I had a terrible experience at this Location. First of all I placed an order on Friday for a catering order for pick up at 5:15PM. We get there and they supposedly can't locate my order. I wonder how many other people placed a $360 order at the same time. Nonetheless, after getting someone else, they finally locate the order. Is it dumb that I'm giving Chick Fil A five stars??? For fast food, Chick Fil A deserves five stars. It's our go to for fast food. Their nuggets and chicken sandwiches are better than any other. Their salads are fresh and crisp with delicious flavors. Their waffle fries are amazing, and I could never do justice describing how yummy Chick Fil A sauce is! The second best thing is that they rarely EVER make a mistake with your order. That is unheard of in fast food. You can just expect it everywhere else with a drive thru window. There have been a few times lately where they have forgotten our sauce, and that was disappointing and surprising, but over the 10 years we have lived relatively close to Chick Fil A, we can count on our order being correct! If we have ever had a problem bigger than forgetting sauce, I have called in and they sent me a gift card in the mail for a free meal. After a long day we show up 10 min late and these guys are closed. People are being a tad rude and I simply feel bad for the front door lady and staff as people get upset. If i could give ZERO STARS, I WOULD! This is the worst Chick Fil A! Went once and will never return due to their horrible customer service and their intentional screw ups on my order. When ordering my two chicken salads, i asked for tortilla strips, crunchy red peppers, and pepitas. I also asked for 5 polynesian sauces. The guy who took my order put in 2 Polynesian sauces. So, came home with only 2 so my kids didn't have enough for their kid's meals. This wasn't fun for me as the parent because my kids were NOT PLEASED! I not only asked the young kid taking my order for the three salad toppings, but as soon as I got my order, i noticed they had failed to give me any crunchy red peppers or pepitas. So, yet again, I asked the unfriendly worker boy who handed me my food where my cruncy red peppers and pepitas were. He went to get me both. I waited. He finally came back and gave me a little bag. I didn't check the bag but that was MY BIGGEST MISTAKE. Got home and still no crunchy red peppers. He only gave me 1 bag of pepitas. I asked for two for my TWO salads. Several times. Horrible customer service. Guy/boy handing me my food never greeted me but he did greet car behind. Rude. I got home and was pissed. Called store, spoke to a Jacob who apologized and said he would mail me a couple coupons. This was on 10/10/20. Two weeks later, still no coupons in mail. He also said someone would be calling me as a follow up. No one ever called. Wanted chick fil a yesterday but decided to put my money into a business who actually listens and has common courtesy. I come from California and the chick fil a stores there have very courteous employees. This store and Murray store are only two I've visited in Utah and both are horrible RE customer service. I guess you can't compare states! Will never return so you can keep your coupons. Jacob is a total liar too! I'm a business owner. If these were my employees they would be let go effective 10/10. Got a breakfast meal w/ an iced coffee. Food was good, coffee was watery from just simply pouring hot coffee over a shiz ton of ice. So yes I paid for a large and got a whole 20 oz of coffee flavored, water.... I don't advise getting their ice coffee at all. The Draper restaurant is poorly managed compared to other restaurants. Lines take longer and one in four of my orders is incorrect. A couple of days ago I went through the drive-through and because they had a new order taker 8 cars went ahead of me from the right side lane between the time we went from single lane to two lanes and back to single lane. Then after my 18 minute wait I was given a chicken sandwich without cheese which is like getting a whole different sandwich but I couldn't do anything about it. When I mentioned the lane situation they just explained that they service a lot of people and there is nothing they could do....my thoughts, how about not putting a trainee out for the one out of the day when you do most of your business. read more

Awesome Chick-fil-a. It's new, it's big and it's clean. This has to be the best Chick-fil-a I've been too and the service, even though is great at other locations, is even better here. I need to give a shout out to Molly. She was working the seating area on the day we came in for a little post birthday activity celebration for my daughter. Molly was great at making sure all the kids were doing well and making sure they had everything they needed. She even brought he birthday girl a sundae on the house. Molly was great! One additional item that I would like to point out. This location didn't use the standard "my pleasure" response for everything. They used it but only every now and then which was great and it made the polite response seem more genuine (even if that is how they are coached to respond). This Chick Fil A location has it figured out. Chick Fil A always has great customer service, but, this location takes it a step further. Sometimes places with two drive-thru lines aren't necessarily faster because they still just have one person taking orders. However, here, they have two lines and two different people taking orders. At the window, they put two people - one to take payment and one to distribute food. I told them at the window how impressed I was with how efficient they all were. this is a recurring problem. i love chick fil a and their food however, the current team is prone to arguing with their customers. i've ordered a diet lemonade many times. the past 3 times i have ordered a diet lemonade that 1. wasnt marked and 2. upon tasting i could confirm it wasn't diet. i've asked nicely for them to swap it out and each time they go back and check. they come back to me and tell me they have checked with "their people" and it is in fact diet. they dont offer to fix anything. this is very invalidating. i know my order. if it was correct i wouldn't complain - i'm not looking for a free $2 drink. wasn't even asking for a refund. they don't give me any solution other than to get back into line and order again. additionally, supposedly they changed their menu and only make one size ice cream cup. i ordered a large ice cream cup, was charged the same price i have always paid for a large ice cream cup but instead received a small. before even touching it i informed the food runner. he said here take it and went to fix it. he comes back to inform me that now they only have one size. i wish this would have been communicated when i ordered my ice cream. normally i don't complain about fast food joints but they've offered no solution. in fact the manager told me next time to just ask nicely to swap it out. i'm not sure he understood. i've been nice. i've asked. the employees literally stare at me and don't offer any solution. read more
