guy/gal did this. I was sad enough when they took out the option of having the crispy spicy chicken in their breakfast burrito. Our worst experience at a Chic-fil-A. Let me start with all the employees were super friendly, thanks for your business etc. almost over the top really but that wasn't our issue. We went through the drive-thru placed our order. Super simple, #1 and a #2 with fries and drinks. Specifically asked for Chic-fil-A sauce. Order taker then asked if we wanted any sauces, I repeated the Chic-fil-A sauce. They said ok, got it We pull around, pay and grab our bag of food. Get 15 feet and no sauce and no napkins in the bag. I park, go inside and get napkins and wait in line for the sauce. Get back in the car and head out. The waffles fries were super cold and the sandwiches weren't much better. Frustrating. Didn't have time to go back, we needed to keep going to our destination. It happens I guess but doesn't change our experience and $15.00 worth of cold worthless food. read more

In the many years we have been eating here, the staff has been nothing but attentive and kind. This store is one of a kind, from the owners all the way to the newest employee, you will receive EXCELLENT customer service. Little trivia - did you know that the food at CFA is not pre-made/frozen patties like at other fast food places? They actually have chefs in the back cooking your food fresh (even the sliced chicken breast that goes in their salads). The service & food was great here. I went through the drive thru & it was slow at first then it started moving fast. I received my food in a great condition. I ordered four piece chicken tenders with fries & it was sooo delicious. I love chick-fil-A a lot & I always like coming to one with great service. I wish the chicken tender were way bigger than they are, but it is what it is. Everything i ordered was in my bag & ready to go. I recommend coming here if you are in the Doral area because it is the best location to come to. They have a chick fil at my university (FIU) but I went to this one since I was in the area. I went to Chick Fil-a at 3995 NW 107 Ave for lunch with my friend yesterday.First the staff is really friendly the most friendliest staff in the world they are also as friendly as a Dolphin and a Seal.My Chicken Sandwich with Chicken Tenders and Waffle Fries are delicious and I mean absolutely delicious.I'd prefer eating inside because the Drive Thru line is really long prepare to be in line for the Drive Thru but if u go and eat inside it's much better than to deal with the ruckus at the Drive Thru.This Chick Fil-a location is the best location in the world I will definitely be delighted to come back here read more

No exaggeration it's 1:46pm on Friday and the drive through is literally around the bldg!!! You know this is a true testament that if it is good....they will come!! I've never seen other fast food chains with a drive through like this and ppl will wait...including me right now... It's pouring rain and I can say the customer service is on point...as usual... there is a gentleman standing outside with an umbrella in the rain and 75 degrees directing traffic... so that's already a good sign that yes they know there lines are long but we are accommodating any extra waits by standing out here to to avoid chaos.. There is a stand here where I guess someone would normally take orders outside but nobody is there.. 14 minute wait and I can say my nuggets were over cooked. Definitely my favorite fast food place!! Best chicken sandwich Ive ever had at a fast food restaurant!! The chicken tasted fresh and the waffle fries that come included with the meal were amazing! EXCELLENT SERVICE last night, you guys! The manager or owner was very friendly and caring. He waited patiently as i translated to my parents what we were going to eat. He asked us how the food was. I visited this Chick-fil-A on the evening of December 7th and of course the food was great but I want to commend the staff and the amazing service they provided. The restaurant was absolutely packed - a large group of teenagers & parents from a high school wrestling team were dining in, the drive thru was wrapped around the building and there wasn't an empty table to be found. The staff not only kept their cool and remained friendly during the madness, the restaurant was kept clean and food still came out at a fast rate. Employees coming around tidying up even stopped & checked in with customers to make sure everything was OK with their food.
