She could clearly see the water all over the inside of my car, and I was STILL being polite despite the ridiculous situation. Instead of apologizing or even acknowledging what happened, she proceeded to tell me that I could NOT order at the window and that I needed to drive all the way back around and order at the speaker. When I explained AGAIN that the sprinkler had literally sprayed the inside of my car, she responded with a nasty attitude, talking with her hands and saying, "Well, that wasn't a problem with anyone else." Excuse me?? So because nobody else happened to get sprayed inside their vehicle, I'm somehow the problem for mentioning that it happened to me? I told her I wasn't going to drive back around after JUST explaining what had happened. She continued speaking to me with an extremely rude and dismissive attitude, then started talking about a DoorDash order being the only order they were taking and that I could order. At that point, I was so uncomfortable with the way I was being spoken to that I simply drove away. What makes this even more frustrating is that I was being completely nice and understanding after literally having WATER SPRAYED INSIDE MY CAR. I wasn't yelling at her, I wasn't disrespectful, and I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable. I just wanted to order my food without getting drenched again. Accidents happen. Sprinklers malfunction or get positioned incorrectly. I understand that.
