    Chipotle fry sauce lol

Cubby's is a decent choice for fast vegetarian food near where I was recently staying while visiting in the area. The concept is cute, too. A meat eater and vegatarian married and wanted to open an eatery with things both of them were interested in eating. I chose a cup of tomato basil soup with coconut shavings and a loaded grilled cheese for an early lunch one day during my trip. The coconut shavings on the soup was a little weird but I thought it tasted good regardless. I thought the grilled cheese was delicious and had fresh veggies sliced up inside, crisp and tasty. They were not soggy, even with the melted cheese. Don't ask me how. When they get too soggy, me no likee. Service here is quick, but I kind of see what people mean in their reviews about it being lackluster. It gets the job done at least. There are tables and booths in the dining area, and you'll need to look at the menu on the walls as you wait in line before you go up to order. At the soda fountain they had Barq's red cream soda, which I had never seen before. I don't typically drink full sugar sodas because they're too syrupy, but I wanted to try this weird new to me flavor, and I'm glad I did. It was kinda like strawberries and cream? But maybe I was imagining the strawberries because it was red in color? I dunno. Cool that they had it. I still don't understand fry sauce, but their chipotle version was tasty. I would come to Cubby's again if I was craving more fast casual setting, veggie friendly options in the area. They have a handful of vegan choices too. It seemed to mostly just be quinoa and salad, so if you're vegan and looking for something more hearty, Cubby's might not do it based on what they have available at the time For example, black bean burgers and avocado toast were "out" when I was there, even though they were on the menu. Vegetarians will be in luck with actual choice though.

I've been to cubby's countless times and I've always left happy. Each of the menu options are quality and fresh. The drive thru option is great for a quick lunch/dinner meal.

Came here for lunch and I have yo say it was amazing. I got the tacos and they were mouthwateringly delicious. I also had their huckleberry shake. And wow. I've never tasted anything like it. But it was so good. I had to get another one on the way out. If you need a nice fresh place to eat. This is a must stop.

Food is always on point! Quick service and healthier ingredients. We stop here every time we are in Utah. Our kids love coloring the cute hats while they wait for their food.

    Clean inside. Very bright.

Staff was super helpful and took our order promptly. Menu didn't really have a lot on it compared to other restaurants in the area. This may be there thing. My gypsy burger was delicious. The bun was amazing and the vegetables fresh. The food was fairly expensive for what you are getting. Salad, burger and fries, etc. for 3 peeps we were right at 60$, kid you not. While I love fresh food that is healthy, there has to be a balance between price and value. This might only be a once in a while type of stop in due to the cost. Great food, but not even a date night/fancy place vibe so the cost seemed not in align for the restaurant type. I think it's worth a stop in, and I encourage you to decide for yourself. Seems like a family business, but I wasn't able to confirm. The place was clean and very well lit. Thanks for a new place to try in the Sandy area!

Great casual joint for dinner with a simple menu of salads, sandwiches, breakfast and great sauces for fries. Great seating inside and out.

$12 just for this burger with a gluten free bun. Where's the blue cheese.. oh it's mixed in w/the meat. Maybe a teaspoon full, if that

Where's the beef??? Over priced for a party smaller then my small hand, the tomato was thicker then the burger. $40 for a salad, 1 burger and fries. Are you kidding me. The table was disgusting, we had to clean it ourselves. So disappointing. I can't believe they claim this is fresh meat... the fries are worse then McDonalds, and that's not saying much. We ordered the "rosemary" fries. Couldn't even taste the seasoning. Honestly, I'd never go back and when someone wants a burger recommendation, I'd tell them to go to Wendy's. And I won't even eat at Wendy's. The owners really need to be ashamed for what they are actually selling. I mean... the bun was about all I could taste.

I went with a big group last night (Thursday at about 7) and they easily accommodated us. Everyone but a couple people got their food in a timely fashion and they did notice the couple people and fix it in their own. I got the wild rice and kale to balance out a heavy lunch (I don't normally order super healthy stuff) and it was alright. My complaint is that the flavor was pretty heavy on cumin? I could be wrong on the spice but it just didn't match the other flavors. My friend shared some maple sweet potato fries and they were amazing as usual. I thought it was weird we all got to go containers even though we said we were eating in... I feel like their food is prettier and actually tastes better when it's plated to stay.

They all were so good that we couldn't agree on a favorite. Breakfast burrito and ube pancakes for mains. The burrito was STUFFED with delicious chorizo, cheese, egg, and veggies. Wrapped in a super large tortilla then grilled for crispy exterior. Served with a fantastic salsa with hints chipotle heat. Great flavor but not so much that it buries the flavor. The ube pancakes were also incredible. Four large, lightly crisped cakes topped with ube whipped cream, blueberries, blueberry syrup drizzle, and a mint sprig. First bite was so good that I didn't talk for at least five minutes, so I could shovel in more and more. They came with a side of syrup, but it was definitely not needed. I'll certainly be back to try more menu items, but it'll be hard to resist temptation of the burrito. I tried the meat on both the birria hash and carnitas hash and I'd have to say I prefer the carnitas over the birria! Because it was Father's Day they also sent the dads away with a bottle of root beer, which I thought was fun. I would definitely recommend and will also go again and try something new. Every dish that came to our table looked like it belonged in a magazine, but the best part was that the food tasted just as incredible as it looked. We started with the Eggs Benedict, which featured perfectly poached eggs, flavorful rosemary ham, rich hollandaise, and crispy potatoes. The Funky Monkey French Toast was over-the-top in the best possible way, loaded with Nutella, bananas, berries, roasted peanuts, and real maple syrup. The double cheeseburger was juicy, packed with flavor, and paired perfectly with crispy fries. We also loved the Beet & Strawberry Panzanella, which balanced sweet strawberries, earthy beets, creamy whipped goat cheese, crunchy pecans, and fresh mint for a refreshing combination. The biggest surprise of the meal was the beignets. Warm, fluffy, and generously dusted with powdered sugar, they were easily one of the best we've ever had. While there were some things we enjoyed, the overall experience didn't quite justify the price. First, the restaurant is beautiful. The décor is modern, stylish, and very Instagram-worthy. It's easily one of the nicest-looking brunch spots I've visited in Utah. Unfortunately, the dining room feels overcrowded. The tables are placed extremely close together, making it difficult to have a private conversation. We often had to raise our voices just to hear each other, and even the servers seemed to struggle moving between tables. The atmosphere looked great, but it didn't feel very comfortable. The service was polite and friendly, but one thing bothered me. Shortly after we finished our main dishes, the check was brought to the table. We hadn't asked for it, and it made us feel a bit rushed, as if it was time to leave even though we were still talking with our friends. It's a small detail, but it affects the overall dining experience. For drinks, I ordered a piña colada, and unfortunately it was disappointing. It tasted overly diluted, with very little pineapple flavor, while the rum stood out much more than it should have. I also ordered the Vital Boost juice. The flavor was actually good, but it was served at room temperature, which wasn't what I expected from a fresh juice. For my meal, I ordered the breakfast burrito. It tasted good, but I couldn't justify the $20 price tag. It consisted of a thin tortilla filled with eggs, bacon, cheese, and potatoes, served with shredded potatoes and a small side salad. While everything was cooked properly, the ingredients felt simple, and the portion didn't match the price. I've had larger and more satisfying meals elsewhere for the same cost. My girlfriend ordered the birria tacos. They were decent but nothing memorable. We've had better birria at other restaurants. The consommé was much spicier than expected, and while some people may enjoy that, it wasn't our preference. The tortillas were also average. On the positive side, the lemonade was refreshing. I should also mention that Mexican food isn't usually my favorite cuisine, so I know my preferences may differ from those of other diners. Still, I always evaluate a restaurant based on the balance between quality, value, flavor, and the overall experience. In this case, I felt the food was good but not exceptional enough to justify the prices. La Condesa is definitely worth visiting if you're looking for a beautiful brunch spot with a trendy atmosphere. However, between the cramped seating, the value for the money, a few disappointing dishes, and feeling rushed at the end of the meal, the overall experience fell short of my expectations. I don't regret trying it, but it isn't a place I'd personally choose to revisit anytime soon.
