I'd like to give a special shout-out to crew member and cashier Adrian, who took my order on July 21, 2026, between 9:30 AM and 10:00 AM. I'm a morning person, and I absolutely love Chick-fil-A's breakfast. Especially, their sausage and/ or chicken burrito meal. On this particular morning, I was on my way to an appointment and noticed there was a Chick-fil-A nearby, so I decided to stop in despite the rain. Because of the rain, the drive-thru was extremely busy, but the dining room had plenty of space available for incoming customers. Adrian provided excellent customer service. He was courteous, professional, and efficient while taking my order. His colleague Isabelle was equally kind and helpful when she handed me my meal. Honestly, it felt like I discovered a little "cheat code" because I was able to skip the long drive-thru wait and place my order with no wait at all! Chick fil a continues to be the quickest fast food location I go to. The line is usually long but they're so effective in being quick and walking your food over to you in the drive through. The saying of them always sayin "my pleasure" no matter what makes the experience better. I have yet to see an employee looking like they don't want to work here, even on a hot day. Came by quickly to get a grilled wrap and fries (not pictured). Their fries NEVER fail. They're always so thick and salty. The grilled wrap was good and I paired it with light balsamic dressing for fewer calories. Will definitely continue to pass by when I need a quick lunch! read more

It was kind of messy eating it since there was a lot of pimento and some of it had melted too. Thinking it would have a small indoor play area, we took my grandson for a treat after school. Unfortunately, there is no play area, but both the food and service were as good as it gets! From the beginning, our order was taken with patience and courtesy. We were given options off the menu and also the option to come back after our meal to get my grandson's ice cream cone. This was nice and something that was not offered anywhere else! WHY does Chick-fil-A location at 12100 SW 88th Street in Kendall ALWAYS seems to manage to SKIMP on their customer's MEDIUM sized fruit cups by filling it to only 1/2 of the medium cups. They ALSO SKIMP on their customer's MEDIUM sized Mac&cheese cups by filling it to only 2/3 of the medium cups. This ALSO happens with their Greek yogurt parfait cups. Chick-fil-A ONLY fill the yogurt cups to 1/2 cup or 3/4 filled instead a full cup of Greek yogurt EVERYTIME we order from them. They also skimp on the salad fruit and greens fixings, too. I really don't know why this location does not have at least 4 stars! Every time we go, with very few exceptions, we've had a smooth experience for a quick meal on a busy weeknight. The drive thru line gets crazy, but their employees really do a great job at being efficient. Even on the hottest days they're smiling and friendly. There's nothing better than those crispy waffle fries, there perfectly crisp chicken nuggets and the sauce....let's tall about that chick fil a sauce and the polynesian. They definitely have a great system for the drive thru - take you order, place a number on your windshield and you keep going on the line. Omg this place just opened and I was impressed with the amount of people in line of the drive through. But I was in shock with how well prepared they were for it. I could say that over 20 people were walking directing the traffic and even the police was here. I was very happy with the great Managment of the service here. When you walk in the place is bright and clean and there are plenty of staff on hand. The menu is easy to follow so choose wisely as the order comes exactly so go ahead and ask for sauce. There is plenty of seats for all and as we sat and waited for our order we noticed the outside drive thru line was constantly long but moved rather quickly.
