You have to drive deep into the parking lot just to see how long the line really is, and once you're in, there's no easy way out. So now you're stuck. Not ideal. Then comes the wait. About 10 minutes just to place an order, with aggressive drivers jockeying for position like it's a race. I get it--no one wants to sit in that line--but the flow (or lack of it) makes it worse. For a place with two lanes, the organization just isn't there. Service at the speaker? Rough. I felt rushed the entire time, struggled to hear over the noise, and kept getting hit with "I can't hear you, speak up" in a tone that felt more dismissive than helpful.
