I visit this store regularly; great location, fast service and friendly staff. The wireless is pretty reliable, there is plenty of parking and place is kept very clean. SAFETY WARNING: be careful in the parking lot, this place stays very busy, especially 11am to 2pm and then again after 4pm...cars moving everywhere and drivers not paying attention, mostly texting while driving. I don't like how the path to the main and side entrance door force customers to cross the drive thru lane. Another interesting safety issue worth noticing is, after cars pick food from the drive thru window, they ended up right at the beginning of the drive thru lane, which essentially goes around the store 360 degrees creating confusion among drivers getting in with those getting out of the drive thru lane. This is not including drivers trying to park and exiting the area. I don't believe they had a choice considering the angle and space available to build this store. Again, worth noticing because I have witnessed kids running as soon as they exit the store and cars getting pretty close to them. One last note; in all fairness to the store; I have also witnessed Managers out in the parking lot directing traffic or at least trying to keep some kind of order, which we all know it's almost impossible with South Florida drivers. read more

This happens to be one of my all-time favorite fast food joints. It's just a shame that there aren't many of these here in Miami. The reason why I love this place so much has in a huge part to do with the the way they treat their customers. From the moment you walk in the store, to the time you walk out you feel well taken care of. Their prices are comparable to all of the major fast food chains and their service is spectacular. There's no need to wait in line to pick up your food, they bring it out to you. They won't hesitate to stop by and refill your drink for you. I first tried chick-fil-a in North Carolina and have been hooked ever since. When I found out that they had opened a new restaurant in Doral, I just had to try it and I was very surprise and how clean this place is. The employees where very attentive and my order was taking right away. I order the eight piece nugget with waffle fries and lemonade. Everything was yummy just like I remember. I have been back twice since it opened and both times through the drive through and both times the service and food have been excellent. read more

This is by far the worst Chick Fil A I have ever eaten at. The service was terribly slow and they continuously got my order wrong. Each time THEY forgot to add something to my order, my card had to be swiped again due to THEIR mistake. Chick Fil A is well known for their impeccable customer service, but this location is definitely the exception. We have a tradition of going to this Chick-fil-a every Friday night. Actually, the Doral location is the nearest one to where we live. We go there because the service is AWESOME and the food is DELICIOUS. Example: Last Friday we went as always, ordered and sat down. The manager of the place called our name and apologized for taking so long with our food. When he delivered our food to the table, he gave us 2 chocolate chip cookies for having to wait. I have been to high end restaurants and they have not been this nice and polite. Having said that we will keep our Friday tradition. It is ALWAYS a pleasure to visit this Chick-fil-a. read more

My goto item is always chicken nuggets which actually resemble real pieces of chicken breast. You can't go wrong with the grilled chicken sandwich, a diet staple if you're looking for that kind of thing. I've been meaning to leave a review for this particular Chick fil a because more than the food which is definitely delicious as we all know, the service is impecable. The owners are lucky tp have such an amazing staff, not sure what type of training is done there but I have never ever experience bad service there, not even when I have had to wait which is rare or when the place is extremely pack which happens very often. Everyone always has a smile on their face. I swear this place is not only good to go eat, but if you are feeling down go to the chick fil a in Doral im pretty sure the staff will cheer you up haha. In regards to the food I am sure there is not much to add when it comes to "fast food" restaurants this one is #1. One more thing, be sure to try their honey roasted bbq sauce and their chick fil a sauce, I cannot get enough of it. read more
